Smallville 21 Hotel

Rooms are ok and spacious but there are some issues,shower takes minutes before getting some lukewarm water at least, TV does not work properly, Wifi signal is almost non existing. The biggest issue is the housekeeping starting at 7.30am moving furniture around making it impossible to sleep. Also the house keeping seems to have common noisy meetings in the hallway talking loud and lauging or playing loud cellphone music.

The staff in the breakfast area showed poor attentiveness and did not reflect the core values of Smallville21 Hotel and ilonggo hospitality. In my experienced, they seemed indifferent to guests’ feelings and welfare, both in the breakfast area and at the front desk, which made the overall experience feel impersonal and uncaring.

Our choice of stay everytime we visit Iloilo City. It's a simple hotel but the staff service is excellent! We like it here because it's walking distance to the Esplanade, Riverside Boardwalk, and the Shops at Atria. It's also surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and bars, which provides a vibrant nightlife.

the room is not soundproof at all — noise from the nearby KTV bar can be clearly heard, which makes it hard to rest. the water heater is not working, so I’m unable to take a proper hot shower.

Had an absolutely great stay! The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Esplanade for a relaxing stroll by the river, and within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. The area is lively, with plenty of different restaurants, cafés, and nightlife spots right around the corner.

It's very close to the bars. Haha, the place is spacious and neat. The WiFi is good. The staff are all kind. The only thing is that their freshener at the lobby is SO STRONG. hahaha it doesn't smell bad, but it's just so strong. It triggers allergies. They do that to mask the smell of the food since their food hall is beside the lobby. They could have set up an enclosed dining area with exhaust fans.. but well, they chose this set up. Overall, I would still recommend their place. 💙💙💙

very poor attending skills of the hotel staff, the waiters and food servers who ask for your breakfast dont know how to troubleshoot concern of the guest including the receptionist, it seems they dont value their guest

They offer spacious venue for family gatherings, event and receptions. My had celebrated the Christening of the newest member of the family and it was a blast. The service was great and staff are accommodating and so friendly. For family and corporate affairs and celebration I do recommend this place. Loved it!!!
