Elysium Noosa Resort - MGallery Collection

We visited Elysium Noosa Resort for the first time, travelling from Sydney over New Year’s week, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The rooms were amazing spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning views that made every morning and sunset feel special. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of options, all fresh and beautifully presented. The pool area was perfect for the kids, with plenty of towels, sunbeds, and cabanas available, along with food and drinks service. The pool staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making it a relaxing experience for adults while being fun and safe for children. The service across the entire resort was exceptional, from the front desk to the in-house staff, pool team, and breakfast staff. Everyone was consistently welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Michael from Concierge, who truly stood out. His attention to detail, joyful nature, and professionalism were impressive. From the moment we arrived until our final days, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His positive energy was infectious and made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t fault a single thing and would highly recommend Elysium Noosa Resort to anyone visiting Noosa. We can’t wait to return!

Stayed with my mum over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. Despite being busy, the hotel still made Christmas feel special. Staff were consistently polite and attentive, with exceptional service at reception — special thanks to Romanta Pais. Our Accor status was well recognised with thoughtful benefits, including a complimentary room upgrade. The decorated Christmas tree was a lovely touch, and the rooms were immaculate throughout. Would definitely stay again.

We had two rooms and both were large, comfortable and full of amenities we used and loved. The air conditioner was great in the heat and the bed was so comfortable. The property was immaculately clean, the staff was so helpful, friendly and attentive. Vitaly, the pool area was great - incredibly comfortable loungers, water when needed, great umbrellas for the sun, the pool water was perfect temperature and clean as a whistle. The beach cabana and beach chairs were helpful - though if you weigh >200 lbs I recommend renting a beach chair at the surf club for comfort. The restaurant Cibaria is a must-eat, great food, cocktails and service. The concierge was so helpful - arranged a ride for us to the Brisbane airport, helped with planning for a day trip to the Australia Zoo ( a 100000% must visit). The hotel location is perfect at the center of Hastings Street. If you happen to be from NYC, the hotel and town are 10000% like Southampton - only nicer people, better service, better food, and better prices. All we can talk abut after leaving is how we can come back for more than 4 days!!!

10/10. Absolutely love the hotel renovation! The rooms were phenomenal - very premium and a truly thoughtful design. Balmain amenities in the bathrooms were appreciated. A highlight was the Elysium pool cabanas with butler service, which you can book in advance. Food in the cabanas is incredible, we ordered the prawn cocktail & lobster rolls and the quality and presentation was faultless. The food is absolutely incredible at the new Cibaria - this is also where breakfast is served which is buffet style. I don't always enjoy a hotel buffet but this was very high quality, on par with other 5-star hotels overseas. We had the most incredible stay for my father's 70th birthday and we had 3 different rooms - all were beautiful. Everything was so clean and the housekeeping staff were lovely and very polite. We will definitely be back very soon! Highly recommend.

Ella, Molly, and Sheridan provided exceptional service with genuine care and professionalism. They were always kind, helpful, and respectful, and made me feel at ease every time I saw them. Their warmth, positive attitude, and dedication truly made a difference to my stay and left me with such a good feeling each time. I am deeply grateful for their hard work throughout my time here, and I truly believe they will continue to provide the same thoughtful and excellent service to all guests. Great location near the river and Hastings street. Our room was large with a sun facing balcony overlooking the river. Large bathroom with large shower and balmain products. Staff seemed very friendly. Large pool area with music blasting out. The jacuzzi pool clearly stated over 16 but the young children were constantly playing in it, eating their ice lollies in it. Liked the little touches of the staff bringing water jugs to you whilst sunbathing though. The hotel has been refurbished and rebranded and was about to 80% occupancy they said. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the restaurants

Our stay was great overall, however they were in the middle of changing the signage from Sofitel to Elysium and it created a little confusion when trying to locate the hotel. Location wise, it's right in the hub of Hastings Street. The staff were all very friendly and we really enjoyed our time at the swim up bar. We stayed in a Junior Suite and our room was very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend this hotel for a stay, just read up on the location of the entrance beforehand.

I recently stayed at Sofitel Noosa, in one of their newly renovated rooms, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and had a fantastic view. I was particularly impressed with the elegant and stylish looking mini bar, which was stocked with a great selection of beverages. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Especially indulging in the delicious cuisine from in-room dining. Overall, my stay at the Sofitel Noosa was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

This hotel is no longer a Sheraton, it is known as the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort. Quite nice. Large quiet rooms and well-taken-care-of grounds. Haven't had the chance to check out the beach or pool yet, but hope to do so before I leave. Down sides? Takes a surprisingly long time to get anything approaching hot water in my 6th floor room's shower.

Conveniently located on the main strip, and a quick walk to the beach, the recently-renovated Sheraton Noosa was great for our Easter getaway. We didn't try the bar in the middle of the pool... because the friendly staff had upgraded us to a spacious 'lifestyle' room with a balcony hot tub.

Excellent hotel to stay for families and couples - sensational heated swimming pool for all and the property's location right on Hastings St is very convenient.
