My stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are ideal for ski trips with friends—they’re cozy, comfortable, and perfectly suited for an alpine getaway. Families will also find this place ideal: while compact, the rooms are practical and well-designed, making them a good fit for small families. The hotel itself feels bright, modern, and impeccably clean—almost like stepping into a brand-new space. Every corner exudes freshness and attention to detail. But what really made the experience stand out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—always ready to help with a smile or a friendly word. It really enhanced our stay and made it feel personal. Overall, this hotel strikes a great balance: perfect for skiers or families who want a clean, modern place with outstanding hospitality.

Very nice hotel! Pity we only stayed 1 night. Breakfast was excellent, different food and loads to choose from and very tasty. Friendly and very helpful staff 👌 highly recommended because location was also very good.

Disappointing Stay at Saslong Smart Hotel Saslong Smart Hotel is relatively new — and unfortunately, that might be its only real advantage. The hotel is located outside of the main villages in the area, which makes finding nearby restaurants or cafés inconvenient, especially in the evenings. You’ll likely need to drive for any decent dining options. The rooms are decent in size, but they lack air conditioning, which made our stay uncomfortably warm. Even with the windows open, the rooms remained stuffy during summer nights. The beds were particularly disappointing — no mattress toppers and poor-quality mattresses meant you could feel the springs directly against your back. This led to several nights of poor sleep. Good parking conditions. All in all, I would not recommend spending your money on this hotel if you’re planning a visit to South Tyrol. There are many better options in the region, both in terms of comfort and location.

Came here with my family and cousin to enjoy summer in Italy, but this hotel ruined the experience. Bathroom has only a ceiling shower with no shower cap provided—when I asked, they said it’s €2 per piece. Common area rules suddenly changed—staff didn’t allow us to eat there, even though my guide said it was allowed before. Staff were unfriendly and unwilling to discuss. No drinking water in the room, and the bathroom had only tissue and a bar soap. Very disappointing.

Had a 4 day stay with my family in September and this place was just AMAZING 🤩, breakfast buffet and supper's are very good also, the staff AMAZING, especially one in particular Ester , what a sweetheart 🥰 Bus stop in front of hotel and every 15 minutes one passes to go to other areas of the Dolomites All in all 5 🌟 Thank you all

The rooms are very basic, with the bed being the only notable piece of furniture. There are no amenities, except for two glass cups and soap bars in the bathroom. The common areas, however, are modern and pleasant. The breakfast is varied and of good quality. The parking is very convenient, and the self check-in system is easy to use.

I stayed for work reasons in this hotel. The rooms are well presented and the bathroom has a fantastic shower. Perhaps the size could be small for those who come to ski. Breakfast well stocked and complete with everything. Recommended

Overall is a very good hotel, the room was small and instead a Queen there were 2 single together, the location is excellent outside the ski towns but 10 min drive to Ortesei or Santa Cristina, bus service os good. No AC and not sure how does it work in summer. In April is perfect
