Nice staff. But when I bought my shoes, being a visitor in Stockholm who had to wear my shoes at once, I asked if I could impregnate them already once at once. It was not possible because in a sneakers shop, they don’t have what is needed… So I wear my shoes one day and they are already good for the dustbin. It’s a bit of a pity and kind of lack of service.

This is my son's favorite place in the world to buy limited edition sneakers and I became a fan as well. Is really fun to visit this shop located in Södermalm where you can find excellent and exclusive products. I recommend Sneakers and stuff

Good selection of sneakers and streetwear but the ABSOLUT WORSE when ordering online! It takes forever, almost 2 weeks from making the order until you receive it! Unlike Amazon or Zalando or Mr Porter you have to pay for the shipping no matter how much you buy for AND it takes the longest time to receive your order. Also their customers service is non existing! I tried to call during the entire working day without ever getting in touch with them. When send them email, they don't answer or you receive an answer a week later! The only reason I still shop with them it's because their excellent selection.

I must unfortunately say that I am very disappointed with the advertising campaign by SNS Sneakersnstuff for their new app on Instagram. They heavily promoted the opportunity for a 2nd chance to purchase a Travis Scott Canary shoe through a raffle to celebrate the launch of the app. However, all corresponding posts on Instagram have now been deleted and the announcements on their website have disappeared. It appears that the entire campaign was only intended to persuade people to download the app without actually offering a real chance to purchase the shoe. There are no indications of a draw or anything similar in the app, which is very questionable. It is disappointing to see a reputable sneaker store like SNS resort to such questionable marketing tactics. I hope that they will be more honest and transparent with their customers in the future.

Hello, I would like to thank you very much for the great service, nice selection and great prices. I really appreciate it. I discovered the store only now and I will definitely shop here. One thing I regret and I would be happy if there was a possibility of delivery from Sweden to Czech Republic in a different form than UPS. Shipment delivered within a week, it's great, but due to the aggressive behavior of the driver, I filed an official complaint with UPS. I know you're not to blame, but this spoils the final impression.I apologize for my English and thank you very much again.

Five days to process an order I made online and then sending it to me on the sixth day is far too long! I ordered one small item and I do not intend to order again as the waiting takes too long. There are better stores online! In this day and age, I can order and usually have the item in my hands in two days! With SNS I've been waiting for six days for them to just send it to me and now it's gonna be another week until I receive my order! As if I ordered from Australia, not from Sweden to Croatia!

my wife bought me a 42 that is not a 42, I go in and asked for a 42,5 (same model) and they refused due to some fonny policy - not complying to EU returns law nor common sense. After one employee being very rude and making me stressed out the manager chips in said "if you had let me finish I would have changed them, because you interrupted me while speaking I will not change them for you". I'll take my sneaker money elsewhere, customer is always right people!

These guys offer top notch service. This is a must read. I ordered a pair of Yeezy 700 (Inertias) from them and it arrived with a damaged box. Once they were informed via social media, they proactively reached out to me and offered me either a 1. full refund or 2. 10% partial refund. This is an excellent service in my opinion. They also offered me a customized coupon code for 20% off on my next purchase through them. Highly recommended!

I had ordered a pair of shoes and they ended up not fitting and so I sent them back to exchange them for another size and if they didn't have the size that I needed wanted to exchange them for another color of the same specific shoe. The response from their customer service was" no. Exchanges" I wrote back to ask why they wouldn't be willing to make an exchange when all it would entail. Is them waving the shipping fee to me since I had already bought a pair of shoes that cost $260 and had spent $70 US to send them back with the hope that they would be willing to exchange it. I don't understand what the issue is but they seem to have no interest because every email that I sent back to them asking why they wouldn't consider it suggesting options. Everything has been ignored and so my takeaway from this is they don't care at all about consumers. They're very inflexible with their policies and they were more interested in sticking to a policy rather than make a sale because this is an item that they still have stock of. I was willing to buy the shoe and another size and another color, but I guess that they must have a really big nice new warehouse to store all of their inventory in because they would rather hang on to shoes then actually be flexible and sell a pair. My advice is if there's something you can get elsewhere or get from them in the country that you live in, for example, if you live in the US order from the US shipping location so that if you do need to return it, you're not going to be spending a ton of money to send something back and have them basically say nope not going to do it. I will say on a separate note that the raffles that they run are fair and you can win them. So unlike other retailers they are very upfront and fair with their system for that. But in terms of if you have an item that doesn't work out and you have to deal with their customer service people, good luck.

I purchased a pair of sneakers from them. Returned them. They said 2 weeks for refund. It's been 3 weeks. No customer service and constant hang ups. Do not deal with them. You won't get ur money back !

I really had the WORST experience with SneakerNStuff, so I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Ordered a pair of shoes that ended up coming late, however when reaching out to them they denied it all - Even though I had proof from UPS so it was quite hard for them to disregard. When I showed them this they stop answering my emails. I tried to contact them 4-5 times after this to give them a fair chance and time to act, but still no answer. After a wait of 10 days I decided to send the shoes back on my own expense, and I am now just hopping that the process will go smoothly. They lost a loyal customer, and I will not shop there again. However, I will do my upmost best so no one else ends up in the same situation!

Great shoes, but HORRIBLE customer service & return policy! They sent me Mens' size shoe but I wanted women's size. Fine mistakes happen, but I have to pay for return shipping?! All the way to SWEDEN?! I don't understand because they sent me the shoes from the east coast (USA) and I live in the USA. I paid a 1/3 of the cost of the shoes shipping them back and it's been a month almost...NO REFUND YET!!! Unacceptable.

This company is a complete rip off...they ship to you from New York but have you return any sneakers to Sweden...yeah I said Sweden. They say they offer refunds but it costs you half the cost of the sneakers to ship them... avoid this company like the plaque... they will make it impossibly expensive to return and their retail prices are way over what the actual suggested retail price...their raffles are fixed and offer the same people the new release shoes... just best to avoid!!!

Avoid! Ordered online and wrong size trainers were sent to me. No returns label provided so I had to spend £14.50 on a tracked return to the Swedish address provided. I contacted their customer service team asking for the postage cost to be refunded and "Joel" from their customer service team flat out refused despite the fact it was their fault the wrong trainers were sent and they didn't provide any method of return. I even sent them my proof of postage with receipt showing the cost. I have followed up and it's been 15 days of radio silence. Appalling customer service. To add insult to injury they also said they couldn't contact their warehouse team to arrange for the correct size be shipped out so I must wait on a refund of the trainers and order again. £14.50 out of pocket (for their mistake) on top of the cost of the trainers... which are yet to be replaced or refunded.

The worst website ever, if there is 0 star i would rate for this website. Their customer service is bad, take weeks to reply, their services is really bad. I brought a NMD R2 from their website, they send me the wrong NMD R2, I try buy another NMD R2, they still send me the wrong one. The shoes quality was really bad, after I shipped the wrong shoes back to them, it take them more than a month and several email to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

I ordered a pair of Nike's from Sneakersnstuff, and when they arrived they were clearly in Men's sizes -I was led to believe online when I bought them that they were women's. When I requested return instructions and to be refunded for shipping due to their website not specifying the size category, they refused. I paid for shipping again to return them and it has now been three weeks and I have no refund. I contacted them 4 days ago asking for a status update. They told me they can't locate my return and requested the tracking number which I immediately provided. Still nothing. Not even a response. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered a pair of sneakers, posted on the next day, arrived on time. All good. Until I realised they have sent me wrong size. Upon contact they just stated that there was a glitch on their website. No apologise, no offer to rectify the situation, just a statement. After several emails I managed to get them to send me a prepaid voucher to return the shoes. I sent them back, tracked them on route. They arrived to them 2 weeks ago and nothing is done. I've sent to them several emails, requesting return of my money, no response. Just about to get European authorities involved as this is just blatant theft.

They only get a two because the shoes weren't damaged. The boxing was horrible and came crushed. Luckily I am not reselling these but if I were I would be really pissed off! I would only buy from them if it were my last resort.

Not professional at all. Bought items online and took money. 4 days later I ve got voicemail saying we dont have stock anymore so we will cancel your order. I will refund you. Thank you. What do you mean you dont have stock. I called customer service and saying system error, item is gone. Because of that, i could not get at all. The item i bought was very popular item although i could buy at other place but I didnt cos i could buy them here. (30min later the launch, the items are sold out everywhere) Customer service said try to buy 2 or more if the item is high demand. It doesnt make sense why i have to pay more to get. They are just saying nothing we can do. I actually queue for 3 hours in the morning at actual shop as they said they will release but staff told me, we don have stock and go to online. Thats what they told me that i was ready in front of computer so long and i could buy. However, they canceled cos items are gone after i made an order and paid. All the customer service said was such a template based comment. Not professional at all. This shop ruins all my morning and everything. Horrible. Extremely Bad.

I purchased two pairs of sneakers online. SNS sent me the wrong size (men's size instead of women's) so I had to send the parcel back to sweden (that was on april 21st). Unfortunately SNS does not refund my money in an appropriate time like all the other sneakers stores do - I am waiting for almost 3 weeks now. I'm super disappointed.

I ordered a pair of shoes online, without realising their policy of charging €40 for returns, if they can't deliver. €40!!!!! I have tried using the FedEx tracking number that they sent, but it doesn't work. So, now I don't know when to be home for the delivery. I have emailed them, but the automated response says that I will be answered in 2 days!!! That will be too late. I have also tried calling their customer service TWICE, both times for over 8 minutes - it just rings and rings. So, I cannot recommend SNS, because they just don't care about their customers. They might be good shops, but the online business seems like it is run by kids, not professionals. Avoid.

Horrible Customer Service! I have ordered from them a few times and everything was fine until they lost one of my packages worth $350. They acknowledged that the package was sent to the wrong place and they told me they were going to try to recover it and it could take up to 10 days. and now it has been a month and I have sent them about 5 emails trying to figure out what is going on and they refuse to answer me. Meanwhile they are holding my $350 still. I would not recommend ordering from them because if something goes wrong they are unlikely to help you out.They don't seem to care at all.

I would give five stars, but gave four due to me ordering two pairs of a shoe in them, the order went through but they ended up not having one size. I called them, and asked if they could ship the one pair for free, and he said he would talk to his boss and get back to me. A few days went by and there was no word, I got upset. Although I did get upset they found me another size instead of not answering or just cancelling the order. Ive only heard good things about this place. Now I see why!
