I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach, and a huge part of that was thanks to the exceptional service provided by Concierge Wagas. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, Wagas was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. His professionalism warmth and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself is stunning beautifully located right on The Walk at JBR, offering breath taking views and easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. The rooms were spacious clean and elegantly designed creating a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I also enjoyed the excellent amenities, including the outdoor pool and relaxing spa facilities. Thanks to Wagas and the amazing team my stay was seamless and memorable. If you're looking for a luxurious hotel with oufstanding personalized service, I highly recommend Sofietl Dubai Jumeirah beach.

I recently visited AOC at Sofitel JBR for their Friday Le Grand Brunch, and overall it was an excellent experience. The location is superb, with beautiful views of JBR and a well‑appointed, elegant interior. The buffet spread is expansive—seafood lovers will be pleased with oysters, prawns and crab, while the French classics like charcuterie, cheese boards and rotisserie meats are well executed. Dessert selection is generous, and the live cooking stations are a strong highlight. Service was attentive and friendly; the staff kept things running smoothly and were very helpful with recommendations.staff was so friendly especially RUKU ,Ayush and Suresh and Harsh. In short: AOC delivers strong food variety, good service, and a lovely setting. Definitely one of the better brunch/buffet options in Dubai.”

We recently enjoyed a truly exceptional stay at the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach. From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding. Our room was spacious providing a wonderful retreat. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the remarkable staff. Their attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout, especially Maneno of reception team. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and that every detail of our stay was perfect. We left feeling thoroughly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach! Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful sea view. The location is perfect — right on The Walk, close to Marina and all the great restaurants and shops. The valet parking staff were especially outstanding — always polite, professional, and super fast in delivering the car with a smile. They truly made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for families! The hotel combines luxury, great service, and an unbeatable location.

What a wonderful holiday we had staying at this hotel! We had a twin room with a partial sea view and we loved it. Beds are very comfy and clean, bathroom has walk in shower, toilet and a bath. Plenty of room for storage and hanging up clothes. Mini bar fully stocked but at a cost, but you do get complimentary water which comes in handy after a hot day out! Housekeeping came everyday and restocked us up on towels. The hotel floors smelt very nice and were well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and willing to help. The food was fantastic. Each night is a different theme/country. Plenty of options and very fresh, chefs come out and topped up if anything was running low. We are picky eaters and were skeptical about the food but we ate good every night. To our surprise, the Arabian night was the best food we had. Lots of deserts to choose from and every food is labelled and tells you if vegan, vegetarian, low fat etc. location of the hotel is fantastic. Right at the heart of Jumeirah Beach, it beach itself is probably a 3 minute walk and the hotel provides free towels, a parasol and chairs to use. These are located at the gym on level P3. You just sign them out and back in. The hotel is right in the location of everything, food shops, pharmacies, gift shops, coffee shops etc. sometimes we would sit outside the hotel and just watch the world go by. The road outside does get very busy at night with Taxi’s, supercars & cars etc but it’s easy to cross. We only got picked up for the airport at midnight so we stored our cases away via the concierge and went out for the day. When we got back, we sat outside for abit then came inside the hotel and sat down. Plenty of seats to choose from. Honestly, this hotel for us is 10/10 and I would 1000% choose this hotel if/when we come back. We were sad to leave but definitely happy we chose here to stay. We hope to come back soon!!

The ambiance of the hotel is truly relaxing and elegant it creates a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The café has a pleasant vibe, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment or meeting with friends. The hot coffee was excellent rich in flavor, perfectly brewed, and served at just the right temperature. Thanks to Sujan and Ankit for looking after us. Overall, a great experience that makes you want to come back again.

The hotel is amazing it has such nice and friendly staff. Everyone is very welcoming, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The hotel staff are pleasant especially the cleaners the cleaner on our floor called Candy was very polite and accommodating. She was approachable and helped us throughout our stay here. Everyone from the concierge to the counter staff have been amazing we’d definitely come back the location is exactly where you’d want to be so close to the beach and JBR.
