Had lunch there during my visit, nice menu, great tapas with a hint of Icelandic taste. Relaxing environment and surroundings. The door is abit small, but definitely worth to get in. The service is warm and welcome too. We really enjoyed the lunch experience there.

A wonderful little bar and restaurant offering tapas by the jar. Pick your own flight and grab a drink. Icelandic offerings like fermented shark and minke whale are on the menu for the adventurous, in addition to lots of delicious offerings. Very quick service, in a relaxed and quite atmosphere. A great little stop for anyone looking to grab a bite as they explore the streets of Reykjavik.

A bit like Icelandic tapas, and a great way to try the unusual (or usual) Icelandic dishes, like whale, smoked lamb, and of course fermented shark. We took our eats upstairs and enjoyed them at Bar Ananas, but they have nice seating options as well. Our picks were filling, so you could easily make a meal of it here too.

Excellent food at a great price. I'm not a big fan of pork, but the pork belly was to die for. The deep fried cod was also amazing!

Delicious exotic food, cozy and chill atmosphere, small plates, excellent selection of seafood, vegetarian and meat dishes along with desserts. Beers on tap. Free wifi. Highly recommended.

No Puffins on the menu, but try the whale. If you are brave enough, go for the fermented shark! Icelandic tapas done right.

Great experience. The bar tender was awesome. Let me try fermented shark for free. I recommend getting the Chef’s choice.
