Had a great experience with Haitham at SLS. He was very attentive and helpful and kind. He explained my bill clearly and thoroughly during the check out process. He was also very welcoming and a joy to interact with. Will definitely be returning to experience more of this great customer service! The hotel was also great. The food at the rooftop pool/lounge was delicious and the music was also great. When we arrived, our room was not available and they offered to hold our bags so that we could experience the various amenities and services. It was a very customer centric approach and it is truly appreciated. Thanks SLS team for making it a great stay!

We stayed at the hotel from Thursday to Sunday, and the experience was absolutely amazing. All the staff members were friendly, professional, and incredibly patient. Every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile. We were celebrating our honeymoon and mentioned it to Lia, the wonderful staff member who escorted us to our room. She surprised us with a delicious chocolate cake and tasty dates waiting in our room — such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. The pools are beautiful, and the breakfast is very rich and varied. I can confidently say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, especially thanks to the exceptional service we received!

It was a truly wonderful experience. The swimming pools were fantastic and almost always empty, which made them perfect for us to enjoy. We were on holiday with my wife and our baby son, and all of us had a great time. Angel arranged for us to access our room at 2 pm instead of 3 pm, which was extremely helpful after a long journey. The housekeeping was excellent, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended and thanks to all the hotel staff that made our stay great.

A special thanks to the amazing team for their honesty and professionalism! I had accidentally left my phone at the lobby, and within minutes, the team coordinated and handed it back to me safely. Such gestures truly define hospitality at its best. Slightly out the way but the suites are beautiful. Two floors. A great view. Everything smells good lol. The spa was a great experience. She kneeled out last months stress. The pool had great night vibes, good and shisha. Haitham was so nice at check out. I will definitely recommend the SLS and will be returning in the future.
