SlotZilla Zipline Las Vegas was a blast and absolutely worth doing. We had a great time on the ride, and it delivered exactly what we hoped for. Fun, excitement, and a completely different way to experience Fremont Street. The views from the zipline were fantastic. Flying above the crowds and lights gave us a unique perspective of the Fremont Street Experience, and it was amazing to see all the energy and activity from up high. It’s fast, smooth, and just the right amount of thrill without being overwhelming. Overall, SlotZilla was a memorable highlight of our visit downtown. If you’re looking for a fun way to see Fremont Street from a whole new angle, this is a great choice.

The zipline experience is great, about a minute of fun over Fremont street. The setup and wait time is horrendous. We were booked for a 9:20pm time, got there at 8:55pm, and didn't get into the air until closer to 11pm. Most of the time is spent being treated like cattle by the staff, getting talked down to when I asked a question, and overall just not a great experience. Crossed off the list and probably will never do again, and most likely won't recommend to others unless it is really slow. We were there supposedly during a slow time (week after CES)!

We had to try this — it looked like so much fun! 😄 FYI: if you have the Meta Ray-Ban glasses, they’ll let you wear them, but you’ll need to attach a glasses strap (you can grab one at a souvenir shop). Hats aren’t allowed. They give you a tool bag-style pouch for your personal items, which gets clipped to your harness. It was a really cool experience! We went during the daytime, but I bet it looks amazing at night with all the lights. They’ll also try to upsell you on extra photos and videos — they attach a GoPro to your wrist to record yourself (totally optional to purchase).

SlotZilla is one of those rare Vegas attractions that actually lives up to the hype. Soaring through the neon canyon of Fremont Street—first on the seated zipline and then on the full-superhero “fly like you mean it” version—was hands-down one of the best experiences of our trip. The visuals alone are worth it: the lights, the signs, the music, the energy of the whole street rushing under you. We went all-in with the VIP package, and it was worth every cent. What really pushed this from “great” to “unforgettable,” though, was our attendant. We had the same young woman both times, and she was the definition of professional, upbeat, and reassuring while keeping things moving smoothly. I hate that we didn’t get her name, but we did get her picture—and if anyone at SlotZilla reads this, find her and give that girl a raise. She made the experience magic. If you’re anywhere near Fremont Street, SlotZilla is a must-do—twice, if you can.

We made a reservation for 9pm and we thought that it was too late and we were able to change the time but it charged us $10 each ticket to change the time. Which we had unlimited rides till 6pm. Glad we changed the time and it was fun. We did 2 rides and it was worth it! Better try if you’re visiting Las Vegas!

If you want to do it, do it the "superman style". It's scary and hella fun at the same time!!🥳 It's very safe and the workers are cautious. The initial takeoff is scary but the ride is fun. The ending can be a bit rough when you make the final contact, just to give you a heads up. Highly recommended and you should give it a try if you're in the old town!🎉💰🥳🇺🇸

We did this on a whim while visiting Fremont Street, and I am happy we did. It is very pricey for what you are getting, though. However, it is a fun way to see the street and experience something family-friendly in Vegas. The workers were quick and made us feel safe. The one thing I really didn’t like was how they push the photo package and strap a camera to your wrist, despite you wanting the GoPro package. I had them remove it from me, as I wanted my hands free to really enjoy myself. So if you don’t want to hold it, you don’t have to, but be warned, you have to be vocal about it because if not, they just secure it onto you without asking. The package is $55, and the whole zipline experience is $75. The photos the professional photographer took came out beautifully, but genuinely, it is already pricey enough without the picture package.

We had such an amazing time with SlotZilla zip-line. From start to finish the staff made us feel safe, comfortable, and excited for the adventure. The guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us laughing while also making safety top priority. The course itself was amazing, flying over Fremont Street was unforgettable with an incredible view. The lines were long and fast and each had its own unique thrill. They also did a great job explaining the gear and double- checking everything, which gave us peace of mind. If you're looking for a fun adventure that combines adrenaline and crazy views, this is the spot. They also proved a video cam area that allowed us to capture the experience.

If you're visiting Las Vegas and looking for something truly unique and unforgettable -- SlotZilla is it. As someone who is absolutely terrified of heights, I never imagined I'd willingly fly 114 feet above Fremont Street... but I did it, and it was one of the best decisions I've made on a trip. I chose the Super-Hero Zoomline (yes, the one where you fly face-down like Superman!), and it was incredible. From start to finish, the SlotZilla team made me feel safe, supported, and confident. You can tell they know what they're doing. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, upbeat, and professional -- even when I was visibly nervous, they handled everything with patience and humor. Once I was harnessed in and ready to go, all that fear gave way to adrenaline and excitement. The ride is smooth, the views over Fremont Street are unreal, and the feeling of soaring past all the neon signs and vintage casinos is something I'll never forget. You truly get a bird's-eye view of one of the most vibrant parts of downtown Vegas. After landing, I couldn't stop smiling -- and honestly, I felt really proud. SlotZilla helped me face a huge fear in a way that was fun, safe, and thrilling. Bonus tip: Make time to enjoy Fremont Street while you're there. It's full of music, light shows, street performers, and that old-school Vegas charm you can't find anywhere else. Whether you're an adrenaline junkie or someone just looking to try something bold, SlotZilla is a must. I'd absolutely do it again -- and next time, maybe with less screaming on the way down!

OMG I can't believe I did this ride that is located down on Fremont street!!! My bestie & her husband were in town & wanted to ride this. I was like "I'll meet you @ the finish line" but her husband was like "come on, join us it's on me." So I was like "OK, I'll do it." I figured I might of had a little FOMO if I didn't. We decided to do the one where you can sit down vs the one where you're laying down on your stomach & gliding along. The sit down one is less money too. I think it was $40 but don't quote me on that. The also don't offer any local, senior citizen, AAA, AARP, first responder or Military discounts, no discounts whatsoever....boo!! The ticket counter was next to the entrance inside, believe Walgreens is right next door & a parking garage walking entrance is right there. The girl @ the check in counter was very nice & the transaction was quick. We had drinks in our hands & were told we wouldn't be able to go up with them. We were able to finish them before we headed up a few flights of stairs. We actually went up to the wrong location to get onto the ride & had to go all the way back down & up other set of stairs....ugh! So if you're not a fan of stairs or can't handle them then this isn't for you. Not sure if there is an elevator you can take but if your not capable of walking up several flights of stairs not sure how well you would do on this ride? I don't recall seeing any signs in the stair entrance to indicate the which ride is located up above? Once we finally made it to the correct entrance, of the sit down zipline we did have to step on a scale because there is a weight limit, we were told 300pds. They give you a black bag that you need to put your purse/personal belongings in that is clipped to your harness. They help you get into your harness & check to make sure everything is securely locked. 4 people can go @ a time. We had this one girl who was by herself that was going to go with us but once she looked down to Fremont street she got scared & changed her mind. Not sure if they gave her her money back or not but they did let her leave. It's too bad because it was her bday. Apparently my friend's husband is afraid of heights, not sure if I believe this since he is an airline pilot, came on this ride & we were @ the top of the Strat another day. So all depends how bad one may be of heights but be aware this is high up. The guys @ the starting point were all friendly & super nice. One guy will instruct you via a microphone. Once you're securely in your harness they strap you onto the top cable & have you go over & step up on your assigned step. They then tell you to walk down it, down a couple sets of stairs. This part was a little scary because once you did that you kinda got jerked back after I was thinking I was on my way down the zip line. They do give you a Gopro that is strapped around your wrist & you have control when you want to turn it on & start video taping. Not sure if its wise to pull out your cell phone & try to record your ride or take pictures? None of us tried & I'm not even sure if its allowed? The heavier you weigh the faster you will go. Out of my bestie & her husband I weighed the most & I was ahead of them the whole time. I tried to look back at them but couldn't see them. Your pretty much front forward & not whipping around side to side during the ride. It was cool looking down at everyone on Fremont Street & screaming....lol Then all of a sudden a see a platform & was like "am I going to be going thru this? If so, how? Do I stop here, is the ride over?" As I didn't see any employees here. Once I got up close I was jerked back & had put my feet down to stop myself. Think there was like 2, maybe 3 guys up here? This must not be the fun place to work @ The Slotzilla cause these guys were not friendly nor seemed happy to be there. No one was like "hey, how was it? Did you guys have fun?" NOTHING................. Once we exited this area & went downstairs we stopped @ the desk where you can purchase your video/pictures. My bestie decided to do this, I found it expensive...think it was like $60 something? They give you a card with a QR code to scan & can see all the pictures & videos that you all had. They're are cameras along the ride taking many shots of you & your friend as you are zooming down the zipline. You can download them & print them out. So even though it's expensive @ least you can share it with your zipliners. I think the only other time I would do this again if I had other friend's who came into town & wanted to try it out. It was fun & surprisingly I wasn't afraid.....so weird! lol

Omg this was the greatest experience I've ever had! I almost threw up at the end of the zip line but it was so worth it haha my lashes and hair were flying all over the place

One of the highlights of the Fremont Street Experience is the Slotzilla Zipline. My daughter was really looking forward to taking a ride on it!I was/am afraid of it and refused to go on it. I volunteered to give moral support and take pictures. The deal was made. The waiting time and then getting buckled in took almost an hour. Finally, and with a loud scream, she was able to "fly" high up near the FSE ceiling. She saw the crowds down below, who were looking up at her. There was another person who was flying a few feet away from her. The ride was 3 minutes. She was released at the other end. She said she loved it once she got used to it. The cost of the ticket was around $75-79. Once in a lifetime trip.

Just zip it all the way across Fremont St. This has been one of my favorite experiences in a long time. I am so glad I didn't chicken out like I wanted. They offer two options withing sitting down or superman style. After paying for your ride inside the kiosk near Walgreens, you make your way up several flights of stairs. Once you make it to the top, you are weighed and wrapped and strapped tight as a bug. I felt completely safe. They provide a bag for all your things that travel attached to the harness. They triple check everything. On the platform, you are asked to walk down the steps and are suspended quickly before the flight. It happens very quickly, then down you go. At the end, there is a quick decent during landing. We paid extra for the video option. I highly recommend the add-on. I also recommend you start the video early. After the ride, you get a QR code to download the pictures. Super fun

This was a very fun and safe zipline activity. It is definitely a must do. I felt so safe the whole time, they explain all the procedures very well and I loved that I was hooked on 2 spots the back and the legs with makes it perfect for the whole body weight distribution and gives the illusion of flying, 2 hooks is extra secured, loved it. When I was in the area to put on the protective straps, he told me "Put on four" and I was going to go on the floor on my four, as in doggie style, I thought it was odd, but hey, I follow instructions, as I was going down on the floor, he signaled me, to the floor, he meant to say, stand on #4, as they have circled numbers spots for each person to stand on !!! Smh!!! I DIDN'T SEE THE NUMBER 4, till he pointed it out to me! He just said put on 4! It was my first time in this location, so I didn't see a 4 no where, so what did I think?!!! Put myself in the only 4, I know...smh. There is a long zip line and a short one, trust me, take the long one, is more fun and anyways, the ride feels too short with the speed even though, I took the longer one. If you are afraid of highs, this is an excellent zipline to expose yourself to your fear of high and beating it, the only way to destroy our fears is by facing and destroying them, trust me, it works for me. I had no fear of highs, and this was a tremendous fun and safe zipline to do. If you do take the package of the cameras in hand and pictures, make sure you understand how to work it for video, as mine was taking pictures instead of video.

Extremely fun experience! I took my 11 year old nephew to experience the SlotZilla Zipline over Fremont Street Experience. We did the longer one, where you lay down flat. (Highly suggest!) Soooooooo FUN!! I mean, what's not to love about flying over the entire Fremont?! And I am someone who does not do thill rides like roller coasters, yet I still absolutely loved this... and so did my nephew. The ticket buying process was pretty simple, and the process to get suited up and hooked up was pretty easy and efficient. The staff mostly seemed miserable, but it was hot outside and they probably deal with a lot of intoxicated people, so I guess. Haha. They still did their jobs very well because I made it through safely and easily.

The ride itself was enjoyable, but the customer service left much to be desired. I purchased two tickets for the Zoom Line, the longer and taller zipline. We were instructed to climb the stairs to the staging area, where they would attach our harnesses and check our weight. After a few flights of stairs, we arrived at the launch area for the smaller zipline, but then we were stopped. The staff informed us that we were in the wrong line and, to our surprise, my daughter was deemed too small to ride. Although the requirement is posted as 60 pounds, my daughter is 63 pounds and should have been fine. We were then told we would have to descend the stairs and sort things out at the ticketing desk. At ticketing, they refused to offer a refund but did downgrade our tickets to the smaller zipline and refunded the difference, minus a $20 fee for missing our original time slot. I asked if they could offer a discount or perhaps include a video package to make up for the mix-up and the hour we lost due to their mistake. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to accommodate us in any way. Afterward, my daughter and I made our way back up to the zipline, got weighed, and had our harnesses attached. At the launch area, one employee asked another a question, and I mistakenly thought it was directed at me. When I answered, the employee looked at me and said, "What the f*** are you talking about?" It was a completely unnecessary and unprofessional response. While the ride itself was fun, the overall experience was marred by poor customer service, and I was relieved when it was finally over.

I zoomlined(super hero pose) with my husband when we visited Fremont street this summer. Line was very long even on week days. Tickets were very pricey(btw tips for locals: there is no discount for locals or veteran). Once you lay down and that garage looking door opens your heart starts pumping real fast. It goes pretty fast so be prepared.

I always wanted to do this for a while. Finally got a chance to experience it for the first time with my daughter. Best time to do this is at night as you zip your way through Fremont Street under the LED screen. Price was a little extreme, but nice to try it once. Bought our tickets through their website which you could easily purchase and go straight to the entrance without checking in. The package gave us a digital photo where you can download through a scan code. We had to stand in line for a little bit to get our safety harness on then walked up the stairs to launch off. We were a little nervous due to height, but as we take off it was so much fun! My daughter wanted to do it again. They do offer unlimited rides through a certain time, so maybe we will do that next time. Will be more worth the price you pay for. We will definitely be doing this again!

This is quite the experience. The waiting is the worst part. The staff tries to make you comfortable. I know because I was here two years ago and chickened out. The actual zip line goes by pretty fast. Pro tip/ don't close your eyes . The view is great and the people below give a great show as you zoom by .

Wow, what an amazing adventure. First time on Fremont street and it was incredible. We went for the "Superman" version and well wor it.

This was one of the most fun things I've done while in Vegas. It's on Fremont st and you have to go to the end where dirt dogs is and get the tickets first. It was $40 to do the regular zipline. I believe to go up higher and do the superhero one, it's a little bit more. At the time slot they give you, you go up and they help you get set up. It is important to follow the instructions provided to stay safe but other than that, it is such a fun experience.

Just do it. If you're considering it, go. I'm afraid of heights, but this wasn't bad. The worst part was the elevator up. You wait and get all your gear on, photos taken, chat with people in line. This works your nerves down. I had considered the lower/shorter option, but so glad I went with the upper level. You'll have fun!

This experience was so fun! We did the Superman style one. The staff weren't very friendly but they also weren't rude like the other reviews stated. They were very efficient and got us on the ride, made sure we were safe, and got us off the ride quickly. They don't have a lot of time in between people so I could see where they have to work quickly. The picture package was pretty pricey so we didn't get it but our tickets came with free photos which were fine. We'd definitely do this again!

Good experience. I am scared of heights but the way they have this set up worked for me. I recommend purchasing online. They don't let you go up earlier so don't arrive too early. Online if you want to add a handheld camera it will make you add the purchase on to every ticket. You can stop in the office when you arrive and buy just one camera add on.

I had a lot of fun flying on this Zipline like Superman. I only got 2 free pics cause the other 4 pics had the guy next to me shown bigger than me. There were a lot of other cool pics in the photo link, but those all cost $ when I already paid $74. I feel like they should've included all of the pics for free especially since this zipline is really far to get to from the Stripe. I paid $8 for the Deuce bus to get here because of the website saying pics are included which seems like a better deal than the Zipline at the Linq. It was still cool to come here since there is a light show starting at 6pm on the weekends. I saw the Imagine Dragon light show playing Radioactive at 6pm on Sunday Labor Day weekend.

Total rip off. Flew in from Vancouver for my daughter's 21st birthday. Paid $500 for 4 people. Waited two hours in line. Just before we were going to fly my daughter had a nose bleed. It lasted a couple seconds and stopped. They threw us off the ride and refused to refund us. Big business screwing the little guy.

You're already in the fast paced city of Las Vegas, why not kick in a little more adrenaline with a high flying zipline over Fremont Street? It's totally worth it! A few tips: * Purchase your tickets in advance to book your slot. * Arrive right on time-they are pretty strict, so don't be early or late. * Don't drink too much before your ride. * They provide a bag for your items (purse, phone, camera, etc.) * Even though they say no loose objects, I saw lots of people holding Go Pros * Buy the photo package-they are pretty good! * Smile and enjoy yourself during the ride-don't forget to look around!

Ziplining in Vegas has been on my bucket list for quite some time so when my girlfriends and I were planning our Vegas trip, I knew that had to be one thing we did while we were there. As soon as we arrived at Fremont St, we headed to SlotZilla Ticket Office and bought our tickets. With this being our first time, we decided on the "Zip-Zilla" ride option because it was a shorter distance across (it's halfway down Fremont) and it's only 77 feet high versus 114 feet high for the other ride. Our rides were scheduled for 7pm so we made our way halfway up the tower to receive the instructions, take a group picture and get strapped in our harness. Since I wanted to record our experience, which was an extra fee, I was shown how to operate the camera before we made our way up the remaining tower to the top. Once we made it to the top and was successfully buckled in, one of my friends was a bit hesitant when the gate opened so unfortunately she didn't ride with us but when we took off, it was such an exhilarating experience. Flying down Fremont St. and having everyone below you waving and cheering was pretty epic! If you are a thrill seeker and love all things adventurous, I highly recommend ziplining at SlotZilla.

Awesome thrill! Felt very safe at all times. Superman mode is THE way to go. It's double the length, higher up and unique view.

Really fun Zipline in Vegas! We tried the big zip line which was definitely worth it. Lining up and then getting through takes a while so prepare to spend a good amount of time here. It was worth it though! Highly recommend!

I took the family a few years ago and we got the local discount. The price was not bad. My daughter wanted to take her 13 & 9 year old. At $75+ a person and no local discount they opted for only the kids, but the kids wouldn't go without the parents. So nobody went on the zip line. They said it was kinda dead for being a Friday. This is just another example of Las Vegas prices themselves out of business. It's corporate greed at its best. The Linq did offer a local discount, but that's another parking charge.

The customer service was terrible. Most all the workers there were extremely rude and made my whole experience bad.

I'm 72, very though, and I decided for the first time to do zip line then. I didn't realize I had to go up like 10 flights of metal stairs. I read an and I never thought to ask. Could they not offer it to me? I tried the, and I haven't been home yet to see the pictures, but I don't think it worked do it I don't think so.

I always wanted to do a zipline, but never have the opportunity to do one because I never seem to find anyone that wants to do it. However, on my most recent trip to Sin City I was with a group of people that were up for the challenge. Knowing that, I perseverated on it until we were finally up on that tower, dangling until we took off. I did my research before coming this way and made sure that the timeslot that we wanted wasn't gone before we got there. Being able to order your tickets online does make it cheaper, but then there is the what if scenarios. What if I make this reservation but can't get here in time. We winged it and showed up to the ticket booth with hopes that we could get to do it. You can go one of two ways when you do the zipline. You can do it sitting, or super hero style. Sitting you only go two blocks, super hero you go five blocks. But honestly, after doing this, I don't think it is worth the extra cost to go super hero style. Yes it is fun, but not that fun to justify that much extra money for three more blocks. I chose sitting style as did everyone else in my party. We all got to go at the same time. To back peddle a bit. When we showed up to the ticket window and asked what the next time slot was they told us that we could go now, all we had to do was pay and make our way down to the starting tower. Which, can I have minute to vent about something? Why do you they have the ticket window at a separate tower than where you start your journey? I'm sure there's a reason, but if you purchase your tickets for the next journey that kind of already started, it make it really chaotic. Anyway, back to it. Once you make it to the tower that you will start your journey at and ascend the stairs, you go through a check in process. They weigh you, give you a rundown of the rules, pose for your included pictures, and then start to strap up. After you have emptied your pockets, taken off your hat, glasses, and anything else that is loose, you get manhandled. That is you get your harness placed on you and then you are told to ascend a few more flights of stairs to your take off point. Once up there, you follow the directions given to you and you follow them. Once you are strapped in and hooked to the line it is up to you to take your steps down until you dangle. You may need to encourage a member of your party to take those few steps. But once you do and they release you, you start flying. If you are like me, you will start with a giggle and then all out laugh until you touchdown. If you are like my one friend, you will frantically plead for it to be over, but once you reach the end you will say it was a lot of fun. After you dismount and are taking out of your harness, retrieve all your items and descend the stairs, you are greeted at the bottom to see if they can squeeze a little more money out of you. Picture packages are a big up sale here. Honestly, stick with the pictures and link they give you. You can download them to your phone and have them at the ready. Not always the best quality. Another letdown here, the staff. They are quite robotic. And a bit off standish. You ask a simple question and get a complex answer and then when you ask for clarification you are looked at like you are the dumb one. I may be a visitor to your city, but I am not a dumb tourist. When your vague answers give me nothing, it is hard to take your seriously.

This was such a cool experience! We decided to splurge and go with the Super-Hero Zoom (Zoomline) and this was a better decision. We were able to make a same-day reservation, which is definitely recommended to do. It was still really busy. We moved through the first line pretty easily but the second leg took much longer. This length was compounded with that there was no bathroom. It would have been nice to know this before getting to the top. It should have been mentioned before they put the gear on. When we got to the top, one of the instructions was to not pee on the stairwell. Intrigued, I asked why this was a rule, and he said it was because someone peed on the stairwell. It was then we realized that there was no bathroom up here. After continuing to wait, for about an hour, my girlfriend had to go to the bathroom. Since peeing on the stairwell is a no, no, She had to go all the way down the stairs, take an elevator, and go across the hall, to have her gear removed, only for them to tell her she had to go next door to the bar to use the bathroom. At the bar, one can only use the bathroom if they purchase something. So she had to stand in line and purchase something just to use the bathroom. But once this whole ordeal was completed, and just as we were next to get on, we watched as someone else who had just laid down on the mattress, urinated all over it. We had to then wait for them to clean and replace the mattress before they resumed the ride. I'm sure they cleaned the mattress well but I'm glad we weren't the ones who had to ride on it. Although it was hectic getting to the top, the ride itself was epic. The views down freemont street were beautifully lit up. We zoomed past all the people below like superheroes. It lasted probably about 90 seconds or so, the heavier a person is, the faster they will go. We watched after a young girl get stuck because she didn't weigh enough to make it all the way down. Overall, a fantastic, must do experience. Even with the extended wait times and no bathrooms, this was an amazing time.

Would have been a better experience but staff was very rude throughout the majority of the experience. Not worth the money. Better off going to the Linq

Man if I could relive this moment I would! Zip lining was the best decision I had ever made! My bf and I never been zip lining so we saw this moment as a perfect opportunity to try it out! I believe it was $75 per person to go halfway and $100 for the whole way. I only picked halfway because I wanted to try it out first and since we had been drinking I didn't want to regret going all the way down. So you pay for your tickets either online or at the ticket booth and once you have purchased your tickets it's go time! You have to walk up this big old flight of stairs to reach the top! Man I was super out of breath lol! The lady upstairs told us to put our valuables in a black zip up bag, she gave one to me and one to my bf. She let us know it will hang underneath us as we zip lined. Before saddling up she told us to pose as she was taking pics of us and said there is a link on our tickets so we can see our pictures later. She had also mentioned that there will be pictures taken as we zip line! Which I thought was a awesome touch so we can always remember zip lining! You are also able to bring your own camera and there is a latch to put it in and you can record yourself zip lining as well. Once we were all saddled and ready to go! We were told to walk to the edge and on their mark you go! Man that take off was a bit scary but so much excitement and fun at the same time! I absolutely had the best time of my life zip lining and I will definitely will zip line all the way down!!

Horrible experience. Bought a ticket at 9:00 for a 10:00 slot and when we got there it was two hours behind schedule. The workers refused to tell us the wait time, but there were people in line with their gear on who had been waiting for two hours, and the line wasn't moving at all. They refused to give refunds, even though tons of dissatisfied people asked for one. If you want to spend a bunch of money to waste a couple hours of your life, this is the place.

I didn't look into this much before deciding we were going to do it, honestly. I made sure my kids were old enough to hop on and said "we're doing it!". Everyone was game so, on the "to do" list it went. Its located right in the downtown area where the Freemont Experience is. Even though we weren't staying around there it was conveniently located near other things we wanted to show the kids. When we got there it wasn't really busy. There are signs directing you toward the ticket office and it was easy enough to find. Basically a room of stanchions that form the queue and at the end are the windows to purchase tickets. There was a scale near the windows to double check children's weight before you jump the gun (like we did on another ride...) They did offer military discount so be sure to let them know. There were qr codes to purchase online (I assume) but we opted to pay at the window because of the discount. After choosing which zip line, you head outside toward the stairs to get fitted for the gear. It is a bunch of stairs so definitely be prepared to climb a bit. Because our daughter is such a skinny mini she was unable to do the zoomline (super-hero), so we all did the zipline. Its not as high up and its a shorter zip. If I remember correctly we were all weighed at the gear fitting so best not to try and get away with that... Another thing to keep in mind is the weight was important to be sure riders are safely able to get across. My mini was so light she was the slowest. We had our pictures taken before hopping on the zipline as well as when we approached the end of the ride. All pics were uploaded to our own page with the qr code we received at the beginning. Easily download-able and share-able! This really was an awesome family activity we could all experience together! Highly recommend, but probably do more research than me ahead of time.

Be careful when you go there. We told them we only had a small time availability and they sold us the tickets. Then we went outside and up the stairs which seemed empty. But at the top, there was a long line and they said it would take 1.5 hours of wait! This was at 10:30 at night. We immediately asked to get our money back, and they refused, saying there were no refunds, even though they knew we thought we were riding right after buying the tix. Other customers were coming in and when they saw what was going on and hearing it would be 1.5 hours, they left. So the people behind the window called security on us. Very rude.

I bought tickets for just the zip line with no picture or video package. They still gave me a camera and the instructions were to press the button for a few seconds wait for the camera to vibrate and the light turns blue and its recording. Thats exactly what I did and the light was on the whole time. Afterwards I decided to buy the video and picture package which was like $65 for everything. When I got the video back there was only a 4 second video of my face. I reached out and they told me I cancelled the recording and the battery did not die. They refused to give me a refund and the only reason I bought the package after was for the video. They blamed me for it and were not willing to help at all. Worst experience. Do not recommend save your money spent almost $200 for 2 people and got nothing for it. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Their customer service is atrocious. Went with my friends for her bachelor party and the lady at the desk was absolutely horrendous. Did not treat us like human beings. Was absolutely disrespectful, degrading, and racist. I hope this woman loses her job and is never allowed to work at any amusement related attraction ever again. She ruined our entire night and everyone who was witness that was not a worker agreed that she was in the wrong. Disgusting and embarrassing customer service.

I only give it 4 stars because it is a Vegas experience doing this. First, if you are going to do it, MAKE A RESERVATION A DAY OR FEW DAYS BEFORE! otherwise you wait in a 2-3 hour line. My husband and I didn't want to wait so we bought tickets and made reservations for the next day. Next, if you bought it, DO IT! No refunds! Don't waste your money to not do it. Next there are two options, the Superman flying style which is lower start point but it goes through whole Fremont street, the regular zip line starts off way higher but it only does half way through Fremont and this is the one my husband and I did. It was fun and it doesn't send you going very fast at all, at least that one doesn't... next, you can't wear glasses... so that kinda sucks because if you are blind like me, you didn't get to see anything... it's all a blur. So if you have contacts, wear them! The price is only worth it because it is Vegas experience. Other than that, I recommend doing a different zip line like at the Linq hotel on the strip because $130 for just two people is kinda pricey, especially for the "normal" ride zip line too.

I finally conquered "SlotZilla" and had a blast doing so. The eleven stories Zipline will challenge even the most experienced Ziplinesrs. It's one of the highest, longest and fastest I've been on. It offers riders an Ariel view of downtown Fremont and is definitely worth the money. It's normally $69.00 but currently there's a special of buy one get one free. Great deal.

Everything leading up to zip line was good the wait the prepping and the ride... but the bad was when I was looking at my pictures to choose back at my hotel I noticed a picture of a employee flipping the bird not once but twice at the camera... smh I couldn't believe employee are so unprofessional when tourists are on vacation!

If you are looking for a fun experience to do with people visiting, check out the zipline. We did the 7 stories one, which was plenty high and entertaining. The entire ride was probably under 2 minutes once we lifted off. So at $49, it is kinda expensive unless you are a thrill seeker. I will say that the video package on at least one person will be a fun memory to have if you only do it once. There were a lot of staff members around and in terms of safety instructions, I felt safe but general instructions, I was a bit confused for sure. All in all, an enjoyable experience but you need to be prepared to be jerked back a bit at the end so if you have neck or back problems, I do not recommend this particular attraction.

I couldn't wait to get back to Vegas to try the superman zip line. I scheduled it for late the day I arrived, the only time I really could go, unfortunately a flight delay did not allow me to make it. I called and informed them and they said I had to pay a $10 fee to change it. I managed to go on the last night there and they told me the only thing available was close to midnight so I walked around and waited but I decided to check online and saw they had an opening available at 10 PM. When I showed it to the girl at the booth she told me I would have to pay another $10 to change it! No thanks. When it came time I went, got suited up, had pictures taken and was ushered up. It was amazing to watch the operation and turnover of each person ahead. They had music playing and everyone was singing and carrying on, a nice environment. When it came to my turn it was like a wonderful sign as they started playing one of my favorite bands. The guy operating the music even took a request from me! It really did help ease the nerves as the doors went down, they counted you off and you went flying into the night. It was well worth the money as it was a long ride down the entire length of Fremont Street and included about 10 different pictures.

Be prepared to wait, wait, climb stairs, wait, wait, more stairs. The staff did try to be friendly, but didn't do so well. Probably because it was very hot and it would seem like it has been a long day for most of them. The free digital photo download that comes with your tix isn't very user-friendly and the quality of pictures very bad.

I really wanted to like SlotZilla Zip Line over Fremont St but unfortunately the rudeness of the staff ruined it for my family and I. The reason I am giving this business two stars is because once the actual zip lining began, it turned into a fun experience, but getting all geared up and ready for this experience was a huge disappointment. We had to deal with 5-6 very unfriendly staff members who made us feel that we were an annoyance because they had to get us geared up. I was shocked by their behavior of acting put out and all around disrespectful.

Was so excited when hubby surprised me with this for my bday. However what was to be a thrill ended up being a waste. Waited in line 45 min then once all our gear was on which is heavy and it was 100 degrees... We waited another 25 min to only be told the gates are malfunctioning and they do not know how long it will take to get them back operating. We asked the attendant if we could reschedule for the next day as we had another event. He advised we could and sent us downstairs to the ticket office. First the manager, tabogga, was very rude and told us we'd have to pay an addl fee to reschedule. When we asked why were we being penalized for the zip line malfunctioning she responded with I'm not going to argue with you and you need to pay addl fees, we called the main office and emailed with no response.

Awful customer service, rude ride attendants. Waste of money, would not recommend this place to anyone

Fun time but very uncomfortable as we were waiting to be released. The brake at the end was sudden and abrupt. It was a neat experience flying across Fremont street

You call - no one picks up; you leave a message no one responds. You email, no one responds. Website has contradictions re age requirements. You give up. Ridiculous but they have no shame.

The ticket counter reps are ridiculously upset they have to sell tickets. They do anything to make you go online and not make them do their jobs. I tried to ask questions and they wouldn't stop speaking over me because they assumed they knew what I was asking. A normal person would spit on them but I'm respectful and there's plastic between us.

Located on Fremont street in Las Vegas. Fun but short. As are all things mostly, try it once Superman style for your bucket list. Remember to smile near the end or you will look like me, a dead man as my wife says. $62 per rider.
