The food was incredibly fresh and crunchy! I absolutely loved the vibe here—there are lots of cozy seats, both indoors and outdoors. You can even bring your own picnic mat, order some tasty food, and enjoy it by the lake! It's the perfect spot for friends and family. Highly recommend!

Visited for weekday lunch, and it was an excellent experience! I have been to Snapper & Co many times, with each visit being great. Being a weekday, it was relatively quiet, which was nice for a casual meal. The halloumi burger was 10/10. The view is definitely one of the best in Canberra. Keep in mind parking can be tricky during busy periods. If you're looking for a nice, but casual spot with excellent views you can't beat Snapper & Co!

We went here for a work Christmas lunch and it was so lovely! Perfect place by the lake and the yachts, great atmosphere. We ordered the half dozen oysters and fish pack for 2. The size of the oysters were on the smaller size but I think that just depends on their batches, but the portion sizes for the fish and chips was huge (as seen in the photos). We were had to take our time to finish it all! Very delicious fish, in our opinion battered was better than crumbed. Also got an iced coffee and a vanilla milkshake to wash things down. We went on a Sunday but it was so busy and full of people, so the food took over half an hour to come out. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we’d come back again.

We found this place near to the Parliament House so it is our option for lunch after visiting the Parliament. It was a great choice as the location is awesome with great view of the river and the colorful yatches. The fish and chips might be too dry or oily though. Overall we had a nice time here. Plenty of free parking outside the building which is next to Canberra yatch club.

Love the location and food! Beautiful day. We had a couple of iced coffees with a touch of vanilla syrup. The only slightly sad aspect is that they no longer serve seafood sticks. Overall, the fish was beautifully flaked, moist, and crispy, and the tartare sauce was fresh and tangy.

The places is big with nice views of the water and lake. The selection of food was great. We got the whole snapper dish with prawns. In terms of food, the highlight was definitely the hot chips. However we went on Saturday lunch time and the wait staff wasn’t friendly and couldn’t answer simple questions. We also received food in takeaway containers even though we ordered in.

It was a nice experience. We only got fish and chips but it is a good, quiet atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating options. We liked that we were able to serve our own sauces instead of paying for portions that aren't near enough for the food. The portions were generous and satisfying. I was impressed with the crumbing on the fish and calamari. Not many soft drinks options

The Deck - Though slightly pricey, the food was absolutely delicious—beautifully prepared and full of flavour. The attentive service and stunning views made for a perfect way to end a summer’s day. An unforgettable experience that’s well worth returning for!
