Lovely hotel, very close to all local attractions. This is a room only basis but breakfast can be brought to your door by a local cafe.|The rooms are spacious, quirky designs and warm. Bathroom is spacious, gorgeous shower with power.|This hotel is not really suitable for wheelchair users or those with significant mobility problems as there are steps up to it. |It is a key pad entry but each door has its own key. We had room 3 which was huge with ceiling murals and lots of unique items on walls.|You can see that this hotel has had attention to detail and love has been poured in to its decor and ambience.|We had a great stay and would definitely go back.

We booked a couple of nights here to celebrate my birthday. We initially booked Suite 71, but the owner, Tony, kindly offered us an upgrade to their biggest room, Room 3 which was out of this world. We loved the decor and the vibe. I didn’t get to meet Tony, the owner, as we arrived late Friday and left early Sunday, but he was helpful and responsive and the remote check in worked perfectly. The location is fabulous, in quiet, funky Kemptown but only a short walk to the centre of Brighton and only 2 minutes from the seafront. I noticed we were very near to the outdoor Sea Lanes Lido. Next time maybe… It was room only but we took advantage of the discount at the Egg and Spoon cafe for breakfast. Very tasty. All in all a great base for a fun weekend. Recommended!

Bed was super comfy, best sleep I've had in months! The decor in the room was also beautiful; the walls are covered in gorgeous signs and posters, I really loved the vibe! The hosts were also super accommodating when I needed some help sealing some liquids in my luggage. Overall, couldn't be happier with my stay and would readily come again :)

Lovely guest house, very clean with a modern funky feel. The room was warm and cozy, and everything had been thought about such as blinds and frosted windows for privacy, and lots of tea/coffee/biscuits. Tony was really friendly and helpful. On street parking passes were easy to use, no trouble finding a space on the next street. Location is in Kemptown which has a nice feel to it. It is a bit of a walk to the main Brighton attractions but we are fine with that as we like to explore cities on foot. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beachfront.

We stayed in room no.3 at Snooze and was impressed as soon as we went in, by the quirky mid century decor. But not just a pretty face, the king size bed was extremely comfortable and the shower good and hot. The retro chairs and large TV made the waking hours a pleasure as well.|Our hosts Paul and Tony were friendly and ready to help, all small details thought of, nice quality toiletries and tea and coffee provided and the hot chocolate and biscuits before bed were an added bonus.|We know next time we visit Brighton Snooze will be at the top of our list of places to stay.

This was a lovely little find. Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Communication was excellent with regards to check in and parking. |City centre is only a short walk and there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. |Would definitely stay here again

Fab stay at this beautiful hotel. Decor in the rooms is fantastic so well done! Rooms are spotlessly clean with all the comforts you need from comfy large beds to refreshments tray. Good location and quiet with easy affordable parking. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming Would 💯 % recommend and will be back.

Lovely funky hotel. If you like the vintage look then it's worth booking. Very friendly, always around if you need help. The rooms are clean and comfy beds. We stayed in one of the suites at the top but had a little look at the family room which is amazing so would love to go back with the kids. A few little shops and bars near by. We went to a lovely little Italian just around the corner. Not to far to walk to some clubs down by the sea front. About 15 minute walk.
