The hotel has a really lovely ambience and the best staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are large and very comfortable, the breakfast buffet had just about everything you could think of and the restaurant on the 4th floor was superb. If I could offer one piece of advice it would be to add USB-C charging points in the rooms. Not everyone carries the various adapter plugs with them when travelling around but the USB-C is now universal for phone, pad and laptop charging.

Excellent and spacious rooms, neat and tidy. Morning buffet is my favourite, especially South Indian food items tastes authentic as good as home made. Wide range of food options, besides morning buffet there are other restaurants and bars, my only negative view is food pricing which is on higher side.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and it was an exceptional experience. The service was top-notch—staff members were attentive, polite, and ensured a smooth dining experience from start to finish. What’s even better is the pricing, which I found to be quite reasonable considering the high quality of food and service. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.✅🖤🙂

Amazing stay at Sofitel Mumbai, staff were great and very attentive. I was here for a wedding and upon arrivals was given flowers and a scarf. Rooms were very clean and the bathroom was lovely. Rooms are up to date technology wise also. The pool area is spacious and private. Breakfast buffet was also great. Would/will stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel which is so centrally located and a 3 min walk away from the NMACC. From a smooth check-in to plush rooms, it was very comfortable. Hospitality is also top notch. Their style of greeting-Bonjour Namaste is different from the norm and feels good to hear.|The fitness area is good though they ought to replace 2 out of the 3 treadmills which are defunct. Ravi-the gym trainer- was on top of his game. Helped me navigate the various machines in the gym and also checked on me in the steam room, which is a must do activity. They have a jacuzzi too.|IRD was quick and good, so was the in house salon.|I’ll be returning to stay at Sofitel, in all my next visits to Mumbai.

The rooms and hospitality were excellent, with everything being exceptionally neat. Notably, the pillow quality was impressive. We hosted a business event here, and both the food and staff exceeded expectations. The live appam station was a standout! The location is also fantastic and accessible to many people easily.

The hotel also offers top-notch amenities like a well-equipped fitness center, a serene pool area, and an indulgent spa. Dining: The culinary options were exquisite. We dined at the in-house restaurants and were blown away by the variety and quality of the food. The breakfast buffet was an absolute highlight, offering a perfect blend of Indian and international cuisines, all presented with impeccable detail. The staff were attentive and ensured dietary preferences were catered to. Service: The service throughout the stay was flawless. The staff went above and beyond to make every interaction memorable. From personalized greetings to prompt room service, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Location: Situated in the heart of Bandra Kurla Complex, the hotel is ideally located for business and leisure travelers alike. It’s close to major corporate offices, shopping hubs, and cultural attractions.
