Slocums Grill & Bar

Excellent restaurant. The decor and ambience is great and our waitress was super friendly. We talked about Mammoth fall colors and altitude problems. Beth had the pulled pork sandwich with french onion soup and fries. I had the Slocum's burger with cheddar, onions and the usual, with fries and iced tea. We both loved our food. The portions were really good sized and everything was super delicious. Mammoth has been fun and the hiking, walking, and taking tons of photos can really make you tired and hungry. Slokams is the place to come. 5 stars.

We visited this place while on a skiing vacation, and we had an amazing time at this restaurant. Even though we were in a big group, and the restaurant did not have any available spaces, the personnel did everything to let us in and sit us! The food at the restaurant is delicious, but the plates are pretty big! Definitely a worthy place to visit in Mammoth.

Always always on point. I love coming to slocums especially during happy hour. Even if you dont catch happy hour their menu is more than amazing! Jenny,courtney, and the rest of the staff that works at slocums are always warm and welcoming! Some people wait to be seated but for the most part its a come on in and seat yourself kinda deal! Establishment is always clean and the parking is great! Like always you have to get your own water here which is awesome less waste. During happy hour they have a meat and cheese tray complimentary for dine in guests only. Ive been coming here for the past 4 years now and just last night decided to try their dessert menu. The chocolate lava cake is pretty amazing with that raspberry drizzle! Yummmmm! I highly recommend the garlic fries!! Blows every other version of garlic fries out the window. The Japanese shashito peppers are always a must! Overall slocums is just one of those mammoth local favorites that keeps it simple and consistant and we all know that's hard to find now a days. Again shout out to who ever the cook is here! Foods always so damn good!!

very big restaurant with friendly staff. a bit expansive but dish are big and good.

Hands down the best salmon I have ever eaten in a restaurant. I had my spicy sauce on the side. Great food!
