Wonderful park to walk around and take in the sights of the historical buildings, bell tower, and pagoda. Within the park is also the Xi’an Museum. Admission to the museum is free and displays many artifacts.

The smaller of the two Wild Goose pagodas in Xi'an, and a little worse for wear due to age and earthquakes ... but certainly impressive. Surrounded by a pleasant park which invites you to simply stroll around and enjoy different views. Or do a bit of bellringing for luck. Or shop for souvenirs. Relaxed atmosphere, and not quite as crowded as some other sights.

Love it, middle of the city, but still very bing and open place. Parked just in front. Super atmosphere, we picked mid level tickets, with a table - close to the scene. Had a drink, snacks and some fruits. Amazing interaction between spectators and performance artists. Good service, and unforgettable experience. You can call and make a reservation if this is last minute idea.

The building start to lights up around 6pm i think.. surrounding area is good for walking; they have trees lighted with poems, & fountain show with lights and music at the north square area which start around 7pm (need to secure spot early before it gets too crowded). Theres public toilet nearby the fountain show area

Small wild goose pagoda is a lovely place to visit while in Xi'an. It is popular with tourists. Has a history of Buddhism in China behind it. It is also a World Heritage Site. There is a big Pagoda in the city as well. Some very old trees are there in the park. You will see markings on the trees with their age. There is a massive bell in the centre of the park which you can ring for a price.

Very nice Pagode (705-7). The pagoda had been destroyed by an earthquake in 14th century. The basement was very strong

Wonderful place to visit with significant historical and cultural experience. This pagoda was built in the 7th century (1,300 years ago) - although the wild goose of legend actually fell out of the sky at the site of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. Entrance is free but you absolutely must book your trip here months in advance. For foreigners, your passport is your entrance ticket.
