Smallville 21 Hotel

The staff in the breakfast area showed poor attentiveness and did not reflect the core values of Smallville21 Hotel and ilonggo hospitality. In my experienced, they seemed indifferent to guests’ feelings and welfare, both in the breakfast area and at the front desk, which made the overall experience feel impersonal and uncaring.

Had an absolutely great stay! The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Esplanade for a relaxing stroll by the river, and within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. The area is lively, with plenty of different restaurants, cafés, and nightlife spots right around the corner.

It's very close to the bars. Haha, the place is spacious and neat. The WiFi is good. The staff are all kind. The only thing is that their freshener at the lobby is SO STRONG. hahaha it doesn't smell bad, but it's just so strong. It triggers allergies. They do that to mask the smell of the food since their food hall is beside the lobby. They could have set up an enclosed dining area with exhaust fans.. but well, they chose this set up. Overall, I would still recommend their place. 💙💙💙

Smallville 21 Hotel and KTV Bar is among this city's best. It's located in the night life capital of Iloilo City: Smallville. You can book your stay in the hotel and while away time or have dinner at any of their KTV rooms (its KTV rate is deductible with food and drinks ordered). It might be an exclusive family gathering, a party, function or a venue to entertain guests and friends, it's a place where fun never stops.

very poor attending skills of the hotel staff, the waiters and food servers who ask for your breakfast dont know how to troubleshoot concern of the guest including the receptionist, it seems they dont value their guest

i just got my helmet damaged inside their parking space. It's not good for security

Nice hotel for conferences, conventions, wedding reception, and other events. Karaoke service is also available in this hotel complex.

They offer spacious venue for family gatherings, event and receptions. My had celebrated the Christening of the newest member of the family and it was a blast. The service was great and staff are accommodating and so friendly. For family and corporate affairs and celebration I do recommend this place. Loved it!!!
