I’d like to report an issue I noticed at the gym. One of the members was using chalk (white powder) and didn’t clean up after using it. The area and equipment around where they trained were covered in white powder. Despite this, the staff who saw it didn’t say anything to the member or take any action. I believe better management and supervision are needed to maintain cleanliness and a comfortable environment for all members.

I submitted a formal cancellation request in early November last year. According to their policy, billing should have stopped by early December. However, I was overseas at the time and did not check my account regularly. When I returned at the end of January, I discovered that they had continued charging me the entire time. I contacted them immediately and requested a refund. It took several days just to receive a reply, and since then there has been no meaningful follow-up. It has now been three weeks — I have called multiple times and sent several emails, but I still receive no response. This level of customer service is extremely unprofessional and makes the business seem untrustworthy. My reasonable request has been completely ignored. I strongly advise anyone considering joining to think twice. Based on my experience, this gym is not reliable.

I wish I could rate Snap Pyrmont higher than 5 stars! Ever since the refurb this is the best gym in the area. First off the equipment is top notch, very well maintained, very clean and the latest models. Next the staff, really friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful! The manager Courtney is amazing and has great knowledge, I haven’t trained with Jordan the personal trainer but he’s very friendly and based on his profile has great experience. No lock in contracts makes this a very appealing gym, try it out, you won’t regret it.

I really can’t go to this gym anymore. Their management keeps changing constantly. You never know who you’re supposed to talk to. You explain everything to one person today, and tomorrow it’s someone else. I’ve had to repeat the same issue over and over again. I cancelled my membership two months in advance, but they waited several weeks before processing it. Even after they finally processed the cancellation, they continued charging my account. When I questioned them about it, they said they would issue a refund. It has now been several weeks, and they haven’t responded to my emails, they don’t answer the phone, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m very worried that they are still charging my account. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that no one join this gym.

I had cancelled my membership, but they keep charging me anyway. I clearly followed the cancellation process, yet the payments are still being taken from my account without my consent. I contacted customer service several times, but the issue has not been resolved. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. I feel like they are not respecting their customers or their own policies. I do not recommend this gym. Be very careful before signing up, because cancelling seems to be a real problem.

Such a brilliant gym, from the kind and helpfull Gym manager to the brand new equipment, some I've never seen in a snap gym before, it made my week in Sydney a delight. The place was clean, tidy and had everything you need for a full body work out. I will most definitely be returning on my next trip to Sydney.

I’ve spent 20+ years in gyms… this is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to, in every way. Quality equipment. Facilities. Friendly. Not intimidating (like many gyms), large space.. I love this gym and I’m always looking forward to my next visit.

It was ok, had enough equipment to use, in alright condition. They were fixing some of the machines so that was fine. Manager was really nice and friendly. Its close to alot of shops ie bottle-o😎 I gave 4stars only because the gym didn't have nice flow to the training areas. Was a bit scattered and crammed around the 2 power racks. Fine to get a training session in. I trained twice here on short visit from WA
