I would like to begin by saying that our stay at this hotel was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcomed and well taken care of, which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The overall comfort of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a relaxing and pleasant stay. Every detail reflected a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm, inviting, and perfect for unwinding. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Every meal was incredibly delicious and prepared with great care. The breakfast, in particular, deserves special recognition—it was on another level. The spread was extensive and offered an impressive variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. From continental selections to authentic South Indian dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and exceptionally well presented. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the staff. The team was extremely professional, courteous, and always willing to help with a warm smile. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality made a significant difference and ensured that all our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect—comfort, food, service, and overall experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and high-quality stay. It is a destination I would gladly return to and confidently recommend to others.

This is one of the first reviews I’d like to give hundreds of stars. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Sardarji Gurmeet and Sardarji Amarpreet (I apologise if I misspelled their names). Their welcoming and helpful nature made us feel instantly at ease after a long and tiring flight, and we knew this was going to be a fantastic trip. My first experience in India had been mixed but after seven nights, I’m thoroughly impressed with the entire team. The F&B manager Mr Richard and Mr Tanmoy Pal, along with the housekeeping team, were spectacular. Yogesh and Pratishka, in charge of housekeeping, made us feel incredibly welcome and cosy. The location is fantastic – away from the bustling city of Mumbai – and even on New Year’s Eve, we couldn’t hear the honking and street noises. I was a bit unsure about this place initially but I’ll definitely be back to Mumbai just for this stay and the charming food scene. This is the longest review I’ve ever written and it’s well deserved. The team is fantastic. Keep up the good work! We’ll be back!

I recently stayed at Hotel Sofitel BKC for the first time, and it was a terrific experience end-to-end. The property is elegant, comfortable, and well-kept - but the real standout is the service. A special shoutout to Robert and Mahadev at the concierge desk, who were consistently responsive, warm, and incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail made my stay memorable. Also, every interaction was with hotel staff was polite, smooth, and solution-oriented, right from the bell-hops who set the tone the moment I arrived, to the front-desk team (hello, Dhaval!) who seeing I was in need of much-needed rest after some tough travel, made my check-in efficient and smooth, to the F&B team in the breakfast restaurant as well as Jyran where I took some friends for lunch. The room upgrade and the souvenir gift added a personal touch that I genuinely appreciated. A special mention to the hearing-impaired team member (missed her name) who served us with grace, confidence, and exceptional professionalism. Her service was impeccable... proof that ability shines far brighter than any perceived limitation. This was my first stay at Sofitel BKC, but definitely not my last. He was incredibly friendly, proactive, and always attentive to our needs, ensuring that everyone in our family was comfortable at all times. This was my second stay at Sofitel BKC and I am as pleased with the experience as I was the first time. The rooms are luxurious and the services are excellent. The breakfast buffet is to die for and the managers and waiters pay personal attention to the guests and recommended their best dishes. The french toast came highly recommended by the executive manager Tanmoy, and he personally put in an order for us for it and we loved it. We also appreciated their luggage storage and ‘wash and change’ services as we had to take a flight later in the day. Looking forward to staying at Sofitel BKC again!

Had lunch at Pondicherry Cafe, my favorite coffee shop over the years. Their extensive buffet spread, with a diverse range of cuisines to choose from, always has something for everyone. Right from the salads to the Sushis and dimsums, International and Indian, the food, as usual, was delicious and flavorful, and the service was top-notch. Special shoutout to Archana, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my meal. Her excellent service made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Overall, I'd highly recommend Pondicherry cafe for its impressive buffet spread, good food, and excellent service. Kudos to the team for a great dining experience!"

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel with such a beautiful and kind lady mitisha indulkar she is such a nice person, thanks to the waiter. She is very smart, attentive, and extremely helpful. She made sure everything was perfect during my visit and provided excellent service with a friendly attitude. Her professionalism and dedication truly enhanced my overall experience. I had a mixed experience during my stay. Positives: 1. Great breakfast 2. Friendly and warm staff 3. Location Negatives 1. Poor food. Pizza was worse than a local stall 2. Really small water bottles. Seriously, cant we have 1 litre bottles 3. Room Lighting...painful to control. Just could not figure out how to limit lights to only bedside lamps 4. Poorly shaped rooms...look odd 5. Glass tables feel tough to cold 6. Coffee machine did not work 7. Audio system is redundant. Wouldnt connect to BT and hardly any phone has an 3.5 MM jack. 8. Slow wifi 9. We sweated in the night. but felt cold if we take off the sheet. I do hope you take these feedback seriously
