I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. I especially want to thank Angele for her professionalism and kindness – she was extremely helpful throughout my stay and truly made a difference. Thanks to her, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

I had such a great time staying at this hotel! Everything was easy and stress-free, from check-in to check-out. The room was cozy and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A special mention goes to Angele, who made me feel at home right away. She’s friendly, approachable, and always had a smile on her face, which made the atmosphere so much warmer.

I recently spent 10 days at the SLS Hotel in Dubai and can confidently say it was one of my best hotel experiences to date. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The hotel itself is immaculately presented, with a modern and stylish design that reflects the vibrant spirit of Dubai. The views, especially of the Burj Khalifa, are simply breathtaking – a perfect backdrop to an already exceptional stay. Having visited Dubai for over 10 years now, I’ve seen it grow and evolve, and I truly believe it keeps getting better every time. SLS Hotel is a shining example of that progress – it absolutely tops the list of places I’ve stayed. Huge respect to all the staff working tirelessly to make every guest feel welcome. The entertainment and dining options were also spot-on – great atmosphere, delicious food, and an overall memorable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. The rooftop pool has one of the best skyline views in Dubai, especially at sunset. The room was spotless, with beautiful city views and great attention to detail. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a mix of style, comfort, and luxury!

One of the best and my favourite hotel where i stayed so far. The entry of 71st lobby which is really big and so beautifully decorated. All the staff from the reception were so helpful. The elevators to the room was quite confusing but its kind a unqiue thing to see in this hotel. ||The rooms are well cleaned and well maintained. Every amenities are available in the room whatever you are looking for. I had an issue with Ac but they fix it within in no time when i request for a check.And about foods every items are good in portion comparing with the price from room dining. Want to highlight our server Sangey who was always on his top quality service. Friendly, Good communicator and caring i must say. Im really impressed with his service. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. Will be sure to come back again in this amazing place.

Had an amazing stay at SLS Dubai! The hotel is absolutely stunning, modern, stylish, and full of energy. The staff like Haitham were incredibly attentive and professional, always going above and beyond to make everything perfect. The views from the infinity pool and rooftop are breathtaking, and the rooms are elegant and comfortable. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Dubai, I’ll be back for sure!

The place is beautiful and the view is absolutely amazing. However, the check-in process was very slow and not flexible when we arrived two hours early, as they didn’t allow us to check in before the official time. The room’s AC was also not cooling enough, with the maximum temperature stuck at 20°C. Other than that, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Mohamed from Guest Services who was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive.
