Great atmosphere, a lot of hand made details, small shop with some soap, bags and sweets, most of them are local and handmade. Sometimes they have live concerts. Food is good, burger's bread is awesome. Kitchen sometimes can be slow, I waited for my order approx 30 mins. Stuff are really friendly and helpful 😊

Very cute cafe with friendly staff and great food! I had the vegan wrap which was packed with flavour, and they had multiple vegan baked goods for dessert as well, the lemon cake was especially tasty. They made one of the best iced coffees I had in Norway too. Thank you for a great lunch 😊

Very very friendly neighborhood cafe / restaurant with the most excellent food and gourmet treats to purchase. First time we had an outstanding veggie burger and delish coffee. 2nd time we had a veggie red pizza that was insanely tasty. The tomatoes and the olives burst with flavor. For dessert we had what may have been the best kanelboller (cinnamon bun) we had on our entire trip. The flavor was mind blowing! Definitely stop here when visiting Åndalsnes!!!

We were very surprised to find this sort of organic regional restaurant/store combination in such a small town. This place has such a beautiful conviviality to it and we enjoyed our stay and the food here so much! The food and drink was exceptional and being able to enjoy this really made our day. At the time of our visit vegans have 5 options, vegetarians have 10. (Some dishes can be modified to be vegan/vegetarian.) We tried the summer salad (vegetarian version), white veggie pizza and the soup of the day which was carrot soup - it was extraordinary! The staff was super friendly and helpful and hosted us with unparalleled kindness. I can hardly express how happy we are to have stumbled upon this little special place.

This was a delightful find on our family journey. It has such hygge! Cute as can be, delicious food, friendly service, and a nice bathroom. An unexpected, beautiful garden patio out back made for an idyllic place to eat the food we initially got packaged to-go. We tried the brown cheese, their yummy bread, delicious carrot soup, coffee, little candies, burger, salami pizza, and carrot cake. Everything was perfect!! Go here!

Delicious Summer Salad with roasted potatoes. White pizza was great too! Service is quick and very friendly. We’ve also had the cinnamon roll (good), chocolate cake (not worth it, bland), lemon loaf (not worth it, had better), and cheesecake (ok).

I went in the morning to have something to drink since I was waiting for the bus and I still had a lot of time. I had a coffee and a piece of cake and I really loved the experience. The waitresses were very friendly, the atmosphere was very calm and relaxed, the place seems straight out of a fairy tale, the ideal place to have something to drink calmly and without rushing, 10/10 recommended. :]

Yelp
This place was a dream come true. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed with the brightest smiles in all Norway. The young ladies in charge are nothing short of amazing. They immediately made us feel at home and provided us with one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. And then the food was amazing too, and the town a reflection of paradise. It was even conveniently located just a step away from Romsdalsgondolen, the place we had stopped in Andalsness to see and experience. Norway has a special way of making random, unexpected discoveries incredibly perfect, and running into this magical place certain was a great example of that! I highly recommend everyone visiting Trollstigen, Geiranger, and/or Romsdalsgondolen to definitely make a stop here, talk to the people, grab a glass of wine, and something to eat. You won't be disappointed! I frankly can't wait to go back!

Yelp
A charming general store and lunch spot - off the beaten path filled with locals. Yummy burgers and pizzas with many, many desserts homemade. Ambience was lovely and warm. English menus and language readily spoken. Service was warm and hospitable.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I arrived in Andalsnes starving, so I opened Yelp and we went straight to this place, as it was the only one with a review. We weren't expecting much but boy were we surprised! It's only open for lunch, and there is always a sizable crowd of locals. I ordered the mango wrap, which was super yummy, and my boyfriend got the burger. The owner came to ask us how the food was and told us how she makes the bread - all the bread here is baked in house, and it has a delightful chewy texture. It's a real standout. We also shared a cinnamon bun. We came back for breakfast the next morning, and everything was wonderful then as well. The oat milk latte was frothy and rich. The interiors are also whimsical - the mismatched chairs are super cute. Would definitely come back if I'm back in town.

Yelp
Most charming little place, delicious food and coffee! Must stop and get a burger, veggie burger, and coffee. Homemade and local!

Yelp
We stopped in and enjoyed a burger and a vegetarian burger. So yummy and flavorful! Extra points for having Kombucha in stock!! Definitely check this place out if you're in town! It's artisanal and delicious :)

Yelp
We were pleasantly surprised. This cafe turned out to be a great find. The locally sourced ingredients and freshness of each dish made this place one of the best eats we had while in the area. Their burger features award winning blue cheese and handpicked ingredients that packs a flavor punch. The bread is even made in-house and adds a good balance to the meat. The salad had a light refreshing broth that complemented the fruits and veggies in the dish. If you're in the area / on your way to Trollstigen, definitely give this place a visit.

Yelp
Everything about this place is lovely, the amazing homemade food, decor, service, deserts, coffee...I could go on. I wanted one of everything (and almost ate one of everything). After learning too late that Trollstigen pass was closed, this place made it well worth our two hour detour.

Yelp
Fantastic, friendly food. Served with a smile. Owner agreed to stay open past her usual hours so we could sample her off- menu Burgers. Great burgers with Ginger, mango, avocado and rough bread. Simple, wholesome food - and a great bottled beer and wine selection to boot. Not cheap.

Yelp
During the transition to Geiranger, we stopped at Åndalsnes and tried this sweet family run restaurant. We liked very much their mango wrapper and cheesecake. Definitely will stop by next time when I am in town.
