They really make the experience worth it. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The amenities are great and food is delicious. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible resort and I can not say enough good things about my experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the fantastic, large and extremely clean rooms that provided a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The views from our room were nothing short of gorgeous, offering a stunning backdrop that made every morning feel like a dream. The pool area was a true highlight, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Breakfast was a daily delight, offering an amazing variety that catered to every palate. Special mention goes to Missy, the chef at breakfast, whose friendly and cheerful demeanour made each morning a joy. He truly could not do enough to make sure every guest started their day with a smile. The resort's easy access to the beach was another fantastic feature, allowing for spontaneous seaside strolls and endless fun in the sun. The daily Aqua aerobics sessions were an unexpected treat, providing a fun and energetic way to stay active while enjoying the water. Lastly, we must give a heartfelt thank you to Florence, who made our stay truly exceptional. Her attentive care, wealth of information and invaluable advice ensured that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Florence's dedication and warmth made us feel right at home and truly enhanced our overall experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. It was an unforgettable stay and we can not wait to return!

Truely friendly and helpful staff, who are well trained and not overly clingy like others in Fiji when trying to be friendly. Big compliment to all of them! Hope they get looked after well at all times, because they deserve it. Nice and very clean rooms, well equipped. Excellent food for the money you pay and again exceptional service!

We stayed at the Sofitel for four nights, and I must say we had the best time, we even contemplated extending. Everyone was beyond lovely, and it felt like home. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable at all times, we requested to upgrade our room to a family one rather than the standard one we had originally booked - they accommodated our request immediately which we are thankful for. I cannot fault the service anywhere, from the concierge to activity booking to room refreshing to restaurant staff and all other people, everyone was amazing & so loving! They treat your children like their own & help out without you even having to ask - we used the nanny service and kids club once during our stay and I can confidently say that my 2yo & 4m old were in loving/ caring hands, they had a great time and were looked after well in terms of being changed after water play! We will definitely be back!!

From the moment we arrived at the airport we were looked after, we were greeted and taken to the air-conditioned Sofitel check in lounge and offered a drink while we were checked in and had our bags loaded into the waiting transport. A quick 20 minute drive to the resort where we were greeted by friendly smiles and taken on a buggy for a quick tour and a complimentary welcome cocktail, shown to our room where we would spend the next 4 days. Which turned out to be nowhere near long enough! All the staff were friendly, helpful and caring. Our room was spotless every single day, the turn down service at night was such a nice touch. The Waitui pool area was our hidden gem for our stay. So nice and quiet and relaxing. All the restaurants had good food offerings, the wait staff were engaging and funny. The spa is a must visit, we had a couples massage and it was easily the best massage experience we have had anywhere. The resort had everything you could need for your stay, there really was no reason to leave. An amazing trip, we can’t wait to come back.

Enjoyed our stay here even though the weather was shocking. Large room, extremely comfy bed and bathroom was spacious with quality shower gel. With the weather been average, we couldn't take advantage of the adult pool area we paid for, which at least they extended the happy hour to help. Also, we loved the idea of the trade shop for the mini bar and lets say, we did a lot of wheeling and dealing :) Entertainment was the highlight for us, lots of live music throughout the complex which we thoroughly enjoyed. As throughout Fiji, all the staff where so friendly and welcoming. Just found the buffet food a little average but enjoyed the seafood night.

The staff were all friendly. All the on site food Was amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy and a good size. Bathrooms were modern. It would be good to have a place where you could dry your togs inside the rooms. The on site convenient store was priced fairly. The rum tasting was a really good time. There were heaps of activity's for the whole family. Definitely will go back.

Even though I give a 3 star I would still highly recommend this resort and would stay again at the adults only area, we just wouldn’t eat here again. Staff are very friendly & the facilities are great. My reason for the 3 star is because of the food, tasteless and very average….you would think the crayfish would be the highlight meal but NO it was bad, we even tried it twice in the hopes each restaurant might do it better…the only dish we thought had flavor was a pizza! We hope next time we return they have worked on this.
