one of the Biggest SM Malls that I have even stepped foot in, Located strategically in the South Cebu Reclamation Area near the ocean and downtown is a convient place to shop and explore. The design of this mall is very interesting a circular mall with weird curves and designs with natural light beaming into the malls atmosphere. The view of the sea nearby makes it an awe experience when shopping. And the parks here are designed for social interaction and conversation. The stores and wide options here are huge, besides the usual stores and fancy restaurants there also a bowling, skating ring, Lazer tag, VR and other fascinating things to do. It's great to explore here the entire day while getting a sweat. The icon of the place is the Seaside tower, supposed to be a observation deck for people to look at Cebu has been ongoing renovation, but it has been years since their "renovation" started and there has been no progress, hope it finishes soon on my next visit. But again the mall itself it's fascinating definitely a must visit in Cebu City.

SM Seaside Cebu is one of the largest malls in the Philippines, offering a vast and impressive shopping experience. With its modern architecture, high ceilings, and wide walkways, the mall is designed to give visitors a spacious and airy feel. Inside, you’ll find a variety of stores, from luxury brands to more affordable local shops, as well as electronics, home goods, and beauty products. There’s something for every shopper, making it a perfect destination for anyone looking to indulge in a day of retail therapy. The food scene at SM Seaside Cebu is another standout feature. The mall has an extensive range of dining options, from casual food courts with local and international fast food to upscale restaurants offering delicious meals with beautiful views of the city and ocean. We tried some restaurants during our visit, and although we didn’t make it to the bar, it was still a great experience. For those looking to relax and unwind, the Sky Park on the top floor is a peaceful outdoor space with benches, cafes, and a stunning view, making it an ideal spot for an afternoon break or evening stroll. We also had a blast trying out the bowling and archery at the mall. Both activities were fun and added an extra layer of excitement to our visit. Whether you’re looking for something active or just want to enjoy some downtime, SM Seaside Cebu has a variety of options to keep you entertained. The mall is easy to access, with ample parking and a family-friendly atmosphere. Whether you're shopping, dining, or enjoying the many attractions, it’s a destination that truly has something for everyone.

First time getting here and had a hard time navigating to the parking area. But all in all, this mall is world-class, and the Skyview is amazing. Here are some pictures from the Skyview.

Yelp
The mall is enormous! It took us about two days to see the entire place, haha. Make sure to remember where you park, as it can get confusing. Overall, it's very clean and a great spot to escape the heat. There are plenty of restaurants, shopping areas, movie theaters, a cyber zone, arcades, bowling, archery, and even an ice rink! There are tons of things to do!

Yelp
Large Shopping Mall [CEBU CITY, Philippines] What da wow! This mall is H-U-G-E! This is a super mall claiming to be the 4th largest mall in the world! Now that's impressive. SM Seaside located in Cebu has everything -- Shopping, Dining, Entertainment, Movies, and Services. I thought I was back in the U.S. when I saw retail stores like American Eagle, Columbia Sportswear, Cotton On, Crocs, Footlocker, H&M, Guess, Levi's, M·A·C, Miniso, Oakley, The North Face... they still have an Esprit store ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ... and food franchise stores like Auntie Anne's, Burger King, Cinnabon, Dominos Pizza, Dunkin' Donuts, Gong Cha, KFC, Krispy Kreme, Sbarro, and, of course, Starbucks! Mom and I were looking for souvenir shops and found some at a store called Island Souvenirs. An employee was very helpful in finding the right sizes for us when we were shopping for novelty shirts. We also found Kultura, a franchise souvenir shop (I love this store). I found some stores with clever names: John Lemon (juice bar), Belle Lumiere -- characters from Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" (aesthetic salon), and Eye Browse (optical). They have bowling, ice skating, and movies for entertainment. SM Seaside is one of the biggest malls in Visayas and the largest shopping mall in Cebu City. The mall has five (5) floors with over 700 stores!! 12 of them are anchor stores. The Philippines has some of the biggest malls! So crazy! My only complaint... they should have more electronic floor maps of the mall sprinkled everywhere... you know, like ones that point on the map "You are here" because it's so easy to get lost here. Yelp
My family had fun! We went here for ice skating, bowling and shopping! All in one place! The only bad thing is that their restrooms don't have toilet papers and the flush don't work as good! The toilet in the bowling alley is the worst!

Yelp
Our time at SM Seaside was too short. Got a glimpse of how incredible this shopping mall is. We arrived about an hour before closing time to have dinner at one of the restaurants. That is why time was so limited. SM Seaside is GIGANTIC! Great place to burn some calories (by walking) or gain some calories (by eating). It is like a little city inside this mall. I heard that it is one of the Top 10 largest malls in the entire world!! I look forward to spending more time here in the future. Cebu, Philippines gets very hot so SM Seaside is a fantastic place to escape the heat because they also have terrific air conditioning!! Believe me when I tell you that it is a huge bonus to have A/C in the Philippines!!

Yelp
This place is huge. This is my fifth visit since I move back from Chicago and I still get lost. I wish they had that electronic floor map by the entrances, escalators and stairs that they took out during the pandemic. It doesn't have to be an interactive touch screen, but a map of each floor will help. The place offers everything you could ever want and more (so far). I enjoy the scooters which you can rent so you can joyride around the mall. They a have an ice skating rink, a food court and dozens of restaurants, hundreds of retail stores and movie theaters that include the Director's Club Cinema. The roof garden offers a spectacular view of the new CCLEX bridge. I like to go to this mall just to walk around, since there are no hiking/jogging/biking trails near me. You can spend a day here and not get bored.

Yelp
SM Seaside City is the biggest in the Philippines and apparently the sixth biggest in the world. As the name suggests, the mall is located seaside. The have an open air playground with a Philippine basket weaving theme. There are a lot of kids enjoying this playground, but not so much that it's stifling. On this floor, they also have a water play area for kids and empty storefronts that would be great for a coffee shop or souvenir items. You can catch a view of the seaside or the city, you can sit in peace catching a breeze in an open area rooftop park. You can go bowling, watch a movie, go to the playground, try different cuisines, buy a car, sip your coffee. At this point, I have not talked about the shopping, I get it. Well, the mall is great!!! There's a carousel inside, there's several restaurants and shops. SM itself has a VIP lounge where people can just sit in comfortable couches or tables, be served drinks and go on wifi, maybe read some newspapers. In this area, you can't take pics. SM mall has great women's wear line for a very good price. Because it's so big, it does not seem crowded at all. It seems quite tranquil. You can rent scooters, if you think the mall is too big and you want to get around a little faster. Malls in the Philippines are way more than malls. They really are a source of enjoyment and even tranquility, rather than stress and shopping. I enjoy visiting the SM malls and Ayala malls in the Philippines.

Yelp
SM Seaside is one of the biggest shopping mall here on Cebu.. There are many restaurants and snackbars, fastfoods. My favorite place there is the playground , the place where your children can play and make some friends there..

Yelp
Wow! This place is big! Almost too big. The top level has a great outside walk around with shops and cafes. Inside... everything! You can go bowling, see a movie, buy a car, eat cuisine from anywhere in the world, Ride elevators, escalators and walk upstairs. There are shops from North face to Prada, coach to SM market. Pretty much a one shot destination if you want to escape the heat and shop all day long and stay in the building. This place is it very clean and safe retreat if you've just had enough Cebu city.

Yelp
This has to be one of the biggest malls I've ever been in. There are 5 floors plus an additional outdoor mall area over looking the city. The mall is brand new so there are still a lot of vacancies. You'll find just about everything here. They have American franchise stores as well as Filipino and other international stores? Once entering by car. Your car is bomb sweeped and checked. Finally upon entering the mall doors armed security guards check you and you walk through a metal detector. They take security in the Philippines very serious here which is a good thing. Try Paulito's resto it's very good.

Yelp
Let's get one thing straight. The Philippines knows shopping malls. And although I hate to admit it Filipinos know shopping as well. Don't believe me? Go ask your nearest Filipino which mall to visit and they'll gladly give you a list...not just one place but a list. Anyways it's no surprise that the malls in the Philippines are some of the largest and grandest malls I have ever been to. And trust me when I say this, I have visited a crap load in my time so I know what I'm talking about. One of these grand oasis of shopping nirvana is SM Seaside Cebu. There's just something about this megamall that just screams excess. And I mean for goodness sake it's the third largest shopping mall in the Philippines and 8th in the world. That's 8th in THE WORLD people! Let's put that into perspective shall we. Number three and four on that list are SM City North EDSA and SM Megamall which both are in the Philippines and the entry from the United States are relegated to the 28th and 29th spot. Those spots are filled by King of Prussia Mall and Mall of America respectively. How is it that a country so small as the Philippines has three of the largest mall in the world in the top ten list? That speaks volume. So trust me when I say this, you haven't visited a mall and truly know what that definition is until you visit SM. To say I was impressed is an understatement. First of all, the location is simply sublime. The reason it's called SM Seaside Cebu is...well you guessed it...it's right by the seaside. They couldn't have picked a more perfect location. That's because the view of the ocean from the rooftop garden in the morning and the evening is to die for. Just strolling through the lush greenery and feeling the ocean breeze that's so fresh and refreshing is what life is all about. If I was living in Cebu there is no doubt you would see me at this mall every day. There's just so many things to do. So many things to see. And so many restaurants to try that it would be difficult to get bored of it. There's a bowling and amusement center, Olympic-size skating rink and numerous stores that can literally drain the money from your bank account. Also there is the famous "Cube" centerpiece, the Sky Park garden which I have mentioned, and a huge tower that rises from the middle that will provide an amazing view of the complex and nearby city below. There's something to be said about not going home to my country for close to two decades. I would have never imagined that such a mall could exist in the Philippines. My visit has proved to be full of surprises and wonder. It's truly no wonder then that I wouldn't hesitate visiting the motherland once again even if it's just to visit the amazing malls like SM Seaside Cebu.

Yelp
This mall is a bit out of the way from Cebu City(especially if you have to fight Cebu's growing traffic problems), but it's worth it to visit. It's new and huge and modern with plenty of shopping & eating options to choose from. It's shaped like a circle with I believe 4 or 5 levels so it's not hard to get lost although the mall does lack directories around the area, so if you're not familiar with the place you can be going around in circles looking for the specific store you want. Seaside has this large tower situated in the middle but I'm not sure exactly what it's purpose is for. There were pathways leading to it and it looked like there was some kind of observatory at the top but we never made it there. I'm not sure if that area is open to the public. The mall does have a rooftop level called the SkyPark where you can hang out at. It provides a nice view of the harbor the mall is next to. They also have a state of the art theater options which provides reclining seating options, or IMAX viewing, food served right to you, etc. Other than that Seaside is just another nice new mall in Cebu to visit and I would recommend doing so while it's still nice and new. Visit on the weekdays when it just opens at 10am. You'll feel like you have the whole mall to yourselves.

Yelp
This is the 4th largest SM mall in thr Philippines and just opened today. Architecture design by a US based group and loacated close to the ocean. They say they have a state of the art movie theater. Its a welcome additon to Cebu and holds a lot of promise for the surrounding area.

Yelp
As a first timer to the Philippines, I was so excited to visit the SM mall. I've always heard stories about it when I was a kid from my parents and grandparents. This place literally in my opinion beats all the malls back in America. They have all kinds of stores in here. There's even a bowling alley, an ice ring, and a movie theater. One of my favorite parts is, the many guards that roam and protect this place! Wow. On the upper levels, they have fine dinning and a good view of the surrounding areas of Cebu. If your in the Cebu area, I HIGHLY recommend you stop by here at once! I'm telling you, you'll next a couple days or a week just to explore each floor and store.
