One of the most beautiful pool in dubai. Even with the heat the temperature of the water is perfect and so fresh. ||||I was so impressed with our food here at the pool! tried club sandwich, tomato salads, cheese cake and some more. We finished our whole plates and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive them all. Here pool area staff Udara and Devi was sweet and helpful. Also they know their job and has a very good prodect knowledge of everythings.||Thank you for the wonderful service ❤️ and definitely will be back soon… ||||Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at SLS Hotel Dubai! I visited with a group of friends and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel has a great atmosphere — clean, stylish, and very well-located.||What made our experience truly special was the warm welcome and exceptional professionalism of Othman at the reception. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. His hospitality made us feel right at home.||Thank you, SLS Hotel, for a memorable stay. They were incredibly supportive throughout our stay and really everytime available. ||||The hotel continues to impress with its excellent amenities, comfortable rooms, great food, and prime location: Infinity pool is so nice and with cool vibes. Breakfast selection more than enough. You can order also a la carte. Loft Apartment is amazing.||||We highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a truly wonderful hotel experience. Hey SLS Team, just wanted to say a big thank you to General Manager Mr. Goran Stojkovic. His positive vibes really make the hotel feel welcoming! I’ve noticed some great changes, from the staff’s friendliness to the overall feel of the place. The energy is just so lively, and even the little things show how much everyone cares.||||I especially appreciate Mr. Goran's diplomatic way of handling things. He’s always smiling and hanging out in the lobby, making sure everything flows smoothly. His leadership has really made a difference! Also, a shoutout to Miss Karina! She always goes above and beyond for the guests. I’ve known her since the hotel opened, and she’s always been so dedicated.||||Thanks to Mr. Omran too for being so warm and attentive. His presence really makes me feel like everything’s going to be just fine. I can’t forget to thank Madam Zina and Stephanie Zelaya, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, for their constant support. And a big thanks to Ms. Virendra Shekhawat and Ms. Deve for being so understanding and diplomatic.||||Lastly, I want to recognize Mr. Neil from Room Dining, who always welcomes guests with a bright smile, and Mr. Sushile and Ms. Caroline from the call center for their professionalism and help.||Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making every visit special. A Fantastic Stay with Stunning Views and Luxurious Amenities We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impressive – very spacious, modernly furnished, and kept exceptionally clean. They were also bright and well-lit. One of the highlights was the incredible view from our room, which overlooked the entire city from a high vantage point. The hotel's bar was another standout feature. It boasted very high ceilings and was luxuriously decorated, creating a really upscale atmosphere. We also thoroughly enjoyed the terrace pool area. Having a poolside bar that was open at night was a fantastic perk, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, a highly recommended hotel offering comfort, style, amazing views, and great facilities. We would definitely return!

I must say, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations! The hotel manager Lura was incredibly humble and responsive❤️❤️❤️,accommodating all types of requests with a smile. It was evident that the staff worked well together to enhance the guest experience. One standout moment was when the front desk was busy with check-ins. To expedite the process, they opened the bar area for check-ins, which saved us a lot of time. This thoughtful approach truly showcased their commitment to excellent service.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I will definitely return!
