I was met by the lovely Sanjar the bellman. Very pleasant, super polite and helpful. I also booked a room without a nice view and had a complimentary upgrade to with a nice view. The room is super spacious and the bathtub is stunning! I had a little tour of the hotel while waiting for the room. I also visited the cafe downstairs when I arrived and the two ladies are lovely. Overall very pleased and the hospitality is 👌🏼

I had the pleasure of staying at SLS Hotel and Residences for two days, and the experience was truly exceptional. Everything from the hospitality to the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to Elizabeth Lucky from housekeeping — her attention to detail and dedication made our stay even more comfortable. The room was always spotless and well-prepared thanks to her. We have been residing here for the past 2 years, and this place is really nice with all the necessary facilities. The staff is very cordial and helpful. The housekeeping team is also very supportive. Mr. Gambhir has been taking care of our apartment since last year, and he is excellent at his work. His problem-solving abilities are commendable; he goes to great lengths to resolve any issues that arise. He also takes good care of the apartment during our absence. We love staying here at SLS and will continue to do so.

It was a wonderful stay with exceptional service, starting from the warm welcome at the 71st floor. The rooms were luxurious and incredibly comfortable — a truly unique and memorable experience. I must also mention Mr. Feroz, the polite and cheerful staff member in the valet service. His professionalism and kindness added a special touch to our visit

A Fantastic Stay with Stunning Views and Luxurious Amenities We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impressive – very spacious, modernly furnished, and kept exceptionally clean. They were also bright and well-lit. One of the highlights was the incredible view from our room, which overlooked the entire city from a high vantage point. The hotel's bar was another standout feature. It boasted very high ceilings and was luxuriously decorated, creating a really upscale atmosphere. We also thoroughly enjoyed the terrace pool area. Having a poolside bar that was open at night was a fantastic perk, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, a highly recommended hotel offering comfort, style, amazing views, and great facilities. We would definitely return!

I must say, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations! The hotel manager Lura was incredibly humble and responsive❤️❤️❤️,accommodating all types of requests with a smile. It was evident that the staff worked well together to enhance the guest experience. One standout moment was when the front desk was busy with check-ins. To expedite the process, they opened the bar area for check-ins, which saved us a lot of time. This thoughtful approach truly showcased their commitment to excellent service.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I will definitely return!
