Grilling it: 8 of the best barbecue restaurants in Singapore - SilverKris

"A wood-smoke-focused American smokehouse opened in late 2021 that serves large-format barbecue platters piled with wood-smoked pulled pork, beef ribs and smoked chicken leg, alongside classic sides like mac and cheese, potato salad, sweet slaw and creamed spinach. Single diners can opt for favourites such as the pulled pork sandwich or the signature smashed burgers, while the overall vibe is casual and meat-forward with an emphasis on traditional American barbecue flavours." - Rachel Eva Lim

Hidden gem in the north! Literally hidden in Thus Coffee. Best BBQ in the north of Singapore Hands down! In my opinion, better than Meat Smith. Simple and non pretentious delicious foods. Highly recommended: brisket, pork ribs, iberico pork belly, creamed spinach, corn bread bibingka and craft beers. Their sweet barbecue sauce is good too. Don't be afraid to eat too much calories because anytime fitness is just a few doors away!

I ordered the Christmas Care Pack this year at $238+ ($260 nett) for 6 persons. The pork ribs and beef brisket were really tender! My family liked the pasta an tiramisu too. There were 3 sauces provided for each meat dish generously in a small bottle. I’d say this platter was worth as I did not have to get food from different eateries, they provided the appetizer, mains and desserts all in one!

They moved to merge with this Thus cafe. Briskets in the brisket burger is very tender and juicy. Corn bread is more of a bread pudding texture, not very to my liking. Craft beer is quite tasty

The chicken stew is so hearty. The beef patty burger comes with a beefy smoke taste, so good for beef lovers. This restaurant had merged with Thus Coffee.

We had some burgers. Wow! Beef patties were juicyyyy Pull pork was render and flavourful. Buns were toasted for a crisp buttery crust. Overall the burgers were juicy enough. Will be back for the Brisket and Ribs. Hopefully they see this review and give us a discount. $18/100g 😅

Cozy, delicious and well smoked. It was a shame we didn’t get to try the cornbread but the meats did the job. Homemade Bbq sauce was sweet and tangy; some of the best BBQ sauces I’ve had. The chicken was the nice cherry on top. Perfectly tender and cooked.

Let me put it this way… is the food good? Yes. Will I come back again? No. While the meats are prepared well, it’s not memorable. My whole family preferred the sides to the mains. Nobody liked the chopped brisket. Beef brisket (regular version) is prob the best option. Will not be back as the portions are small. Ordered “four meats” platter for 2 adults and 2 kids… it’s not enough. We had to go elsewhere for 2nd dinner.

Dropped by the area for dinner and found this gem. Very easy and cozy place, not sure if you need reservation. Food is fairly priced and tbh best comp you can get is meatsmith and this place ticks all the box, maybe if there's a chance happy to try their burger to compare. We got the three meats -beef brisket can be a fattier cut -sausage very nice actually and I enjoy the sauce that comes on the side -chicken thigh was very tender, maybe put the sauce on the side for preference. The cornbread was actually the best side, but feels more towards dessert. Spinach was good too, well Mac and cheese pretty norm. Tbh good if you're in the area, but tad too rural for my liking.
