It’s promoted on their web site as a luxury resort, not sure I agree with them.
It’s a nice place in a very good location, Smiths beach is a beautiful beach, safe and fun, offering plenty.
The resort had a communal caravan park vibe to it.
Its apartments were dated and bland, didn’t feel welcoming.
Having the kitchen was nice though as it gave us a break from cafes and restaurants.
The pool area was great, large spacious area and well presented and maintained. Maybe a few more shaded areas but beautiful pool.
The cafe is a bottle shop that serves coffee. Minimal take away menu and very limited in groceries, but plenty of wine.
Didn’t use the restaurant but it looked more cafe than restaurant although the food is highly rated under a great chef so we missed a good opportunity.
We stayed 5 nights, probably 2 nights too long but we did relax and got the opportunity to explore the beautiful Margaret river region.
