This a fabulous ski resort for families. Their kids program is simply the best. Condos are excellent. Daily family programs are so much fun. After skiing family programs are extremely popular.

This is the best spot for autumnal colour in Vermont! Try to visit during the week and get there early. October weekends are popular, but that’s when the leaves are at their peak!

This is THE destination if you love fall foliage. The nearby gondola ride is absolutely worth the trip as well. Highly recommend! Best bet is to be there within the first 2 weeks of October for the peak.

Very pretty, very scary drive after dark. No way a semi got past the first curve. The road is really that narrow and winding. And each curve has massive boulders, bigger than a car. The pass is breathkingly beautiful. Really. Its one of those rare places where you cannot believe what you're seeing.

It was cloudy and rainy when we made the drive but it was still amazing. Lots of options to stop and explore on the way up and on the way down.

Gorgeous view of fall colors. If you have short time, You can just drive through and still enjoy the amazing views.

Smuggs is the best resort around for all mountain riding. The slower lifts keep the out of staters and crowds away. The mountain is setup nicely - beginners at Morse, and experts up at Sterling / Madonna. Sure it’s older and outdated, but that’s the best part! Cheaper lift tickets. Great terrain. Awesome people. Please don’t sell out Smuggs!

Nice place with a lot of skitrails to enjoy the winter wonderland here .
