Fantastic dishes. I really enjoyed the Casado carne y salsa. The Bistec and onions was very good too. The French fries were yummy. Cozy family style restaurant. The table hot sauce is very hot. The pinnacle peppermint Hugo was very good.

Fantastic food. Not many vegan choices here other than the casada and luckily the patacones, which were on the specials, but the food was super tasty and the price was very reasonable. Great food and great service. Came here 2 days in a row! 100% recommend.

It's just off the main road around the corner from all the tourist spots with flashy signs ahs fancy menus. Take the extra couple minutes and go here instead, the atmosphere is very laid back, the service is warm and friendly, and the food is delicious! This is the best horchata I've had. We had 2 casados, a steak and fish. Fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, a nice sized portion. The fried plantain was so good. Everything we ate was top notch delicious.

best soda in Monteverde,very nice place and beautiful people,so kind and welcoming,we were there in monteverde for 3nights and we went all three nights for dinner,small but very clean,very polite,you are in costarica,don’t hurry,just enjoy

It was wonderful. The Creamy tomato soup was everyone’s favorite. my daughter loved her chicken quesadilla - said it was the best she’s ever had. My son loved the ham and cheese sandwich. We also had chicken and rice and the chiffrijo. All were good. I don’t think you can go wrong.

Almost walked past this lovely little local home-cooking soda! Really friendly greeting and made room for 6 of us in the little dining room. Huge menu! Burger bun was huge and all the ingredients worked together for an OK burger experience. Friend enjoyed their pork belly special too. Fast, efficient service considering how full the dining room was! Nice local eatery.

This is a great little place to feed your hunger. We were immediately greeted and seated. Lots of variety to choose from at very reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food was great. They accept Colones, credit cards or Tap to pay.

This was a cute little spot that served delicious typical food. The workers were super friendly and welcoming and the service was quick! The soda was decorated with plants and cute little signs that made for a comforting environment. We all ordered the traditional gallo pinto - it was the perfect breakfast meal. I definitely recommend this place :)
