Lovely small cafe with a really nice vibe. Some gentle latin music playing in the background on a rainy day having a coffee somehow felt quite perfect. I tried the piccolo and it was well made and tasty. Not a huge range of coffees if you’re looking for lots of variety but they have a nice house blend and a guest espresso (and a decaf option). Some outdoor seating too if the weather is nice

A lovely independent coffee shop in the heart of Bristol. Really welcoming people work there. My coffee and cake were excellent and made with precision and care. The sandwiches looked tasty and were very popular. There were quite a few regular customers and the atmosphere was friendly and cheerful. The wooden seats were a bit hard and some cushions would have been nice. I'd highly recommend this place, much, much nicer than the chain coffee shops.

It’s located in the old city part of Bristol and there are lots of space to sit. Coffee was delicious although a bit pricier than in other places and they had 2 vegan options (banana bread and a flapjack that was also gluten free)

A small cafe in Bristol city centre. Nice interior, but no wifi. Good selection of savoury items for brunch/lunch.

Very Good food and coffee. Atmosphere especially very cosy since its small and has a lot of wooden furniture. Service is amazing too. Highly recommended once you are around.

Actually I don’t want to share this review on Google map as it’s my one of secret perfect cafe in Bristol city centre. Artisan espresso and barista is very professional. Price is reasonable and it’s a quiet place to stop on. After got an expensive milk water( named cappuccino) in the kiosk(in front of Caffè Nero, damn because Nero was closed ) in Clarks Village( outlet) on last Sun, I really need to get the real nice coffee. P.S. : Place to enjoy coffee! Card payment only No toilet Please keep quiet, here is not a kid’s playground

Google
Very cosy coffee shop with barista that knows what he’s doing. I tried the piccolo coffee, which is basically just a Cortado. It was well-made. However, North Americans beware that this coffee shop just like many others in England offer Ethiopian coffee. Compared to Colombian coffee that we are used to is a bit more bitter and requires some getting used to. The interior of the coffee shop is very cozy. However, space is limited. We were lucky enough to sit by the window.

Another great coffee in the centre!! We went there on a weekday and sat on the street side. Its house blend is a very balanced one with combination of El Salvador, Ethiopia, Panama and Uganda. The blend is roasted by Clifton. It was so smooth with the milk with balanced taste! Gonna come back for filter coffee next time!!

Yelp
This specialty coffee shop in Bristol is not overrated; the hype is deserved. This brick-walled, small space is tucked into Small Street near St Nicholas Market. My decaf latte was served in a glass and topped with foamy, yet smooth-looking, latte art. The taste of the espresso dominated the milk without being overly bitter. Small Street Espresso features coffee roasters from Bristol and the UK, which are listed on display on a chalkboard near the counter. The price was about what I would expect to pay for specialty, but the serving was a bit on the smaller side (my guess would be an 8-oz pour). Cheers, Small Street Espresso, for indulging my craving for specialty roasted coffee.

Yelp
Great coffee in a lovely part of Bristol. Cute space to sit and relax. Also do some snacks/cakes/toast etc. Would recommend for people who seek out good coffees

Yelp
Best latte I've ever had! Fact! I arrived yesterday about half an hour early for a meeting, so I threw my bag down and studied the pretty extensive menu. I'd not been here before, so went with my normal Latte order to see how it compared to my other favorites. It came in a glass without a handle and looked perfect, so I was really looking forward to trying it. I sat down on one of their small but surprisingly conformable wooden table and stools, had my first sip and - BOOM! Absolute taste sensation! Seriously, this is the best coffee I've ever had; and I've travelled South America! I'm not a coffee connoisseur, so I can't say if it was a dry, dark, sweet or had hints of mahogany to it. What I can say it that I almost wanted to down it, it was so good! While I was waiting for my meeting to arrive I was listening in to the guys behind the counter. They were taking about doing a 28day brew and were discussing other coffee stuff with customers; they really knew their stuff! On the counter were some lovely looking cakes and pastries. I didn't have any but I'll definitely try some when I go back. This is a fantastic little coffee shop ran by coffee enthusiast - and the results speak for themselves. Best coffee in Bristol? In my eyes, definitely!

Yelp
Great little coffee bar in the heart of Bristol specialising in Espresso. Much in the vein of the boutique coffee bars of New York, Berlin, and Melbourne, it's a great place to kick back and enjoy a (very reasonably-priced) "cup of joe" and watch the world go by the windows. Keep your eyes peeled for their ever-changing selection of guest coffee roasts and cakes!

Yelp
Small and quant. Great coffee and my kids said that their hot cocoa and bakery goods were amazing. Fantastic stop that is intimate and easy.

Yelp
Great coffee and delicious moist cakes. A very intimate and personal relaxed atmosphere aswell. Nicely decorated and will be going back. Great for as I am just down the road so very convenient and it is quiet enough to connect with others.

Yelp
This is a nice, neat coffee bar on a relatively quiet street in Bristol, stylish and small. The decor is great: hanging light bulbs, wood block furniture, dark tiles and silver piping on red brick walls. Our cappuccinos (£2.30 each) were tasty (though it was hard to tell the difference between a normal and a dry), and much of the food is supplied by the excellent Hart's Bakery. We didn't buy any pastries because there was a big fly sitting on top of one of them, which kind of puts you off! We look forward to going back soon and getting a good feel for the place, alternating with the friendly Full Court Press around the corner.

Matthew G.

Yelp
Fantastic place, such friendly guys. Bought a lot of coffee from them over several months and they know their stuff. Look out for varying guest roasts, most appear to be local roasters which is a bonus. Harts bakery cakes as well, a welcome treat. If you're in the centre take the time to visit this place you won't be disappointed as its some of the best coffee in Bristol.

Yelp
Fantastic coffee and cakes. Well worth the trek from the shopping centre. This man knows exactly how to make a flat white coffee at the correct temperature. Definitely worth a return visit next time we're in Bristol.
