Smart & Final

Smart and final is a great store, great prices and usually plesent staff. BUT today was different. The register lady was rude and condescending to me and my friend. Her tone was completely disrespectful and undeserved. I guess she was trying to be coy but came across as very rude. Talking to the guest after me, like I bored her. Then telingl that guest if only I would get out of the way in spanish. My elderly friend is 85 yrs young and moves slowly. But for an employee here at this great store, was a major let down. Her name was Sonia. Very rude. If I go back, I will leave if she's there. So disappointed.

Smart and Final is a great grocery store. I can usually find what I need there and they carry items not available aty regular store. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Great place to find a lot of different things, it's like buying in bulk without the membership. Great location and friendly staff.

The worker profiling me with another customer as I’m standing right in front of you in the checkout line is so rude. Use your brain now, thinking I’m going to steal a ONE DOLLAR gum when my mother is already paying for the groceries is wild. DO BETTER and stop making other people uncomfortable just cause you’re judgmental

Easy to get in and out, but you can never be certain of the quantity of products that will be in stock. I have had good success purchasing non-perishable items over a few days rather then getting everything at once. For perishable items, I have found that talking to a manger and making arrangements in advance works out well.

I needed to pick up some last minute items and I was in a rush. All the staff was very helpful and I was on my way in no time.
