Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort

We have had a wonderful stay. The food has been amazing. The staff are so friendly and polite and helpful. It has made for a verbal relaxing holiday. Our room was cleaned each day by Subrata and he did a wonderful job. It was cleaned immaculately every day and the turn down service in the evening was a delightful treat for us. We were upgraded to a villa and we are very grateful for that as our villa was pure luxury for us. Thank you

Hotel overall was fine, not quiet as we expected in the respect of: rooms are dated, worn and in need of a refresh, bathroom (mostly the bath) and furniture mainly, but the products were very nice. Pool area, the floor around the area needs a deep clean as does the pool especially around the waterline. Cracks and missing/loose tiles had been left for sometime or poorly fixed. Lounge beds had peeling paint and lounge cushions were all marked and stained, but towels were readily available and very clean and good quality. Service from the team team around the pool is good and they were all helpful and pleasant. Staff generally are very friendly but we were constantly being asked to review and were given cards in all restaurants including breakfast multiple times, which becomes tiresome. Food was fine, nothing stand out or terrible, but there are plenty of options outside that are wider range, better quality and variety of cost. There was a large wedding taking place - which we were informed about just before our stay... which did impact the beach and pool area during the day and evening over the course of a few days - due to stage/band set up which at times was very loud, but the hotel did set up extra facilities and staff to cope with the extra guests. We enjoyed our holiday but would not stay at this resort again, there is a lot of choice in Bali and for the price range we have stayed in better.

I spent 5 nights here to relax at the end of my Bali trip. It was very peaceful despite being close to capacity. My room was very spacious, modern and clean. The large bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! My room was ready on arrival. Asih did a fabulous and thorough job as my room attendant. I didn’t use the pool as I preferred to use the lounges on the beach and swim in the ocean. The beach was kept very clean during my stay. All of the resort grounds were very well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a great range but I was a bit disappointed that the majority of it was uncovered and open. A lot of guests appeared sick and were coughing everywhere so I chose to only eat freshly cooked food or things that had just been freshly replenished. I gratefully received a very generous late checkout time, but when my night flight was delayed until the following morning, the charge to stay on for the rest of the night was ridiculously expensive - apparently due to high occupancy. I had to move to a different hotel. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again if I was able to book with a similar promotional/price.

Our holiday at the Sofitel was very memorable, in every aspect. What stood out for us was the exceptional staff, friendly, helpful and always smiling. Mega was one of these lovely people and there were many more too. Food was always abundant and delicious. All requests were met with genuine delight to assist. We highly recommend this resort.

Stayed for 6 days in September 2025 for a conference. The hotel is very well located on the beach in the center of the Nusa Dua development. I have stayed in numerous hotels in the area over the years and the Sofitel has some of the best and most modern facilities. The property is well maintained and the service is wonderful. Conference, catering and social facilities are also very good.

My brother and I stayed at Sofitel Bali, and it was a very special trip for us as it was our first time meeting again after 6 years apart. During our stay, we were fortunate to meet Oka, Dewi, Dwi from Guest Experience. They truly went above and beyond to take care of us, making sure every detail was perfect. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel at home. Thank you, Oka and team for making our reunion even more memorable. Sofitel is lucky to have such amazing team members!

We had a wonderful experience from booking to check out. Widyasari from Luxury concierge was wonderful in communication from the beginning and ensuring our room was ready at our time of check in [ at an earlier time]. As Gold Accor member we were lucky enough to secured a late check out [due to a late flight out of Bali] as well from the reception via a text the day before our check out date. Dining experience was wonderful at Cucine as well as Toya Beach Bar.
