My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights on our first trip to Brighton, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we were on our way, the host Tony called to make sure we were travelling okay—such a thoughtful touch. When we arrived, he already had a parking permit ready for us, greeted us warmly, and even offered us a free upgrade to the family room since we were staying the longest that weekend. It was the perfect start to our holiday!||The room was immaculate—super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The bathroom was spotless with a really good shower, and we were never short on anything—plenty of towels, toiletries, tea, coffee, and more. Every little detail had clearly been thought through, and the whole hotel has a lovely, retro feel that gives it so much character.||Tony was amazing throughout our stay—he genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. He checked in each day to make sure we had everything we needed, and he even showed us where things were kept so that if we needed anything while he wasn’t around, we could help ourselves. Tony also recommended lovely restaurants bars and breakfast places where. That level of trust and hospitality was really appreciated and made the stay feel even more relaxed and welcoming.||The location is absolutely fantastic too—just a short walk to the beach, the lanes, and the main town, restaurants & pubs but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep also the bed was so comfortable. ||We truly had a brilliant time and felt so looked after. It’s a place full of charm, care, and comfort it’s so unique. |Our favourite stay in a hotel so far!! |We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be recommending it to all our friends and family visiting Brighton. Thank you so much, Tony, for making our first trip so special can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Snooze for three nights. Tony welcomed us and told us about all the places we should visit during our stay. The room looked incredible. We were in the 70s inspired room. So fun! The room was clean and offered everything we wanted. The area was quite and very close to the beach. It was a less than 15 min walk to the Lanes. There’s also a bus stop very close. They also do a collaboration for breakfast with Egg & Spoon, which you can either get delivered or enjoy in the cafe. All in all, we really loved staying at Snooze. Would recommend 10/10!

We loved this B&B with funky rooms and friendly proprietors. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast in bed option is cool. We didn’t take that and walked out instead to their partner restaurant which is quite close and delicious. Easy walk to the pier, the pavillion, shops, and beach. Will definitely stay here again.

A fantastic room with brilliant service. Comfy beds. Lovely cozy aesthetic and design. Honestly I have never felt more at home away from home. Better then a sterile room. Only issue I can think of is with the weather being it can be a little warm. A little bit of a walk and even harder after a few drinks.

Firstly, the chap at the hotel was great. I even got a phone call to let me know the room was available early. The room itself was clean, comfortable, spacious and we had plenty of tea/coffee & towels ect. Easy to come and go with the door code. The only thing to bear in mind is it's on street parking and you might not get parked in the road.

Really great stay at snooze in Kemptown - we love this area and the hotel owner went out of his way to make our stay over the marathon weekend an unforgettable experience (including allowing us access to the room / shower afterwards on day of check out- much appreciated!) the room we stayed in was quirky and fun and my 9 yr old loved the bunk! Thank you for explaining everything so clearly and making our stay so easy! Great restaurants and bars in the local area too. Just wish we had longer here!

Highly recommend this quirky hotel when staying in Brighton. We stayed in the pink room (six) and I loved the retro furniture. The bed was extremely comfy and there was lots of space in the room. The bathroom is a bit small but it made the most of the space with having a sink in the room instead. Lots of cafes and convenience stores within a few minutes walk. It’s about 15 minutes walk to the Lanes. It’s generally very quiet but could sometimes hear people talking outside as it faces the street. Tony was really friendly and provided detailed instructions for checking in and left a parking permit ready for us. I’d recommend going to Brighton Curry for dinner a few mins walk away.

Stayed for 3 nights at Snooze for our first time in Brighton and was very impressed.|We arrived and were greeted by the co-owner Paul who was very friendly and took us to our room (5) which was decorated in a 70's theme which was very cool like the rest of the rooms. ||The room was spotless, and serviced each day, with fresh towels, tea/coffee and the option to eat from the local café Egg & Spoon, which we didn't do in our room, but visited it for coffee and sit-in breakfast which was great.||The guest house is located in Kemptown which is a quieter area than the main part of Brighton (Laines), which is good. It is easily walkable to bars, restaurants as well as the beach. ||We walked from the station when we arrived which took 30 mins, however there is a bus service from the main road which takes about 10-15 mins.||I would recommend this guest house to anyone staying in Brighton.

Absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast, run by very friendly and accomodating owners. We stayed for 3 nights and were really impressed by the rooms, the breakfasts and the location. Just 3 mins to the sea front, near lots of bars and independent shops, and only a 15 min walk down to the more buzzing club area and lanes of Brighton. Would recommend this to anyone!
