The place is very warm and pleasant. The hotel is located in a lively neighbourhood of Bangkok, in the middle of an alleyway. It is ideally situated because it is very central yet far from any noise pollution. The owner is a very welcoming and engaging person. I had a problem with my phone and she helped me much more than the police did. Don't hesitate to book your stay, I highly recommend it.

This is my third time staying at this guesthouse, and I’m always happy to return. The owner is incredibly friendly, always ready to provide tips and directions, which makes exploring the area a breeze. The rooms are spotless, and the warm, family-friendly atmosphere makes it perfect for both families and groups. I never regret choosing this guesthouse, as it consistently offers a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Thailand. The rooms were very clean and the overall environment was very welcoming. Accessibility was generally excellent, making it convenient for everyone in our group. The host, Ms. Bee, truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and ease throughout our stay. I had an incredible experience at Smile Society Hostel and Hotel during my 8-day stay in Thailand, Bangkok. Ms Bee, the host, treated us like family, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt like home. The proximity to both MRT and BTS stations made traveling around the city a breeze. Not only did we enjoy the convenient location, but Ms Bee also went above and beyond by preparing a lovely dinner for us on New Year's. I highly recommend this place to everyone; it's a fantastic choice for a memorable stay in Bangkok.

Smile Society made our stay in Thailand comfortable. Every after tour, when we returned home, we found a pleasant and vibrant place that relaxed us. Ms. Bee is also very accommodating and active, which made our stay easier. Considering that we were with seniors, she also asked how they were feeling after a tiring day. Moreover, the place is very accessible due to its location, which is near the BTS and grocery stores.

Super nice staff! Clean rooms! We had a 3 Px private room with A/C and own bathroom. Free WiFi with good bandwidth. Just 5 minutes to train stations nearby, Lumphini Park and right in the middle of district Silom, where you find night markets, 'original' fashion and night clubs, for those who want that... Extra service by the hostel warden: they will book your train and/or ferry ticket e.g. to Koh Tao, if you want that!||Update May 2023: first time back in Thailand and Bangkok after Covid. This place is still highly recommended, if you want a good value for money stay to explore the city and store your luggage (against a fee) during your Thailand travel! Bee and Nid are still super nice and supportive!

Loved it. The lady who runs it was incredibly kind and welcoming, she gave me a lot of insight on the city and tour ideas. Loved the simple decor of the room and the atmosphere. This used to be a hostel but now turned into a “boutique hotel”. It still operates as a traditional house, so there are a couple things the lady will tell you about at the reception. Lovely experience

I stayed in the hotel for 10 days the owner is super nice! If I go back to Bangkok, I'm sure I'll go back. We feel very good there 🙏 The owner came every day to clean the room and also leave me water. In the morning there is even the possibility of having coffee with cookies. The lady is super smiling and caring for her customers. Thank you !
