Great place to dine! After having tried all the delicious Polish food, we came across this Ukrainian restaurant. They have a rich menu with many good choices to choose from, lots of traditional food with a nice atmosphere, and even the staff are wearing traditional clothes. It's a great place if you want to try something different, especially if you like traditional food from different countries.

Our waitress is just the loveliest , sorry we didn't get her name. She was so patient with us as we struggled to decide on what we wanted to try. We had the beetroot soup, the beef stew (szarke), the trout and pork chops with apple sauce, plus a carafe of red wine. Cost us slightly more than £30, what a bargain. The fish reminded me of Asian common home cooked fish, which was deep fried whole. The soups were all delicious, especially when I'm not usually a beetroot fan. The pork chop but fruity for us but cooked perfectly. Overall, lively experience.

This place will surprise you with its wonderful Ukrainian flavor! Delicious home-cooked food, large menu, many visitors, good prices. The only downside is poor ventilation on the lower floors, which makes it very stuffy, which does not allow you to sit for a long time.

I visited this place twice while staying in Krakow, and the food was delicious both times! The service was a bit slow during my first visit, but it was much more attentive the second time around. Regardless, the staff was very polite and friendly on both occasions. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully done, with a unique and inviting atmosphere. All in all, it's a great place to visit if you want to try Ukrainian cuisine!

Delicious Ukrainian cuisine in a cosy eatery close to the centre of Kraków. We tried a few different dishes including dumplings and cutlets, which were gladly washed down by some excellent pints of Ukrainian beer. Friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend more!

Ukrainian restaurant in the city centre. It is quite popular so sometimes there is a queue to enter it. I used to come here when it was the only Ukrainian restaurant in the city and I can say that it is not so good anymore especially compared to the newly opened Ukrainian restaurants in Krakow. We went there recently and it was just disappointing. Borsch and czeburek were just disaster, not tasty at all. The only good thing was honey cake. Service was very slow as there were only 3 waiters for both floors. Prices are quite cheap though considering it is in the very centre of the city but I guess it impacts quality of food and service. Definitely would not recommend this place as there are better Ukrainian restaurants in the city with much better quality of food.

The place is so lovely, with friendly staff (especially the girl with the dark hair), and affordable prices, that I've been there twice 😀 The first time I ordered potatoe cakes with goulash (картопляники з гуляшeм), and the second time I ordered chicken fillet with mushrooms (куряче філе з шампіньйонами) with french fries (картопля фрі). I'm not Ukrainian, but I do know what a goulash should taste like, and this one was excellent - spicy enough, with meat so tender it melts in your mouth. The portion also includes two potato cakes with a crispy crust. The chicken fillet with mushrooms was also tasty, but maybe a little plain (if you normally like spicier food, with more sauce...). I like it simple 😀 This time I didn't have much time for a dessert, but I'll come again the next time I visit Krakow 😊
