My previous purchase was fine and the product quality is good, but I was in Zurich a couple of weeks ago and bought a 1 liter refill. The soap I smelled and really liked in the store was something with forest or pine in its name, and it smelled divine. I have just opened the refill bottle and was excited to use it, but the soap that is there is completely different, I don’t like the smell at all so for me it’s not worth the money :( I think they made a mistake and sold me the wrong scent, also because the green 1 liter refill bottle does not have any labels so it’s easy to confuse. I also remember that I read the receipt after the purchase and it said “herbal garden”, i asked the store attendant if he gave me the right one because I was worried. But he assured me it was the right one and I went on to board my train. I am feeling disappointed about this purchase :(

Very unfriendly and rude service from the young guy at the desk today. Never been treated like that at Aesop. Hint to the management: your employees are representing YOUR brand. Edit: it happened in the Soeder HB shop. Mentioning Aesop as they seem to train their staff properly on service and welcoming customers.

Terrible products, especially the conditioner is the worst one I have ever had in my life. I recommend shopping anywhere but here for your hair products! Only good thing is their packaging, it‘s quite stylish (but still, not worth the price). Edit: Thank you for your kind response. I would be interested to try the new line of products and will reach out to you directly. Looking forward to editing this review once I‘ve tried the new products. Edit2, updated to 2 Stars: Soeder was kind enough to let me try their new Conditioner for free. I really appreciate their effort and personal and friendly communication. Unfortunately their products are just not for me, they do nothing for my hair.

Generally like the products and the design, but they don't sell any refills for the deodorant anymore. Wouldn't need to go to the store to learn this if this is clearly indicated on the homepage. You want to know what's written there? "Join the Refillution"

Your was fantastic. Elizabeth was an amazing guide with a great sense for history. She had a great way of explaining the Swiss culture with references along the tour. Was very open to questions of all types. Funny in a typical Franco/German way as well!

I love this brand and their products. All natural and you can refill. I recommend to try it.

How is it possible that I arrive to the location and nothing is there?? You need to update the location! This is the first way to loose a client that was certainly on the way to buy products of yours. Online must be synchronized with offline.
