My experience at Snooze Inn was extremely disappointing. I had booked a room with my 2-year-old child, and from the very beginning, it felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The blanket had a terrible smell, and the window lock was broken, leaving the room exposed so that anyone from outside could easily enter when we stepped out.
The most unpleasant part of our stay was when we vacated the room and kept our belongings there. An emergency arose, and I requested the staff to allow me to use the washroom for just five minutes with my little child. Shockingly, they refused and instead directed me to an upstairs toilet, which was in a very unhygienic and isolated area. The bathroom had a bucket filled with mosquitoes and worms, making it completely unsuitable, especially when handling a toddler. To make matters worse, the so-called “hot water” was practically useless.
What hurt me most was that I pleaded for just a few minutes of access, but they kept saying all rooms were occupied—even though I checked Goibibo and found that rooms were indeed available. I have stayed in other hotels in similar situations, and they were considerate enough to help. Unfortunately, Snooze Inn showed no concern, safety, or hospitality.
