I stayed two individual nights at the hostel in a female dorm while passing through Heraklion. First, it is nice that a hostel option is available, as not all places in Greece have them.||But overall, the hostel is just fine. There, available, clean, and that's it. Wifi is fine in some parts of the hostel but not all. The layout of the hostel with the female showers on bottom floor next to mixed larger dorms and then the room upstairs, is a bit weird. The upstairs bathrooms are like half baths and tight but available.||It was early season so we didn't air con at night but there is some street noise so leaving the windows or door open might not be the best idea.||The bunk beds are weird, the bottom is low to the ground, top is uncomfortable to maneuver up the ladder on. Plus are in the beds but in weird spots. But there is a privacy curtain which can do a lot.||The female dorm, like two private rooms, are RIGHT off the kitchen so when people are loud or congregating in there at like 1am, you will hear everything.||Rooftop is nice and I enjoyed sitting up there. Laundry is 4 Euro to wash and 4 Euro to dry, there are lines upstairs.||For a budget quick stay, this was a fine option. I would only stay again if I was passing through.
