After a week of traveling Europe alone, I was sorely craving for hot rice meals and kimchi. I hadn’t thought I’d be able to eat a real Korean meal in Paris but was delightfully surprised! The Bibimbap is the kind served on a hot stone plate, which I love because you get to eat the Nurungji(burnt rice crusts that are made when cooking with stone dishes) at the end. The Kimchi here is wonderful too, with the baechu crisp and aged a slight bit more when I visited. Would recommend if you’re a Parisian interested in experiencing Korean dishes, or if you’re just homesick like me!
