Pleasantly surprised to find this tucked in an unexpected place. So glad I did. The banana nut shake was amazing. Reasonably priced, and not far off the Merritt. Try it! It's good!

This place is so great!! Their teas are amazing and they have so many flavors to choose from I have to try a new one every time I go. Not to mention the staff is always super friendly and very helpful. My favorite nutrition place by far!

This is just herbalife with extra steps. All they sell is herbalife products which is kinda misleading. This is technically a "nutrition club", the latest in this mlm's way to make money. Once you go inside you'll see. The workers are nice and I feel bad that people are getting caught up in this. There's a reason they don't put prices up.

They use Herbalife - all of their shakes and teas don’t contain real fruit, it’s from powdered jars. Wouldn’t recommend.

There amazing, they ask how your day is going and they are very nice to everyone.

Great little place by Yale near New Haven. Tons of variety of nutritious shakes and energy teas. I picked up a combination deal of protein shake and energy tea for $14. Skip the chain Starbucks and Jamba Juice and come here!
