I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their excellent service, especially the reception and restaurant teams. The service was outstanding, the room was comfortable and quiet, and the hotel is located in a very vibrant and convenient area.
However, I would like to point out two remarks:
1. Parking Issue: Upon my arrival at the hotel with my car, I was asked to pay the parking fee before completing the check-in process, and I was not allowed to enter without payment. This was surprising since my booking indicated that the hotel provides parking facilities, not valet parking with additional charges. I believe this procedure negatively affects the guest’s first impression and experience.
2. Room Change: I had booked a double room for two persons with a city view. However, after a long delay during check-in, we were given a room on floor (-1) facing a car passage. After discussing the issue with the reception and contacting the reservations office, the room was later changed to a double bed room on the same floor. From my point of view, this reflects poor room management or possible manipulation of guests’ reservations.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff service is excellent. I only hope that the parking procedures and room assignment processes can be improved to ensure a smoother and more satisfying guest experience.
