I found Bingsu usually underwhelming and mid. Snowday, unfortunately, is no exception. The tiramisu bingsu did not have a lot of flavour in it, but the bitterness of the espresso shot as a complimentary “sauce.” (honestly, I was not sure what it was supposed to achieve since the Bingsu - jus crashed ice - was not creamy like actual ice cream, so it was far from the experience of an affogato). I feel I just have a higher bar for ice dessert because I’ve had chhoah-peng since I was little in Taiwan, and I guess I am quite difficult to impress when it comes to ice desserts.
The presentation was great, but a bit overpriced. The service was standard, and the interior was cozy. Good for hangout.
