Bermuda Snorkeling Guide: 9 Best Dive Sites in Bermuda | Condé Nast Traveler

"Snorkel Bermuda, a snorkel shop in the Royal Naval Dockyard whose "bread and butter is shipwreck snorkeling" says owner Sonny Sullivan. Snorkel Bermuda’s trips depart daily in the summer at 9 a.m., 12 p.m., and 3 p.m., and last about two hours; tours start from $60 per person."

Snorkel Park in Bermuda is absolutely fantastic! We did the all-inclusive package, which was such a great value—it included drinks, food, umbrellas, and chairs. The food and drinks were amazing, and it made the whole experience so relaxing. The beach itself is beautiful with crystal-clear water. The staff was friendly and attentive and the DJ kept the vibe fun and lively all day. This is a hidden gem, and the best part is that it’s just a super short walk from the cruise port. Spending the day here you won’t be disappointed!

Snorkel Bay Beach is a hidden gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have an amazing time. The beach area was beautiful and well maintained as were the lounge areas. The food was delicious and so were the drinks! We found this spot as we were coming in for a cruise and couldn’t have been happier that this is where we ended up spending our time. There was a DJ spinning great hits too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, good vibes spot to spend your day!

The food and drinks were amazing, and it made the whole experience so relaxing. The beach itself is beautiful with crystal-clear water, and we loved swimming with so many tropical fish right along the shore. The staff was wonderful friendly and attentive and the DJ kept the vibe fun and lively all day. It truly feels like a hidden gem, and the best part is that it’s just a super short walk from the cruise port. Highly recommend spending the day here you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect spot for sunset!!! Good place for kids too, playground available. Lovely staff, activities, very nice environment and availability for sun beds. There is even a street basketball court there. You can either relax, either have fun. Depends on you.

Close to Dockyard and good walking 🚶 Distance from the cruise terminal…. Good spot if you want to stay close to the cruise terminal. It is a bit pricey. But overall has everything you need to have a great beach day . It is also very kids friendly with lots to do for the little ones. Note: for those who didn’t have much time to go further in island and want to stay close to cruise this is prefect place for them.

This is the closest beach to the Royal Naval Dockyard which is great for when your cruise ship is leaving and you only have half a day. 5-10 minute walk away from the boat. Amazing snorkeling here! Tons of reefs to explore. Down side is it’s $20 per person to enter then extra if you want chairs or umbrellas and the food/drinks seemed a bit overpriced but it is right next to the cruise boats so you don’t need to navigate or rush back for a cruise leaving.

This review is specific to the doorman experience if you are coming here for the nightlife. If I could give this guy ZERO STARS I would. I think Snorkel Park Beach has a lot of potential. The setup is really nice, and it’s a very short and easy walk if you’re in port on a cruise. I was extremely excited to visit because one of my absolute favorite DJs in the world was performing, and I couldn’t wait for the night ahead. What I didn’t anticipate was being met at the door with one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had. For a moment, I wasn’t sure if I was in Bermuda or standing outside one of the hardest clubs to get into back when I lived in New York City. The person working the door was unbelievably unkind and unwelcoming. He had no idea who was DJing that night, couldn’t answer a single question, and made me feel completely unwanted as a guest. I almost turned around and left right then and there. The only reason I stayed was because I came specifically to see this DJ - if it hadn’t been for that, I would have 100% left without walking in, even while standing there with cash and credit cards ready to pay. It was almost as though they didn’t want our business. While the venue itself has potential, I will not be returning while our ship is in port overnight. My favorite DJ was only performing last night, so there’s no reason for me to go back to a place where I had such an awful experience at the door. The way customers are treated at the entrance matters, and in this case, it ruined what should have been an incredible night. I think what's tough, is that I'm on this cruise with A HUGE GROUP OF PEOPLE who would have loved to all experience this venue today together given it's beautiful and sunny out. Nope. We're going somewhere else. I'll never be back here.

$20 admission fee not really worth it for a man made beach.....food was good though...saw a few small fish while snorkeling
