Special recognition must be given to the manager, Mr. Ramesh, whose professionalism and warm hospitality significantly enhanced our experience. His friendly demeanor and welcoming smile immediately create a positive and inviting atmosphere for every guest. Mr. Ramesh was exceptionally attentive, promptly accommodating all our requests with great efficiency and care, contributing to a truly pleasant and memorable stay.

Summary : hotel is okay with managable issues. Hotels tour division is a scam. The hotel is located near to the bus stop. There is no scenic beauty and is in middle of the city. It is decent place if anyone wants to stay near bus stop. The hotel is near by to local tourist attractions. The receptionist is a nice person who would listen to your issues and help you out. Issues : The below issues were there and were resolved after asking the receptionist. 1. The rooms were not clean and it appeared that the room was not at all cleaned after previous use. 2. Water was not provided. The container was too dirty. We prefered to get out own bisleri bottle. 3. Soap was not provided. Major issue : The hotel has its department for tours and travels for city and around city visits. We had booked a 2 day trip. The tour manager promised us a tempo traveller but gave us a rusted bus for sight seeing. On confronting , he said he never said tempo traveller. After too much of fight, he finally arranged a tempo traveller for next day trip and refunded mere 300rs for the first day. The drivers on both the days were not up to mark. First day driver didn't even tell us were the vehicles would be parked and it took us a lot of time to find the vehicle after our sight seeing. The 2nd day driver, left the vehicle unattended. All the passengers had arrived and we had to wait more than an hour for the driver . He had kept his phone off.

Had a great stay in Snooze inn recently for 2 days. Pros: Economical. It is walkable from the bus stand. Rooms are clean. Surrounded by restaurants, so getting food is easy. The lake and park are nearby. 24 hours of hot water is available. The hotel staff is polite and good, their response is swift. Especially manager. Cons Parking area is not available. It is in a prime area so traffic congestion happens frequently. Since it is a cold area fans are not available in the rooms. But we are accustomed to sleeping under the fan.

Went on a duo trip and stayed here for a night, rooms are pretty good with a very polite and cooperative staff. Location is very good, walkable distance from Bus stand, Kodai lake and other local spots. Overall very good experience.

The experience of stay in the Snooze Inn , during my recent visit to Kodaikanal was fantastic. The facility is in the main market and near to the bus stand. This place is very near to the famous Kodai sites such as Bryant Park & Kodaikanal lake. Many restaurants are also in the close proximity of this property. Above all , the attitude of the Manager Mr. Ramesh is very good. Always smiling and very prompt towards your request and issues. Overall it's a good place.

The room are very neet and clean the rest room are very neatness because the children are also have to use the rest room also and once again I am telling they have higher support to their customers and they helping them also....the stayed persons need to give five star

Ok ok hotel ..no restaurant no other facility..only good location
