I don't recommend the specials. This was $12.50 😬 Don't get me wrong, it was good, but when every sip is $2.50 I can't ever recommend that. Here is a demo of me pouring my water into my empty cup of mostly ice. Filled it right up...more full than what it came in.

Just the atmosphere and setting are worth the trip! The coffee is top-notch, the muffins and treats are a perfect pair with the drinks, and also the tacos are really good too! There is a parking lot nearby, so parking isn't bad, and there are great walks and trails close by to walk after. They also have a huge room in the back with fast internet for meetings, tutoring, and meetings (The Nook, see uploaded pic with details).

This is quickly becoming a new favorite spot of mine. Today, on a whim, I decided I wanted to go to a coffee shop to read, instead of just sitting at home. Sociology was the perfect choice. Good atmosphere, great coffee, and excellent customer service. Every time I've come to Sociology, they've had great music that set the tone well. (And my favorite part- they have a fun little sign that tells you what song is playing!) Their coffee is delicious! The pricing is pretty standard, and they have a variety of fun flavors available. And, most importantly, their baristas are always kind, conversational, and happy to help you find what you need. All in all, I can't recommend them enough! I myself will certainly be visiting more often.

I miss the early days of sociology! We had dine in service, but everything was served to go. No more pretty glassware to hold our iced coffee drinks. No more plates for our breakfast. It felt cheap. It seemed like our breakfast tacos were a smaller size. My iced old fashion coffee drink was just OK. And sadly, they took away the pretty barn door and access to the workspace with the extra tables and comfy pretty chairs/couches. That was a draw for me to go to sociology, but no longer. But on a more positive note, I like the newly designed menu. It is much easier to read and understand than the previous busy menu. Thank you for redesigning the menu! To be honest, I’m not super excited about coming back, which saddens me.

Google
Delicious and unique food and drinks! You can tell everyone working here brings their creativity and energy to making it a comfortable and yummy spot. Mushroom breakfast tacos had great balance of umami, spice, and fire roasted flavor

Highly recommend the Tesora (I got it hot) , the greek salad, and the house sandwich on homemade sourdough. The sourdough is chef’s kiss, I honestly wanted to ask to buy a loaf of it to take home! I love stopping by here when passing through Folsom. The staff is nice and the atmosphere is great! They have some staples that stick around throughout the year and also have a rotating menu that changes with the season. The menu is always interesting and creative! Definitely will come again!

Google
While walking around Old Town Folsom we wanted some coffee and we stumbled across Sociology Coffee Bar. We enjoyed a very delicious coffee and pastry. They only have one size coffee (a huge bummer if you enjoy a large cup of Joe) and your choice of Whole or Oat Milk (so if you have dietary restrictions, this may not be your coffee stop).

Food is delicious with a variety of choices. Coffee is top notch and roasted on site professionally with quality. The PLACERVILLE location just opened today and was very succsessful and will only get better !

Yelp
Stopped by for the first time after going to the Folsom farmers market. We got ice Matcha lattes with their homemade syrup. These were absolutely fantastic. I've tried a lot of Matcha in the area and this stands to be in our top five. There were lots of people in the coffee shop having breakfast or working. I think this would be a great place if you wanted to get out of the house while working from home. It's a cozy café that probably comfortably fits about 20 people. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Folsom area.

Yelp
So happy I found this place! Yummy drinks and delicious food items. I had to be in town for work and stopped here for coffee, breakfast and lunch both days! Their matcha is of quality and I can't wait to be back for their breakfast items! They have a delicious sourdough for their avo toast and turkey sandwich, which I dream about often. Also looks like a great place to get some work done as there is seating inside and outside. Staff were great and helped with recommendations too.

Yelp
Best avocado toast I've tasted. Loved the matcha and cocoa too! We will return. Great ambience and dairy free options! Music is mellow Love the decor.

Yelp
I have seen this place on Social Media and I even had a do worker mention it to me and I was excited to check it out. There is no parking lot for it so you have to park on the street or in the 2 hours max spaces around the back of the building it's part of. We were immediately greeted upon entering by a friendly face. We learned that there are no sugar free flavors and they only have oat as their alternative milk. Pay attention to the descriptions as some drinks are seasonal and some ONLY come iced. The inside is fairly small with limited seating but it's very funky and colorful. They have some cool mixology tools and mixes which is really different for a coffee shop but really interesting. I tried the teddy graham which basically tasted exactly like a smores! It came with a tiny strip waffle on top, so CUTE. Some of the flavors are really interesting and I will be back to try their manhattan spice coffee.

Yelp
Such a fun vibe here! Located at the corner end of a 3 story shopping lot, this spot was hard to find depending on which way you take. I was recommended this spot by another business when I mentioned I was craving coffee. I love how detailed the menu is and how customizable everything is. I ended up ordering the iced Tesora. It had cinnamon, honey, and vanilla. I was obsessed. It wasn't too strong but also wasn't too sweet. I also got their chicken pesto panito (like a panini and burrito). The pesto was super flavorful, and it came with a tangy sauce which I loved. There's a good amount of seating with some outdoor seating as well. Also great music! Definitely an upbeat trendy vibe.

Yelp
I've been following Sociology on social for a while and the drinks always sound and look so fun and delicious. I was in Folsom for some meetings and ended up walking distance from Sociology so I decided to stop in. There is parking available all over Historic Folsom, so it's easy to grab a spot. I ended up in a 3 hour lot (free parking) at Wool and Leidesdorff and walked right across the street and down the stairs to Sociology. It's a very chill spot with seating inside and outside, it's small but there were plenty of seating options. They offer a good variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks including fun mocktails. They also offer tacos, toasts, panitos, salad and a bowl option. I ended up just ordering a sparkling limeade ($6.50) with their seasonal mango coconut housemade syrup and it was so refreshing. It was the perfect late afternoon pick me up and the housemade syrup was the perfect touch. The staff was really friendly, especially since it was my first time in and I had a hard time choosing with all the amazing options. I'll definitely make this a regular stop when I'm in Folsom. I want to try some of the fun mocktails and some of the coffee options.

Yelp
Super cute and cozy spot for an early morning coffee. I come in once a year when I'm in town for the Rio Del Lago 100 miler. The service is always friendly and the menu, EXPANSIVE. There is something for everyone! My only gripe is that in all the times I've visited, the music is *blaring* and it feels reminiscent of being at a bar or club. I personally find it really jarring especially when the music is that loud and it's EDM at 8am. You really have to shout to hear the people you are with and it's a bit of a vibe mismatch in my opinion. Other than that, the hot food, pastries and coffee are wonderful.

Yelp
Was in town for a holiday festival. We tried to go off the main strip, hoping it would be less crowded. But this place was just as crazy. We ended up getting vanilla lattes. Love visiting Folsom.

Yelp
Good coffee, amazing service, cute vibes. Wish I was hungry enough to try the food because the burrito someone was eating next to me looked drool worthy

Julia O.

Yelp
Definitely recommend if you are in the area. I stopped by and tried the breakfast tacos as well as a seasonal latte and it was delicious. The workers were polite and the food and drinks were fairly quick. The outdoors seating is nice when the weather is good and in the inside has a cute vibe!

Yelp
A vendor from the Historic Folsom Farmers Market recommended trying their breakfast. Hubby raves about their coffee, so we knew we had to stop by! They have both indoor and outdoor seating available, we sat outside since we brought our puppy Midnight with us. To drink I ordered a Hot Cocoa. I have never seen hot chocolate art, love the sweet hearts! It was rich and chocolatey! For breakfast hubby and I both ordered the Breakfast Panito. A breakfast burrito and panini in one, so unique how the egg is on the outside! Very good and packed full with mouthwatering bacon, potatoes and jack cheese! I didn't care for the spicy dipping sauce it came with, but honestly you don't need it! Next time you're in Old Historic Folsom check out this coffee bar/roaster that's been in business since 2020! Don't forget to check out their Free Little Library that was once a newsstand, we found a Clifford Book for our daughter! We'll continue to support! SYOY! :-)

Yelp
Disclaimer: This review may contain biased opinions and subjective interpretations, as well as a slight obsession with food. Sociology Coffee Bar is more than just a place to get your caffeine fix; it's a sociological experiment in deliciousness. I ordered the Tesoro Latte (think caramel and hazelnut heaven) and the breakfast Pinito (a breakfast burrito with a twist), while my husband opted for the Teddy Graham Latte (a sweet and nutty delight) and the street tacos. Let's talk about the food for a moment. It was a culinary masterpiece. The flavors were bold, the textures were perfect, and the presentation was... well, let's just say it was Instagram-worthy. The coffee, while good, wasn't quite as mind-blowing as the food. But hey, that's okay. We can't have everything. Now for the ambiance. Not a lot of seating, but who cares when you're surrounded by such fascinating people? The people-watching at Sociology Coffee Bar is next level. It's like a real-life reality show, but with better coffee. The staff? Friendly, helpful, and seemingly always smiling. They made us feel right at home. As for the Rummy game, let's just say the wife came out on top with a score of 520 to husband's score of 390. Husband's scores: Coffee: 3.5 out of 5 stars Food: 5 out of 5 stars Atmosphere: 3.5 out of 5 stars Staff: 4 out of 5 stars People watching: 5 out of 5 stars Wife's scores: Coffee: 3.5 out of 5 stars Food: 5 out of 5 stars Atmosphere: 3.5 out of 5 stars Staff: 5 out of 5 stars People watching: 25 out of 5 stars (yes, you read that right) In conclusion, Sociology Coffee Bar is a must-visit for anyone who loves good food, great coffee, and even better people-watching. Just be prepared to fight for a seat and maybe brush up on your Rummy skills.

Yelp
This is one of the cutest coffee shops I've ever been to. The coffee is always on point and can't remember if they serve food, but I've gotten pastries there before and always super super yummy. I just love the vibe there. It's a really cool coffee shop and there's also work space which is nice. Always the place to find a coffee shop with an abundance of work space. Especially if you either work from home. Remote, concentration, stuff like that. Great coffee shop for that. I'm gonna say eight out of 10 parking could be a little bit better. And again I can't remember if there is food or not, but definitely a cool spot to go to. Service is pretty chill. I get a mix of really helpful people

Yelp
Cute little coffee shop. Small inside but a decent amount of seating. Fast service. My iced latte was delicious! I thought I ordered the breakfast tacos, but maybe I said something else because what I got was a quesadilla type thing. I tried to eat it anyways but The potatoes were too burnt. I didn't have the opportunity to correct my order but I'm sure they would have been accommodating. I'd definitely go back for the coffee and try another food item.

Yelp
The service was great, friendly, and fast. The only complaint was the music was too loud for the girl to hear me when I was ordering. I chose to eat outside because it was early in the day (I got there right after they opened at 7:30) so it was the perfect weather, and the noise level wasn't so high. They have lots of outdoor seating. Not super cozy, metal tables and chairs, no cushions, but it was serviceable. I ordered the chicken apple sausage with potatoes and scrambled eggs. The eggs were on point, perfectly soft and seasoned. The potatoes were okay, not warm enough for me nor were they crispy, but kind of chewy. The sausage was a little overcooked for my taste, but had great flavor in the not so charred parts. I ordered the iced blueberry green tea, which I didn't care for at all, luckily I was able to switch it out for their sun tea, which was great. The sourdough bread was delicious. I also ordered a raspberry sour cream muffin to go. It was really aesthetically pleasing, but lacked any real exciting flavor. I know prices are getting high everywhere, but I thought 34.40 was a little much for breakfast for one, a muffin, and iced tea. I may try again, but probably won't be one of my go to spots in Folsom.

Yelp
Best coffee shop I've been to! Super loud atmosphere but it's to be expected with how busy they are. The shop almost seems too small for the amount of people they serve. The food is AMAZING and all cooked to order. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Followed the Instagram foodie trail to Sociology Coffee Bar for the mocktails that look like they belong in an art gallery. Somehow got lured into the coffee realm; blame the irresistible aroma. Tried the hot teddy graham - perfect pre or mid-ice rink snack, especially if you're skilled enough to sip and juggle simultaneously. Parking is a breeze across the street, but finding a seat inside is like hunting for a unicorn in a coffee jungle. - 1 star for that because I myself and my friend is bit claustrophobic and the crowd was just not our vibe. Notice how extra and wordie my review is? Because that's just how extra this coffee shop is with their menu. You'll either love it or hate. And I love it!

Yelp
Really cool place for coffee and a nosh. Great little interior (call it cozy or call it small) with a friendly staff behind the counter. Everyone inside was nice and cordial about the tight space. My latte was perfect, as was my breakfast panito... Fun outdoor tables with umbrellas A great little place to stop in for a lite breakfast or just coffee and good vibe.
google avatar

Albina M.

Yelp
I love me some Sociology, but my last visit was a bit disappointing. Instead of ordering a breakfast panito or a chef's breakfast bowl, I decided to try something new and got the breakfast tacos. Although the flavor was good, there wasn't enough filling imo. Either they went skimpy on the ingredients this time, or perhaps if this is always the case it'd be good to add a third taco to the plate instead of the two it comes with. Also, my tesora was pretty weak. This is my favorite drink here and I've never had it disappoint. I did see some new faces I'm not familiar with, so maybe I had a newbie prepping my items. Forgivable. Better luck next time!

Yelp
I stayed in Folsom for a wedding and was looking for a good coffee shop nearby. Amazingly, this place was right in front of the hotel we were staying at, Lake Natoma Inn. It's in an interesting multi-level strip mall thing on the top floor. From the hotel, I had to climb a few flights of stairs, but it's actually street level. You'll see what I mean if you go. The shop was all decorated for Halloween when I went, which really added to the vibe. I could definitely see myself hanging out there if I lived in the area. Kinda weird though how their back room is only for people who are members of the co-working space next door. There isn't a lot of seating for customers. A few tables inside and a few tables outside. But on to the goods. One thing that really stood out at this place is how unique their offerings are. Sure you can get a regular Americano or latte or whatever, but why not add a specialty syrup to it or try one of their seasonal concoctions? I was in more of a tea mood that day so I got a London Fog latte with the cardamom syrup (I forget what it's called). So good. They went really well together and tasted very fall-y. I was also pretty hungry so I tried the al pastor panito. I was not expecting it to be kind of like a quesadilla, but I liked it! The pineapple and chipotle was so delicious together. The only thing is that it was really greasy and got slightly burnt on the outside so I mostly just ate the filling. But it still filled me up nicely. Love the vibes. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again!
google avatar

Britany M.

Yelp
It's great for lunch or brunch with friends! They have super cute seasonal drinks. I got the Apple Hill chia this time, but I always try something new because all the drinks are great! The food is fantastic. I got the seasonal toast this time, but their avocado toast is my favorite! Service is always super fast and friendly!
google avatar

Yelp
I always have a great time visiting Sociology. Everything I've tried on their food menu is delicious as well as the drinks I've had. I can't drink coffee but the non-coffee drinks make me miss coffee a little less each time, they make it so special. I also LOVE the mission behind this spot and why they wanted to create this space. Sociology and connecting with people is so important. COMMUNITY is the pillar of every successful business/neighborhood! There is no requirement to interact with others but everyone I've encountered here (both staff and guest) have been wonderful. Thanks for doing what you do!!!!

Yelp
If you're looking for a truly unique and eclectic coffee experience, look no further because "Sociology Coffee Bar" will have you covered. As of mid-2023, this is one of the most talked about locally owned-and-operated coffee shops in the greater Sacramento area; specifically on many major social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. Ever since opening (back in late-2021), it has an impressive amount of generous Yelp reviews and followers. I finally got to give this place a try during the morning of Saturday 7/22/2023. Located just off of Folsom Blvd. and tucked on Gold Lake Dr. and adjacent to Leidesdorff St. in downtown Folsom, Sociology has been a fan favorite due to their close proximity to walking and biking trails as well as many other attractions that Folsom has to offer. Since I came on an empty stomach (which was around 10:15am), I wanted to try out some of their unique food and drink offerings. Parking was fairly easy to find as you can find a spot on the street as well as a nearby lot. As I mentioned, this place hits all the high notes with the vibe and atmosphere. At the outdoor patio area, you will find ample seating complete with oversized green umbrellas to shelter you from the warm summer days. The inside is also cozy with a decent amount of seating throughout and even an extended indoor area complete with a tan leather sofa, comfy green velour chairs, and regular wooden chairs. One of the most unique traits of this place are the murals along the dark green walls and abundance of live plants. Keep in mind that this is not a quiet place for studying; the music was that of a pop/electronic dance music sound which keeps the vibe electric. To those of you wondering what I ordered, the decision was tough since everything on their food and drink menu looked amazing. I ended up going with their iced "Teddy Graham" drink. This was a concoction of iced coffee, bourbon vanilla, oat milk, and a chocolate bitter in the form of a mini waffle. As for my food choices, I was absolutely starving and wanted something to carry me through the entire morning and beyond. I went with their "Chef's Bowl" which included a crispy yolky egg (think over medium), bacon strips, home-fried potatoes, bell peppers, sauce, and cheese. I also ordered their "Summer Toast" which was a large slice of a toasted baguette infused with creamy ricotta cheese, arugula, and fresh strawberries. After paying the cashier, my drink is ready in less than 5 minutes while the food arrives just a few minutes later. I will say that my drink was on point and quite impressive. Not too sweet and not too bitter. The food was also prepared and handed to me with a beautiful presentation. The bowl had a ton of food with generous bits of bacon which filled me up on its own while the Summer Toast hit all the high notes; sweet, savory, and a perfect way to start the day. I will say that its a rarity where the food and drinks are perfect but that was what I got at Sociology. All in all, "Sociology Coffee Bar" is as good as it gets when you factor in the ambiance, layout, vibe, atmosphere, lively customer service, and food/drink quality. It offers everything you expect in a coffee shop and so much more. They offer a very progressive menu with a ton of unique drinks (fruity and teas) with a ton of neat food items (salads, sandwiches, toasts, tacos, and much more). With that said and done, I am giving them the best of the best and that's a five-stay Yelp review.

Yelp
I came upon this coffee bar through Instagram. They had some interesting drinks that vary by season. Since we were in Folsom, I wanted to stop by. When I walked in, I tried browsing the menu. The menu is sizable, but it was hard to read- small font. I ordered "The Tesora"- honey, vanilla, espresso, cinnamon, and oat milk. It was comforting and nice for a cold day, but pricy for $7. There is seating outside and inside, and it wasn't too crowded when I went.

Daisy R.

Yelp
Food was really great, tasty, came out promptly and was very full filling. The coffee was really good as well.
google avatar

Claudia W.

Yelp
It was our first experience here. Totally disappointed with the long line all the way out to the door without any signs or instructions which line is for orders and which line is for order pick up. It's chaotic! We ordered one black coffee and one Mocha, had to wait at least 30 minutes and paid $9 which I thought was too expensive especially it's not anything special. I've had much better coffee than that! It'll be our last time there!
google avatar

Yelp
This sparkling drink is sooo refreshing. Coffee and other drinks here are top tier still.
google avatar

Radhika A.

Yelp
One of the best coffee I have ever had is the Tesoro at Sociology. The perfect temperature, size and oat milk option is just perfect. The place is great with super nice service and a nice book club next door which is open to seating at times. The ambience is calm with a lot of fun books for a perfect coffee date. Our favorites here are Tesora coffee Tesora cake (new) Chefs bowl Notorious panito ( ask for some extra sauce as it's magic!)
google avatar

Cynthia Z.

Yelp
Price is going up but quality is still top notch. They roast their own beans and the single origin summer berry pie is delicious!!! So good as the base for Tesora - although I like to add a shot. With tips a coffee is costing over $9. Oh well. The sourdough here is insanely good and I love the veggie sandwich with egg so much I had it 2 days in a row. Such a hidden gem. Please stay open!! Service is usually pretty good, sometimes the line can be pretty long. The space is super cute with indoor and outdoor seatings. Lots of plants and cute decor. I wish there's a number you can call to pre-order.

Yelp
First time trying sociology coffee and will definitely be coming back again. We were going to a farmers market across the street and needed a coffee break and came across this cafe. The ambiance of the cafe is very welcoming and the service was great. The Teddy Graham was delicious and so was the matcha latte.
google avatar

Doc P.

Yelp
Really nice spot. Great music playing, food is really good and coffee is delicious! Loco moco burrito is full of flavor, nice and savory! The gravy is superb! Also had a Manhattan Spice Latte and it was so smooth and tasty.

Rachele H.

Yelp
I was given a vanilla iced mocha from my boss and it's absolutely delicious. Perfectly blended and just enough sweet that it's perfect. Will be having this treat again.
google avatar

Lisa M.

Yelp
Sociology makes the best iced lattes, probably in all of northern CA. Most places make them too watery & the ratio of espresso to milk is usually off. Not here. This morning I had the iced vanilla bourbon latte. Get it for here & have it served in a festive glass. I asked the barista which pastries were good and he said all of them were so I tried a small Bundt type cake with a citrus icing. I had my doubts. However it was perfectly dense & had the exact amount of sweetness. Yum!!

Yelp
If you're looking for great place to catch up or go on a date this is a cute little coffee spot ! Very upbeat vibe and the staff are amazing ! I was in the area from Sacramento and decided to grab a coffee. Found this spot and got a nice dark roast with my own add ons at their self serve creamer/sugar area.

Max H.

Yelp
Neat little coffee shop in downtown Folsom. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was great, and the coffee was really good. Oat milk Honey Latte was exceptional. Would come back again in a heartbeat!

Yelp
Favorite coffee shop in folsom! I always get the Teddy Gram iced latte, its perfect to me. If im getting food, their breakfast tacos or breakfast pannito are amazing. The pastries look great but I have yet to try them. It gets busy on the weekends so order online or prepare for a bit of a line. They have inside & outdoor seating, not the best for large parties.

Charlie K.

Yelp
Nice ambiance and great coffee. Highly recommend the Teddy Graham and the avocado toast

Zoya K.

Yelp
Coffee was good. I didn't think it was anything special that's why I took a star away from the full 5 stars. The staff member who helped us was very nice! And the decor is really cute, the coffee shop itself and the nook area next to it.
google avatar

Juls B.

Yelp
Service with a smile!! Ambiance fresh and clean. Bright and airy outdoor space for nice chatting and sipping your tea or coffee drinks. All drinks were yummy. We ordered their special drinks. Also tried the street tacos. Yummy but not sharable. Definitely recommend this place!

Jason R.

Yelp
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!. I ordered food and drinks and tried to wait inside the coffee shop for the coffee and food to be ready. 1 minute later, we were asked to step outside because I was carrying a coffee cup from a different store. We weren't going to stay and hang out inside anyways because we had work. But we were not allowed to stay inside to wait for our orders to be ready. So we waited outside for our food to be ready in 105 degrees of hot weather. It took them more than 10 minutes for the items to be ready and they didn't even take the food to us. We had to pick up the food inside which is ridiculous. If you kick somebody out after they ordered their food, you should bring their orders to them.... Never heard of any establishment kicking you out while you wait for your orders just coz you was carrying a different brand of coffee cup.. This happened today, Sept 5th and the weather was hot AF!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Coffee shops are supposed to have some kind of relaxing vibes but this place is total opposite. It was my FIRST TIME here and definitely my LAST. I live in Midtown sac and most coffee shops are very welcoming regardless of your situation. This coffee shop definitely is the complete opposite compared to all the shops I've been accustomed to. If I can score NEGATIVE STAR for this coffee shop, I would. But the only option is 1 star.....
google avatar

Yelp
Sociology is a charming coffee shop located adjacent to downtown Folsom. I stopped here for a quick breakfast before starting my workday. There were quite a few tempting items on the menu, but ultimately the GF orange almond cake and jibaltar won. The coffee was really good and (just a personal favorite) the coffee art was beautiful. The menu is really interesting and I'm excited to try the breakfast tacos next time. The baristas were really friendly and there was no pressure to rush to make a choice. The decor is really cute here, it's kinda hard to see what the theme is but it's very cool. Also, this sign made me really want to be one of the members, haha! It's probably really smart to put a cool coffee shop by a coworking space this large!
google avatar

Jen S.

Yelp
I had a sandwich one day and the blueberry muffin the next. The blueberry muffin is a must. The cinnamon streusel topping was so good. The muffin itself was moist and cake like. It was so good and a pretty good size. The sandwich was very dense. The sliced bread on the turkey sandwich was good but a lot. Nothing special though. It was just a sandwich. I wouldn't get it again. The staff was friendly though and they get orders out pretty quickly. The place itself is small, but there is a lot of seating outside. Give them a try!

Yelp
Love their breakfast mushroom tacos! Omg are they good. The staff is kind enough. The coffee is so good, great local spot!

Yelp
Great drinks, pretty good atmosphere. Ranking four stars instead of five because if you bring your teenage daughter in, the owner Kyle might try to sleep with her like he did when he was a youth pastor in Brentwood, CA and Portland. But other than that, it's a good place to go for coffee!

Yelp
I love the vibes in this shop, so cute! Music is a little loud but totally fine with my noise cancelling headphones. Speciality drinks can be quite expensive, but they always have a fun experimental menu alongside their normal drinks. Great study spot

Yelp
I've been here many a times. I bring visitors who come from out of town and they love it just as much as I do. I wanted the sweet potato latte and I was told they change the menu quarterly...which is nice. The service is great and made to order the sour dough avocado toast is bomb and so are the baked goods. The ambience is chic casual and the music is just my vibe. I sing along to all my old skool faves. (lol) They also have another room for members which is pretty chill vibe as well.

Yelp
Food, service and vibes are all five stars. Feels even better to support a local coffee shop that really has stepped up the scene in our historic district. You'll easily see a (quick moving) line out the door during peak farmers market hours but absolutely worth waiting in it. Drinks are quirky names and rotate with the season so there is always a new favorite to get your friends or family to come meet you for. Breakfast tacos are THE BEST but love all their menu items with simple fresh ingredients. Whether you're looking for a spot to meetup, a productive work session, or just a grab and go...did I mention they also have fresh poptarts and bread!!?...highly recommend making it part of your regular coffee craving outings. Or if you're into tea, tons to try. Iced matcha with their house made syrups are !!!

Yelp
Stopped by after a doctors appointment and I was impressed with this cute coffee shop in old Folsom! The latte was yummy and so were the breakfast tacos! They offer a small limited breakfast menu, with some local pastries served as well! The cinnamon roll was heavenly I would have liked it warmed up a bit if they offered, but it was hard to choose between all of the beautiful pastries displayed! There is limited seating, so I don't think you could come Here and study and work, but there is a coworking space right next door!
