I LOVED it here! Very chill atmosphere, tasty cake, and good tea. I had coffee cake (100rupee) and hot tea (30rupee), the price is amazing too. I also love the cigarette scent (used to smoke and now quit) so this place being smoker friendly is a plus for me too.

Definitely among the top bakery / pastry shop in town. While it is among the oldest cafe in Kathmandu, it still has its charm. The glavours unique and extremely delicious and the prices would say quite cheap per slide even today. A must visit indeed.

first went in almost 20 years back. The vibe still remains the same. The Chocolate Cake is delicious. The Brownie is good. Reasonable Pricing.

The only good thing about this place is the ambience it’s cool Other than that customer service is basically zero. Hygiene is poor. Food, tea, cake… all super mid nothing special at all. Not tasty, not fresh, just average or below. The old guy with the white beard (owner or salesperson not sure) was straight-up rude. Zero customer dealing skills. I asked for WiFi and he told me “there’s no WiFi in Snowman Cafe” no idea if that’s true or just an excuse. Honestly felt like he might only be nice to foreign customers and doesn’t care about Nepali customers

I tried their cheesecake and tea. Cheesecake was very different from traditional baked cheesecake. It did not have a crust on the bottom. The tea was okay.

A beacon of delight after arriving from Pokhara on a night bus. Coffee good, cakes are absolutely divine, the atmosphere is awesome.

Beautiful place, mostly people smoke out there but for one time experience must visit, very budgets friendly, try pastries and cappuccino Downside- people smoke a lot out there so can be suffocating

It's a small, smoke-friendly cafe with a relaxed vibe. I tried the apple pie and chocolate love pastry. Both were a bit too sweet for my taste but still enjoyable. They also serve tea, coffee, fruit juice, and milkshakes, with budget-friendly prices. The walls are decorated with fun customer doodles, adding to its charm. As far as I remember, they don't sell cigarettes, but you're welcome to smoke if you bring your own. Parking: look around New Road or try your luck with street-side spots. Worth a visit! P.S. It’s generally quite smoky and often filled with teenagers.
