Smallville 21 Hotel

They offer spacious venue for family gatherings, event and receptions. My had celebrated the Christening of the newest member of the family and it was a blast. The service was great and staff are accommodating and so friendly. For family and corporate affairs and celebration I do recommend this place. Loved it!!!

A comfy place to stay. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Prime location. Many bars and restaurants nearby. There is also a 7/11 a few steps away. Walking distance from Atria where you can find shops and restaurants. WHITE towels.

Worth it place to stay and its quite near Boardwalk. The rooms we stayed in were newly built and was clean and big enough for a family of 5. Breakfast was also available for a price and is good enough.

Room was OK but please next time hotel is for sleeping last few nights we checked in and since mid night until morning a lot noises and loud sounds right outside our door we supposed to stay until few days but can’t sleep good, hotel sounds like someone working construction someone laughing someone playing tornado mop or something disturbing when you are resting please tell to your staff to not to be noisy around since hotel is for resting and sleeping.

Ktv rooms were large, clean, and music selections were good. Just need and index by artist.

We had an event in one of their ballrooms. Food tasted good but loaded with carbs. Not sure if the choices were done by our organizers or came with the package. I like how their stairs are designed. Good for people who are claustrophobic. This hotel has so many entrances and exits. Update: We had another event here in a different room. I was one of the first to enter the hall. It smelled “moldy”. And it looked like we had similar kinds of food. Vegetables, why so elusive? The staff were respectful, attentive and friendly. Latest update: Had our kick-off here and the foods were a lot better. I mean, there were vegetables this time. All delectable.

good budget hotel in iloilo. near to many restos. accessible and convenient.

Room is comfortable and spacious. I paid less than USD 35 per night, which is exceptional value. Downside is that water pressure (on 8th floor) is really poor and hot water is barely working, so you might have a 'cold' shower. Location is great for bars, live music and restaurants at Riverside Boardwalk. 7-11 steps away. Big malls are more than 1 km away with SM City closest by.
