Smokvica

Very nice restaurant with a laid back atmosphere, cool waiters and a separate smoking and non smoking area. They have different stuff to eat - from small breakfast bites over salads to more elaborate meat dishes - all prepared with lots of knowledge and taste. Dogs are allowed!

Among all the options in the neighborhood and the local old and new restaurants and cafes, this place is very interesting, has a lot of room in both main floor and lower floor restaurants, good food and good service. Upper (main) floor has a great ambiance and atmosphere, and is a great place to visit in the winter months since it’s very warm here with a nice wood burning stove in the middle of the room. Recommended.

We came here for a brunch. The food was really nice and the desserts were excuisite! We also really enjoyed the atmosphere, although a bit noisy, the surroundings are very beautiful!

Amazing food, decent service, and beautiful, cozy atmosphere. However, I cannot give full 5 stars until the restaurants ban smoking entirely, as it heavily detracts from the entire experience. They do have a non-smoking section, but it is not much better than the smoking one, or even the garden. If this does not bother you, then I highly recommend this place.

This is a review for the restaurant only. Lovely setting - cosy feel and lovely service. The starters are nice - had the corn soup and the mixed dip with focaccia. The bread was incredible. The homemade juice/drinks are great! Mains were disappointing however. The Vietnamese chicken dish was served with American style BBQ sauce and iceberg lettuce. The Lebanese chicken skewers were good but the accompanying veg was soaked in oil.

Top mild spicy corn soup and fresh focaccia, there is a whole floor for non-smokers, the food and the menu is always on point at Smokvica, last time I tried pumpkin soup and curry or something Indian and it was the best Indian dish I had in Belgrade

This is for review of the restaurant, not the rooms. Food and drinks: (3 stars) The restaurant has a good selection of food, they got a proper pizza oven, however everything is overpriced. You can expect around 1300 for a simple main course. The price of a cappuccino is 330, while the rest of the paces in the area charge around 260. Their draft beer is 400ml and priced around 500. Average price is closer to 400 for 500ml. The best part about the restaurant is the backyard patio. (5 stars) The service is good. Never understand why that place is so popular ??? So the world likes it ... I can't stand it .. food ok at best ... atmosphere there are definitely nicer places in town... service today one star.. usually 3 to 4 star's... just don't get the obsession with this place.
