Good coffee. Location right on the water, sunny side, really nice. But the cafe has new ownership and new menu so many mentioned items are not served anymore. No zucchini bread, or gluten-free choices now.

Atmosphere and service was good, but the food was extremely boring. Got a breakfast plate. Egg was dry and tasteless. Bread was dry and cheap. Yogurt had this weird caramelized tomatoes on top? Waffle was bland and dry and the cheese was super mild. I liked the paprika spread tho and the coffee was good.

One of the best brunches I’ve had. The place is so cozy and the staffs are so friendly even under a lot of pressure. I like their brunch combo which is well-balanced and in great portion. We added smoked Salmon and it’s really good quality of food you can get in this place. And I drink coffee a lot and really picky with that as well. But they serve a great taste of coffee and I bought some coffee beans to try at home. Don’t forget to reserve a table especially in weekends.

Google
A very pleasant ratio of coffee and food quality, the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Whether you go for breakfast or lunch, you can't go wrong (great for vegetarians)!

Google
Very cute cafe with nice chill ambience. Great staff and service. Cappuccino and latte were very good. I wanted to try the hot chocolate, but didnt get the chance. Loved the chocolate croissant. Grilled cheese sandwich was good...but very heavy. Wifi was having problems today, so it only worked for a few minutes & that was it ( I was there for a long time). It made me very frustrated.

Google
Unfortunately very bad service today. Almost all orders were 30-60 min late while we were there. Ordered two coffees got only one. Juice was served before the food. The food was cold and very late. Other customers were complaining about very late service. This place needs better management to make sure customers are served in time. A shame because the place seems nicely decorated.

Google
Terrible brunch. Nothing home made and it was cheap and dry bread and the saddest waffle I’ve ever met. No ambiance - feels like a place for tourists. The avocado was ripe and good though 😀

Google
1. You were missing ingredients to serve your brunch and instead allowed to create own brunch from the components on the menu card, despite this being significantly more expensive. 2. You did not have any butter and the employees' seemed paralysed. Five people were working. Why didn't someone just go buy butter at the store instead of blaming the goods supplier? 3. seemed more like a social club for the employees' and their friends rather than a business. 4. Food quality was very mediocre. Seems to have more focus on expressing the "Nørrebro hipster culture" than actually delivering good products and services. The location is amazing and the potential is there. The owner should pay close attention to how the business is run by the employees.

Yelp
Social was our first meal in Copenhagen after we had gotten off an early morning flight so boy were we hangry. Eating here really exceeded our expectations and was the beginning of an amazing food journey through the city. We all really wanted to try their sandwiches so we were pretty disappointed that they weren't serving it because it was too early (sign said they were served all day and it was only 10 am...) Instead I ordered a cappuccino and the açaí bowl. I had pretty low expectations because coming from LA, I've had a lot of delicious açaí bowls. But honestly, this was probably the best I've ever had and the portions were huge for the price. The açaí was the perfect balance of tart and sweet - but not overly sweet. And I loved the different granola and oats they had on top. The bananas were so tiny it was just so cute!!

Yelp
We had breakfast here the other day and really liked it! My boyfriend and I tried the big breakfast platter as well as an acai bowl. Breakfast platter was very filling, it included a very good ham and cheese quiche, some (kind of strange) little waffle toasts, and a big yogourt bowl. Acai bowl was great too, it was a big portion topped with granola, coconut flakes, and grapes. After eating we decided to stay a bit longer to read our books so got coffees as well; I had an americano which was very good. They gave us options of a lighter or darker roast coffee, I chose the dark. Service was friendly and interior is cozy. Also a little patio outside, near the water, for when the weather is nicer. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Norrebro!

Yelp
Fantastic spot, menu and staff, if you're here for only one day I highly recommend to come here! Seats on the water, inside, on the street, and lots of options for food. Large drinks and little cute portions for a super reasonable price. Will be returning if I come back!

Yelp
I went there for Brunch with my aunt. I really like the place, nice staff and atmosphere.

Yelp
Great food and good vibes all around. Everything on the menu is gluten-free and absolutely delicious! I came for lunch and ordered the veggie salad along with a coconut water. The salad contained glass noodles, avocado, carrots, tomato, spinach, beets, sprouts, sauerkraut, sesame seeds, with an asian inspired dressing. It was served in a large bowl and was very filling for the price. I saw some other people next to me eating both the breakfast plate and sandwiches, all of which looked amazing. I want to return ASAP to try the delicious looking gluten-free crisp bread. In addition to the tasty and health-concious food, Social also has a lovely atmosphere. I came here to work and could honestly spend all day hanging out in their cozy space. They also play really good music which makes for an excellent work environment.

Yelp
We were walking along lakes and my wife wanted good coffee. We saw this place and entered. I was surprised to see that the place was only full of women-must have really been a social hour;) The place was completely packed! We ordered a tuna salad sandwich (as you can see on pictures). Food was great and little bit fancy. I'm taking one star off because of the noise level. I couldn't hear what my wife was talking about. I'm taking the star off also because of coffee, which was not that best that the coffee machine can do, plus the bathroom was dirty and very dusty. Well, I'm sure this has potential to be THE place of the Copenhagen. Cooks defintly proved themselves and now is time to fix the small things around. I will be defintly back (we walk around often) and I may add a review in the future just to make sure it's fair. Take care and stop by there-Life is tasty.

Yelp
This is a cute, waterside coffee shop that serves really fresh and delicious healthy food. It was a great change of pace after eating a lot of fried food, meat and potatoes, etc during our trip to Copenhagen. I think everything here is gluten-free, which I don't actually care about, but is worth pointing out because it's not super noticeable that it's gluten-free... so all of you "but gluten is delicious!" people don't need to worry! I had a tuna sandwich on "zucchini bread." It was an open faced sandwich that seemed a bit more like a salad with some thin pieces of bread surrounding it than a proper sandwich. Despite this, it was pretty tasty (featuring great pesto sauce) and a decent amount of food! I also came back for a banana chocolate chip muffin, which tasted pretty much as expected, nothing special. The staff are really friendly and fun, and they let me buy the muffin even though they were technically closed! Great place to grab a snack or a light meal, and sit outside to if it's a nice day!

Yelp
Very cozy nice place for both outside and inside seating. The coffee and the food are healthy and tasty. Definitely a good place to go for breakfast or quick lunch. Friendly staff, too!

Yelp
Used to be one of my favorites, but they've jumped into the waffle wave and where before one could get a delicious sandwich with thin squash bread, now you're stuck with a thick waffle. I even asked to confirm it was NOT a waffle but a sandwich I was going to get and was repeatedly confirmed only to get a... you know it, waffle Some changes are just unfortunate :(

Yelp
Adorable cafe with relaxed vibe & delicious food. I didn't have coffee because I was tempted by the kale smoothie instead. As many have mentioned, it's all gluten free (hooray!) and they were perfectly willing to tweak items so they're dairy free as well - a great mix & match. Music is just enough in the background; some people studying / working while others are pleasantly chatting, leading to a nice atmosphere.

Yelp
I really like Social as a nice chill place to have a nice work day with healthy food. Love that they are GF/DF friendly. They have almond milk too, which is becoming popular in CPH but many cafes still only offer soy, which is horrible. Anyways, Social is great. I especially love there sandwiches and salads. Not to mention the guys working there are beaaaaautiful

Yelp
Without doubt the best coffee you'll find in Copenhagen. The owners are truly passionate about what they are serving, and they are more than happy to guide you through their offerings. I personally prefer strong coffee, so I'm swinging by to get my usual dose of their Americano several times a week, which is perfectly balanced between the amount of water and espresso. I recommend to have it made on their bean from Brazil, however I am a person of strong habits, so I am sure that they have some interesting beans besides that one! Moreover, their edible part of their menu is very fresh and tasty, and most importantly gluten free with several vegan options. All in all the perfect spot!

Yelp
We ate lunch at this lovely little eatery right on a canal on a 3 day visit to Copenhagen. It was easily the best meal we had. We got the avocado and feta sandwich, smoked salmon sandwich, tuna sandwich and mozzarella salad. All four were an outstanding and unusual combination of excellent flavors. The food quality was very high with great ingredients. We also got a cinnamon bun which was just okay. The cost is average but worth every penny. Free WiFi was a handy addition to the experience. Definitely worth a stop if you are visiting or if you live locally.

Yelp
Absolutely loved Social. The yellow building catches your eye as you're taking a stroll by the lake, thinking, "Wow, what a cute little hip café!" Ideal for meeting a friend to catch up with over a cup of coffee, or kombucha like myself. They have a trendy yet charming vibe, with nook window seats to people watch, homey and minimal decor, and an outdoor patio with wooden communal tables and benches looking out at the busy street and water. Service matches the quality of food--on point and vibrant, hence the pop or yellow exterior! I enjoyed munching on their large salad bowls. My favorite contained salmon (drooling just thinking about it) and you can taste the farm-to-table style quality. It's hearty and wholesome, yet filling in the best way. You know you're going to feel good when you're putting a colorful dish into your body, not to mention the presentation is so pretty, you don't want to eat it! Can't wait to make my rounds and try the waffle sandwiches, the açaí bowl, and the rest of the menu!

Yelp
I've had the tuna sandwich for lunch and the morning plate for breakfast, and both are outstanding. Everything tastes very fresh, healthy and balanced. The homemade zucchini bread used in both lunch and breakfast is surprisingly filling and tender. I also can't recommend the banana, peanut butter, chocolate chip muffins enough! Incredibly delicious with perfect texture.

Yelp
Great location for sitting in the sun - I'm sure it's great inside, too. But when that sun hits the street, it floats all over Social and over the lucky people sitting on the fine chairs on the sidewalk. Magical. When that's mentioned, this is a place for girls and girly boys. As for me, I've never been one of those girls, who eat like a girl. I like grease, I like burgers, and I like a lot of it. I've never been full from a salad and I'm not into matcha or green tea. Social is into these things. It's into healthy things. And all that is pretty good. Except when you make cakes. I don't know how I feel about their chocolate cake. It just tasted really... healthy.

Yelp
The food was so delicious!! Amazing! If you sit outside you have to order inside, so don't forget that :) Iced coffee was also nice at this place.

Yelp
A lovely and cozy coffee and brunch place! The coffee is top and the tuna salad sandwich was also a DELICIOUS experience: tuna is great, vegetables and sauce were fresh and flavorful, and the zucchini bread was YUM -- I'm drooling just thinking about it! The cafe is warm and welcoming, and it's lovely sitting outside to enjoy next to the lakes. Highly recommended!!

Yelp
We had breakfast at the cute tables on the sidewalk at Social. The food was pretty good and definitely heathy. The hard boiled eggs were slightly over cooked; I lost a part of the white when peeled. The avocado on flatbread (they call it zucchini bread, but it's a gluten free cracker/bread) was very good; I liked the piles of avocado, cabbage, and carrot. The dried tomato spread added good flavor. The flatbread was a bit tough, but I loved that it wasn't 'bread'. The chia pudding was pretty sweet. I think the avacado bread and 2 eggs was a better deal than the "good morning" special. I'm glad my friend was with me to order (and that it was sunny!) as there were a number of steep steps to go inside.

Yelp
Cozy third wave coffee shop next to the canal currently serving beans roasted at CAB. You can sit inside or outside. Worth a stop for a tasty cup of filter in case you are in the area. Will return the next time I am in Kopenhagen.

Yelp
Delicious, healthy, and beautiful breakfast. Also refreshingly a good value for money considering how expensive good food is in this city.

Aino O.

Yelp
I had the smaller breakfast option with quiche (it was possible to have it vegetarian on request), zucchini bread with cheese and jam, and mango-coconut chia pudding. I think they were all very delicious and of high quality! Oat milk cappuchino was also really good. One of the best I've ever had. Staff was helpful and nice. Such a cozy place, I'll definitely go back to try the lunch.

Yelp
Best food I've had in Copenhagen for the price. I had the Waffle with Chicken. Large portion of delicious food for 79 krones. Would recommend to anyone.

Yelp
Fantastic, filling salads! They have a great veggie option, with loads of avocado and beetroot. The coffee is amazing, too. And the location also speaks for itself.

Yelp
good food but bit simple and I was still hungry after an open avocado and hummus sandwich. no baby chairs

Yelp
Unbelievably fantastic! Are here on holiday, it was some of the best food I've ever had, there hummus is particularly delicious. Gluten free and vegan options and they have an option for an English menu

Yelp
Decent coffee, cute cafe, free wifi. Has seating outside, but we stayed in cause it was raining. It's a few steps away from the lakes.

Yelp
Delicious Gluten free food! Had the brunch; eggs, zucchini bread and Shia pudding. Really nice and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a Sunday
