Soboba Casino Resort

We had the most amazing mini-vacation a soboba Casino Resort! My boyfriend and I stayed there for a few days, and it was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and so comfortable. We loved the variety of dining options, and the casino had such a fun atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Something is changing at Soboba. Someone else is in charge or some kind of stupid new policy, whatever it is it STINKS!! They Ruined our mother's 95th birthday. We would stay here once or twice month. Every stay we would request adjoining rooms, they would check us in to one room and we would wait for the other, at least we had one room to accommodate my 95yr old mother. After 12+ overnight stays in past 10 months THIS time was unacceptable. We waited 3+hours for any room. They wouldn't even give us one room because - I quote "there might be something wrong with the connecting room". So we waited. As we waited in lobby I was watching people checking in - 1pm rooms, 2pm rooms 3pm rooms. We finally get our rooms, not connected. Went back down to FD and complained - all the cleark kept saying was, I quote "well check in is at 4, Check in is at 4. Check in is at 4pm" Well what the hell was I watching and hearing people do the last 3 hours - CHECKING IN!!!! If I wanted to be treated like this I could have stayed at Motel 6! We were so disgusted we just checked our. We drove over to Agua Caliente, another casino we frequent and they checked us right in. ||(they didn't have to regular rooms connected so they upgraded one room to a suite that connected to a regular room. That's good customer service!) Needless to say WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK! Maybe you will have better luck.

This was my first time coming back after a few years. This is a very busy casino and it's located somewhat out of the way(I drove from North San Diego county. The atmosphere here is noisy,busy and buzzing. Plenty of machines and tables to play. Didn't have to wait long to get a drink or water and the ladies working the floor are always very nice and accommodating. Many of the dealers are extremely nice and personable,others not so much. I definitely will be coming back at a later time to see what else they have to offer. Overall a very good experience.

Honestly, the stay was just okay for me, but this place is close to home so I may give them another try. There was an issue when we went out to the pool. There were no towels. I walked back in to ask for towels and was told housekeeping would bring some. I waited to get in the hot tub for 30 min and still no towels. 45 min later we had to call from the pool area. By that time we were like forget it. Prior to that we called for the pool hours and was told it closed at 10pm. Apparently it's 8am-8pm. We did come across a couple not helpful people, but then there were several who made up for that which is why I'm giving an overall 3 stars. The room left a little to be desired. It's almost like it only has one vent in the entire space, so it was either extremely hot in the room (facing the sun/pool & golf course view) because the air wasn't moving throughout the room properly, or because the vent isn't large enough. Not sure but it made being in there uncomfortable during the day unless the curtains were closed.

I haven't been to Soboba in quite a while. The last time I was there was before the renovation. Yesterday was my grandsons 21st birthday and it was a nice day we decided to drive nearly an hour because I wanted to see what Soboba looked like now. We ate the the Fairway Cafe, service was great. However, the food could have been better. We walked the casino floor. I gave my grandson money to play. He played at 5 different machines and walked the floor trying to decide what he wanted to play and not once was he asked for his ID. Not, when we walked in. Not when we walked the floor, not when he sat at any of the 5 machines he played. I know cameras are everywhere and my grandson does not look 21 or older. I'm disappointed in the lack of security where anyone under the age of 21 can simply walk in and gamble and no questions asked.

Nice place, clean. What I like the most you don't smell like an ashtray when you get out. Small but nice selection of slot machines. The noodle bar was really good not expensive and good service. The coffe shop have a nice selection of pastries for your sweet tooth. Over all we had a good time and we are coming back. Oh they also have a dance floor with dj. Playing for the chavorucos....

I had a disappointing experience at the Spanish blackjack table at Soboba Casino Resort. I was playing for over two hours around midnight, betting $25 hands, and repeatedly asked Derek and Patrick if they could call for drink service. They said they would, but service never came before 1am. I’m not asking for free drinks or special treatment—just basic service like beer or water while playing. When I followed up, Derek responded with “we ain’t Vegas.” I understand that, but if players are spending money and enjoying the table, basic drink service should still be available. I enjoy coming to Soboba, but experiences like this take away from the fun. Hopefully management can look into improving drink service for players at the tables.

Ordered the Broccoli/Shrimp Omelete with fruit and english muffin. It was sooo delicious. The omelete had slices of Broccoli and spinach, and garlic butter shrimp inside. There was fluffy the egg batter all over. The omelete was topped with cheese sauce. English muffin was so crunchy and good thing the food was delivered to my table, so I could slather butter all over it. Some of the fruit wasn't ripe yet, but the piece of strawberry was sweet. My waitress was a new employee. She tried to cover a wide area by herself. My food arrived about 10-15 minutes after I ordered. I wasn't in a hurry... The dining area was clean and dishes removed promptly by the staff. Later I ordered Egg Drop Soup and side of Shrimp Egg Rolls from Noodle Bar to take home and I've never tasted such good soup. It had a flavor that you don't get from the fast food takeouts around town. The Shrimp Egg Rolls tasted like they were reheated.

Today I was there and the first thing I do is to check my rewards. I was given a gift. The gift was a luggage mine you I'm a regular. I went to pick up the "gift" and there was a huge line. Everyone was upset. Since they "ran out of luggage" But next to them there were a few pallets with a bunch of those. We were told that those were on hold for VIPs And I was upset since people like myself drive from Orange County. And we were not important. They told us we would only get $15 dollars of free pay. But I'm sure to the IRS they are telling them customers are getting the actual prices. Not cool and for this experience I vote this casino a bad place. People that get a price should get the price. Not free play and not even the amount the price is worth. I'm taking my money to Soboba. There I never get trick to another price ever!

The casino great but avoid the bar the back on the right side been sitting here for 30 min and the short female bartender hasn't even asked if I would like a water ,drink , nothing

Soboba is a small casino with great rooms and other facilities like gym and pool ( which I didn't visit). Their rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable. *Fun fact* they don't clean your room during your stay :( The casino is great, as I mentioned earlier is kinda small but big enough to keep me occupied for a while. They have tables and many slots. The roulette table smiled at me and the slots to my partner in crime, it was really fun and a bit lucrative. Highly recommended!!!

Let me start by saying, "Thank you, Soboba, for a wonderful experience." If you have not yet had the fortune to visit this casino, you need to. First and foremost, this is a non-smoking property. And for you smokers, there are very nice smoking patios for you to enjoy. It's so refreshing to have a truly enjoyable time without being forced to maneuver around smokers. To not have my car or belongings smell of cigarettes when I leave. Nothing against smokers, but let's face it, it's just not enjoyable. I will definitely visit Soboba as my casino of choice in California, for that reason. But wait, there's more....lol Let's talk about customer service. They do an unbelievable job and make you feel welcome. From the players' club to the food service..... you are made to feel important. I played slots and table games. The one on one interaction with dealers was overall positive. It wouldn't be a casino if you didn't find one or two dealers that seem to hate their job....lol Lucky for me, I just went and did something else until they rotated. I don't hold it again them It's the industry, so I accept that. But the other dealers more then made up for the select few rotten apples. They are generous in the comps, and I felt more than taken care of. I went up a tier level on this trip. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing... haha. Considering it contributed to some "freebies," I'm gonna be okay with it. The room I was given was amazing. I thought my room last trip was nice. This one blew it out of the water. It made me want to stay extra nights. I definitely will choose this room next time. I recommend golf course view...it's beautiful. Overall, my experience at Soboba was a 10 out of 10. I had beautiful accommodations, friendly service, great food (the food court is awesome... and the little coffee bar is a must try) and I won some money. Couldn't have been a better birthday trip.

This is a nice and clean casino. The upgrades are beautiful. My grandpa enjoys spending time here. I really enjoyed the main bar with the beautiful lights. I'd love to stay at the hotel someday. Parking is easy, and there is even a tram you can take if you park far. We had a great time here a couple of weeks ago.

This place do false advertising I make a reservation for today Saturday. When I receive the email they say I have a free room.. When I'm checking in they told me the room will be $271dls Wow this very bad...ridiculous the hotel hosts told me that I have to pay $271dls to stay there .and why would do that when thousands of dollars n the machines. I'm coming from 2 hours away. Is late so I have to sleep n the car. I No i have to be worth more than this to soboba. 2 days a go I receive n email from soboba saying that I have a reservation for tonight no charge. When I arrive they want me to pay n they told me n order to stay I have to pay...or don't stay n cancel the room no extra charge...after that I receive the email with the cancelation with the amount of money...this is not right...I DON'T HAVE A HOST. I NEVER SPOKE TO SOMEONE THE MEN N THE HOTEL COUNTER TOLD ME MY HOST REFUSED TO STAY FOR ME HERE...I NEED TO KNOW THE NAME OF THE HOST... THE OWNERS NEED TO CHECK THIS HORRIBLE MISTAKES . W OUT PEOPLE LIKE ME...YOU GUYS DON'T HAVE JOBS AND BUSINESS....

Finally visited Soboba during an event being held at the events center. I was pleasantly surprised by Soboba Casino. This casino is found in a very tranquil area surrounded by the mountains. They also have plenty of outdoor parking (free) around the casino so you are in and out easily. They offer shuttle services on their golf cart for those far parking spaces. It was very nice to walk into a smoke free casino, it was not stuffy in there. High security visibility indoors and outdoors. This is a one story casino but still holds many games, slots and tables. Inside you will find a steakhouse , a nice bar and a lounge . A lot of entertainment opportunities for visitors ! The age group of visitors was very mixed. There are a few main dining opportunities at the food court. The cafe was very reasonably priced in my opinion ($5.00). I was not a fan of the "el Comal" . Coming back to try the noodle bar and the steakhouse! I look forward to more events and many visits!

Independent Slots Auditor Report: I am a veteran Software Engineer (20+ years) with friends at Aristocrat and SG Gaming - I know very well how machines work, random number generators and the difference of luck or bad luck. I do $1000-$5000 worth of spins and determine the REAL return to player on machines globally around the world. Love going here with my mom she left to spend all her retirement money on the gambling machines . always has a good time then comes home with free gifts. I like the restaurants inside the casino. They have a great customer service.

Just for the record, we did not have a sex party at the Noodles restaurant as I mistakenly wrote, we were a party of six. I was horrified and cracking up at the same time when I realized my error.

We come here every week and embarrassingly, end up spending a lot. However I had garbage service at the bar. Got passed over three times and it wasn't even busy. Three bartenders and four people asking for drinks. Guess unless you are a loud woman you get served last. When I made a comment the bartender gave me a condescending bowing motion like I was a pharaoh. Screw that noise. I'll drive further out to morongo than deal with attitude

GREAT LOCAL RESORT! I'm a huge fan of Soboba, it's got a major upgrade with its new structures and dining options. I can always rely on coming here for a quick bite or entertainment. Soboba has several outstanding restaurants, my personal favorite being The Noodle Bar (Best Yakisoba in Riverside County IMO)! They also have the Fairway Cafe (Casual) and Canyons Steakhouse (Upscale). The floor is spacious and there's a lot of room to walk around. Soboba does get really packed on Saturday as a lot of people visit! Lots of folks always say they get plenty of perks here. I'm not a gambler, but I can tell you GET an elements card! I've saved lots of money on food with my elements card discount. The card is absolutely free! All you have to do is show your card to the restaurant staff at any location and get a discount on the spot! There's a comfortable lounge where tribute bands and some well-known artists play, I've visited once and had a great time! Soboba has a small food court with Italian, Mexican and Southern food available. Additionally, there's a neat little coffee shop called Koffee Kiicha that's known to have great coffee and yummy baked treats! Koffee Kiicha is open pretty late, it's a 24 spot on the weekends. I love the convenience of Soboba, there's restrooms everywhere and plenty of parking. A shuttle is available outside for the infirm or if you parked super far. It's very accessible here! I plan to stay at the resort's hotel soon and try the pool, the hotel can be much bigger but it's nice. Located across the street is Roadrunner Express, a gas station owned by Soboba!

We went for a comedy show , people were amazing, host , servers , ushers , everyone was top class , thank you ,, we will be back

FAIRWAY CAFE first off they didnt have the acai bowl saying that "we are out of acai bowls" like how r u out of tha. food was goodish potatoes were lacking crispyness but good flavor, n the grapes were soggy. plz fix this when i come back in 2 weeks. much love !

Early this evening, our power was shut off so our local utility company could replace a transformer around the corner. We checked with the utility crew and they indicated that the power would be off for about three hours. Three hours with no power equals a quick alternative dinner plan, so we changed clothes and headed to Soboba for drinks and dinner. We first went to the main bar in the casino, which is always a great spot to relax with your favorite beverage. This is the best place in our valley for a cocktail, in my opinion. When we finished our cocktails we went over to the Noodle Bar for our evening meal. Our server, Michael, was at our table shortly and we ordered drinks. After our drinks arrived we ordered our dinner. This evening we shared an order of Pad Thai w/ chicken, an appetizer of four vegetable spring rolls and a single order of "Sticky Rice". The food had excellent flavor, the presentation was good and the service was excellent. (Thank you Michael) The servings are VERY GENEROUS so we brought food home for another meal. I even won 20 bucks on a slot machine to top off the evening. Seems like every time we come here there has been a small improvement of some sort. We had a great evening and will definitely return.

Disappointing Experience at Soboba Hotel Poolside My recent visit to Soboba Hotel was overshadowed by a troubling incident at the pool area. Despite observing other guests comfortably using pool floaties, my friends and I were singled out and approached by a pool attendant. Despite our attempts to understand the rules, the situation quickly escalated, with the pool supervisor, Stephanie, even threatening to involve security. What was particularly concerning was the inconsistency in rule enforcement. While we were given policy papers, other guests were served refreshments by pool attendants without any mention of floatie usage. This inconsistency, along with the fact that we were the only Asians present, left us feeling unwelcome and discriminated against. Encountering such treatment in a supposed hospitality setting was disappointing. I sincerely hope that Soboba Hotel addresses these issues promptly and ensures a more inclusive and respectful environment for all guests. At this point, it's doubtful that my friends and I will consider returning here.

The service is nice and friendly but our bed sheets were not changed. There were makeup stains and hairs and we let them know but they only said sorry.

This is a gem of a hotel next to San Jacinto Mountains. It worked out well since it was 1 hour away from Indio as I had to work during the Coachella festival. I would have given it a 5* rating if there is valet or someone greeting guests at the entrance. As you arrive, you park your car. Suggestion, park next to the entrance and check in. The staff will give you a free parking pass. It saves you time if you park in the lot. Check in and than walk back to put the permit. It's a lengthy walk for seniors. That's what happened to me. What is great they have free customer parking. Staff is friendly and professional. Inviting lobby, it's very clean. Check in was easy and stayed on the 5th floor. Bedroom is clean and comfortable overlooking the golf course. I can hear the cars on the bay. Thou it settled down later at night. I went to bed daley to get good rest. Unfortunately, I was awaken by guests across the hall fighting at 12:30am. I called the front desk to take care of it. Than I awoke again at 2:30am from the same guests and had to call the front desk. With noisy people that are not thoughtful, leaves a stain to others experience. The assistant manager was kind and duly noted my request. Overall, facility is beautiful and they provide coffee and bottled water in the room. One suggestion, pls have more options of tea flavors. I like the added touch of having complimentary bottled water which is a plus. Thank you to the staff who were courteous. The security guards I connected with were also friendly. Definitely a place to stay in the middle of nowhere. They have a lovely pool and golf course. Unfortunately, I didn't visit the restaurants and casino. Next time. Many pluses about this hotel. A top plus for me are the staff with great customer service, the non-smoking policy and free parking. A great place for golfers and since travelers.

Casino was nice. I ate in the restaurant in the back and ordered chicken wings. They were not good. The coating was very thick and hard. I wouldn't suggest anybody ordering them. Maybe they were over cooked. I received about 8 wings and could barely eat 3.

Golf course, pool (summer season only), hotel gym, fast food, cafe/diner, steakhouse, entertainment (tribute), occasional special eating experiences (Easter Brunch, "Octoberfest", etc), shopping (minimal but brand names), beautiful "Tree Bar" and gambling, of course! The reason it didn't get 5 stars was the lack of a spa and wish they provided year round access to the pool and hot tub!

Went there for the first time, Play a lot of machines and lost a lot of money , noticed their ATM lines were the longest, everybody taking out money to put in these tight machines , nobody winning jackpot not even small ones. I've played in a lot of places in my life and I never experienced anything like this. After dumping a bunch of money, gambling ,food drinks ,show , woke up a little bit late and called front desk and asked if we can check out a little bit later and they said no we can't unless you pay $50 I thought was ridiculous ,I'm never coming back

This place would be better with friendly employees. I was there last Sunday. I was there 3 hours before I saw a hostess with a tray of water. When I asked for one she blew my off. I thought she might come back after she delivered her tray. It was about 4 hours before I got a soda to drink. One more thing this place as a crazy slot configuration and there constantly moving them around. If you like walking around to find your favorite slot, this is the place for you.

The casino floor restaurant smelled delicious and appetizing. There is a cafe on the casino floor for your meetings, coffee breaks and sweet baked goods. The bar at Soboba is a popular area to snap photos of the colorful tree and small to medium sized event space. I took someone to tour the Soboba Casino Resort as they had experience with Soboba during the years of it being within a tent, without the 300 room resort. I noticed the resort side with pool is off from the Casino floor as I was not a hotel guests I wasn't able to tour the resort side and pool. I was excited to see good ambiance on the casino floor and smiling faces as I frequented many casinos in Las Vegas, Nevada. I'm happy this casino is a community meeting place for many. Good to you Soboba.

Went here for a pickleball weekend and it was so nice. Hotel staff were so professional. The girl at the front desk was so customer service aware. When checking in she noticed I was with friends so she made sure to get our rooms on the same floor. She was the most professional hotel clerk I have ever come across. When i arrived i left my lights on so my battery went dead. I called AAA but then i noticed a security car driving around. He stopped to give me a jump. His name was Ron Kitchen. I wanted to tip him and he stated they don't take tips. This hotel felt so safe and secure. I dont remember the check in girls name but i am going to find out. Totally recommend. The pickleball courts are amazing too!

Soboba Casino is kind of like a bank robbery go deposit money into but never get to withdrawal any of your money ever. I am a water player and almost a sky player.. I've ask for a casino host and never get a return call from Ryan, Joseph, Silvia, Sang, Justice, or Yen.. I have ask for audits on the machine and I have never complained but over $1K on several machine to get 5 balls with Hugh numbers and never hit.. The machines are tapped or something. Yaamava can show you the whole history of your playing.. But Hector oh we can only show the last 10 draws.. BS While still playing because I enjoy my local casino. I'm a Diamond player and at Yaamava and I'm not talking 50 cents. I'm dropping some big coin and nice bets to invest into the casino.. Well I'll be taking my business some where else.. this is not the first time asking for a casino host and speaking to Robert the ambassador and Nancy.. why bother they just passed you up... Truly frustrated with Soboba!! I spend hours not minutes to get some kinda of return and pictures I have shown the agents and no just one agents.. I was told all host where in the high limit room and finally after several hours.. I go and not one host is even on duty.. just the ambassadors.. I am a loyal guest to be lied to as both times.. oh they are now somewhere else to have the cage tell me no one is on the premisses Frustrated I'm going back Thursday to talk to someone... Nice inside and great mothers day event... Jazz is my favorite... Take your money and no return slots... $$$$ on many slots sad...

We have always had a great experience at this casino/hotel. The staff have always been friendly and accommodating. For us they have shown sincere empathy for my husband's personal physical needs and provided us rooms that met our needs and even beyond. We are remembered and welcomed back as family. We enjoy the various restaurants and always treat ourselves to a dinner at Canyons. As we leave we are already looking forward to when we can return again.

You need to try the drink Soboba sky, it's delicious! You can get it at the tree bar.

This is casino is full homeless and they have very poor customers service and they treat very very bad and if you win the whole crew run to you to do the most they can to make you lose + the poison food they have their i know couple of people who really got poisoned

Not having visited in a couple of years, stopped by for a bit of fun and ended up spending about 7 hours hanging out! That's probably the longest I've ever spent at one single casino in SoCal. Having a buddy who was winning definitely helped. I wasn't as lucky, but I still had fun. We arrived around 9:30 on a Sunday morning when it was pretty slow. Had to stop by the players club for an updated card and found them to be extremely nice and helpful. Next, we stopped at the little snack bar and found out the water, regular coffee and Pepsi products are free! Pretty cool. Other items like chips, candy, hotdogs, and of course, alcohol, were not free. Still, we were expecting to pay for coffee. I mentioned in my last reviews I saw a selection of both class II and class III machines. This time, I didn't see any "bingo" card type machines. That doesn't mean they might still have some, but I only saw and played Class III. This is a good thing! I know it's phycological, but I'm just not a fan of Class II machines. Otherwise, I found a lot of machines I hadn't seen in other area casinos. Part of why we stayed so long. We were having fun exploring the new games. In the process, we reached the next level tier called "Wind". The next level is like 30-some-thousand points away. We won't be reaching that level. Being November and slightly chillier weather, I found something slightly annoying. The A/C vents are on the floor. This means you can sit by a certain machine and have cold air blowing on you. That made me leave a few machines. I personally found the place a bit on the cold side, even the Fairway Cafe. Yes, it's personal preference, but I wasn't a fan (pun not intended). I don't remember when I noticed, but I realized about 1/2 way through my day this place is non-smoking! HUGE plus!!!!!! That alone gets 8 stars! Of course, I lost my players club card and the line was pretty long at the player club so I went to the machine to make a new one, however the machine didn't work. Another small frustration. Not a big deal overall because let's face it, we're all spoiled by technology, but still... BTW: While it was slow when we arrived, it was packed when we left around 4:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. It was good energy though. Soboba is still a ways out of the way for us so it needs to be a true destination for us to visit again, especially with gas prices, but overall, it was a good experience.

First off the bellhop I believe his name is John he is sooo nice , helpful accommodating, so sweet he needs a raise ! Second, the resort is very clean the rooms are very nice spacious and beautiful bathrooms we will come again

Good casino, Stood the night for the first time. Nice hotel. family friendly, great food, great service, clean rooms, nice lighting in room, nice showers. HORRIBLE BEDS. I did not sleep sine the bed was extremely hard. Like sleeping on the floor. Please get softer beds.

This casino give little to none free play I'm confused on how you have customers that come in and play 100's of dollars a day and when I check my free play it's like 3 dollars this isn't really giving back to your customers And lately this place has been hard to even make any money here what is going on in this place lol what yall doing to these machines!? Y'all need to be audited because spending 1k every time I go here or more and not winning seems a bit insane

I love hanging out and having a good time and every single time I come here it's always fun ,the staff are super nice ,the drinksare always on point ...the noodle bar is my fave place to eat staff there are amazing too ...I love the fact it's close to home and we can Uber ...love this place hands down it's always a good time

This casino is horrible. They load 10$ on your card to give your email, but if you mess up, you lose, and they tell you too bad. I never played here before, and when I loaded the 10$, I hit goodbye, which logs you out. That triggers it to put the remaining balance back on the card, but it's unable to register anything but 5/10/20/etc. Yet it will show you with 9$. You can never get that 4.25$ out, and they're unwilling to help you but never tell you to be careful not to cancel in the middle of playing. This will be my first and last time here. I recommend any other casino.

I would definitely recommend coming here at least once in your time if you are in the area. I signed up for their rewards program and received 30 to play. I started playing with only 15 bucks that got me to $150 I cashed out continue to play and walked out with $568 bucks, I did play many of the newer machines. Because they are smaller they didn't have many people with drinks I was so parched while playing I had to flag down two different individuals to get me water. (I was winning and didn't want to leave my machine.) I ordered some nachos from the food court which I feel is way better than Morongo (tbh) although I felt like my chips were counted lol I asked for more chips after all the nachos were $10 bucks. Minor improvements overall I would visit during the day due to the mountains and it being pitch black.

No one offered a drink the whole time we were here and we're here for 4 hours we lost more money than we even thought about winning all the machines were super tight and there was nobody getting paid out totally sucked the most we got was $30 that was it seem like everybody around us was about the same

Let me say that for the most part Soboba Casino's staff is very professional and provide great service. These are some areas that are lacking. Koffee Kiicha overall the service is prompt and staff very attentive and courteous. Several times now In the morning (around 7am) when we're checking out and trying to rush home the staff has mostly been less attentive especially in getting our orders correct and in a timely manner. Now that the pool is open I want to share our experience last year around the last week before the pool closed in the fall. There were only a hand full of people and I think staff was limited to a bartender and server. I did not notice any security personnel around. One of the cabanas was occupied by a lady and her kids. After a while we noticed she was letting people in through the east gate. They appeared to be coming from the parking lot while holding glass beer bottles. I don't believe glass and outside alcohol is allowed in the pool area. I think a total of about 5-6 adults were let in. These people some with "gang tattoos " were hanging around drinking the beer they brought in. I really think the pool area should be supervised / monitored more closely and maybe colored wristbands should be given out only to guests. My wife and I didn't feel secure having these people around and we ended up leaving. It was really difficult to enjoy ourselves at that point. A couple weeks ago my wife and I were enjoying the pickleball courts. No other people were around. A "homeless" man walked by the court we were on and he began going through the trash cans and wondered around looking into the empty pickleball courts. I saw there were several security cameras but wondered if anyone was monitoring them. No one showed up to remove him from the area. I was worried about what could possibly happen if there was a female there by herself. There should be more security at least driving by periodically.

Our first visit and I'm only basing my stars in regards to the pool since I didn't personally stay at the resort. We were here for a golf tourney with friends who did stay at the resort. The course is beautiful! However we were looking forward to the pool after sitting and playing golf in 100°+ weather only to find out it closes after Labor Day. Are you serious!! If I would have paid to stay at the casino, I'd be sooooo upset that amenity isn't available to me especially when the weather still warrants cool pool water. Also the outside bar is not open by the pool which would make sense since the pool is CLOSED!! I do need to say the interior of the front lobby is beautifully decorated and the food prepared for the golf tourney was delicious as was the service. However I wouldn't come back in September if it's after Labor Day. Remember Soboba everyone doesn't gamble or golf. Some of us enjoy a lovely day at the pool!!

If my kids love Disneyland, my parents love casinos. They were super excited that once they find their machines, they won't eat and rather wear diapers. Just kidding, I mean, they probably would. Soboba Casino was recommended to us by our neighbor. She mentioned that Soboba does not smell like smoke. My parents are 78 and 84 years old and no smoking is a big deal for them. We used to go to casinos where you can smell the smokes in the parking lot. For my mother's birth month, it just makes sense to take her to Soboba Casino. When we arrived, I actually smelled cigarette smoke outside the door. I got immediately disappointed. However, once we were inside, it didn't smell like smoke at all. It actually smelled like those expensive hotel resorts in Mexico. My mom immediately noticed the cleanliness of the bathroom and the not crowded area. As soon as my parents found their machines, they were stuck and glued to the chair. My husband and I got the rewards card and we got $30 free play plus on Wednesdays, they have buy $40 and get $50 free. Too bad my parents won't get up from their chairs. Soboba Casino just became my parents' favorite casino. It's only an hour away from us and will definitely come back here. Maybe, we'll stay in the hotel next time.

Jennifer mcnally was phenomenal with her service. I was able to communicate with her and ask her about different types of drinks and game to play and she was very professional and educated me on everything highly recommend coming here, especially when they have staff this high service
