This place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and taken care of. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast is delicious, fresh, generous, and full of flavor every morning. The facilities are clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, honestly, it feels even better than being at home. Had a comfortable stay at Sofitel BKC. The rooms were spotless and provided a relaxing atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff was welcoming and always polite, which added to the overall positive experience. However, there were moments when service could have been a bit quicker. Breakfast was enjoyable but could benefit from more variety. A few more options would make mornings even better. Overall, the experience was good, and with a few small improvements, it could be excellent.

We were here for a business trip. Check in was flawless. Staff are very attentive and made sure we had every we needed. Rooms are great, very clean. We had use of the Club lounge on the 14th floor and this was great to have a snack and drink in. It's our 3rd visit here and we will use the hotel on our next visit.

Mr. Shrimant helped with serving our table was the best!!

This place was very convenient and relaxing for us as we had a very long journey. The room was very clean and the service was amazing! The food was also very authentic and delicious. The look and feel was also very soothing as there were nice decorations and designs especially the music such as singers and instrumentalists. This hotel was easily a must go place and we strongly endorse it. It made us feel at home!
