We stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for about five days while visiting Beijing. Overall, it’s a good hotel with very spacious rooms. The layout was a bit unusual, with a bathtub placed in the middle of the room, but it didn’t really bother us.
The main downside was the service, especially at reception. The staff spoke very little English and were not very helpful, which was quite disappointing for a hotel of this level. This was clearly the weakest point of our stay.
On the positive side, the room was comfortable, with good lighting, large closets, and decent space overall. However, there were not many towels provided, and the toilet privacy was poor, with only a glass door not ideal at all.
The location is okay but requires using a cab, which is very cheap and easy in Beijing. There’s a McDonald’s, a convenience store, and some local Chinese restaurants nearby, so it’s convenient enough.
Overall, a decent stay, but it could definitely have been better with improved service and a bit more attention to comfort details.
