Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort

While we only stayed overnight for a private function and didn't get a chance to enjoy the various amenities, we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and make a longer trip of it next time to enjoy it fully. Staff were friendly. Loved the turn down service and our in room dining was delicious. Highly recommend

From the moment you step into the hotel, you’ll be blown away. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, and they’re also polite. The room was amazing, and the one we stayed in had an ocean view. That made the whole experience even better. We also had a great view of the pool area, where we spent two days swimming, ordering cocktails and food from the sunken pool bar. And guess what? Having an EV was a huge plus. Charging was free while we were parked in the parking lot. Being a platinum Accor member was a bonus, but this place really impressed us as a family from the start.

We enjoyed our check in experience with welcoming drinks. Staff (Rosie) looked after us very well. Our room was very nice. Comfortable with a sofa bed and a queen bed. Our pool view was very nice. We were told by reception that our 50% discount (ALL) for meals in the a la carte restaurant applied, but after dining, we were told that it was only a 15% discount, so we hadn’t budgeted for that! Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay, and intend to return next year.

My conference stay at the hotel was great. The staff were friendly and the facilities were outstanding. While I unfortunately lacked time to use the pool, it looked quite inviting. I would happily stay again.

Our stay at Sofitel Noosa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel like family. The location is perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The rooms were spacious, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kids had a blast, and we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed a family weekend and found the hotel very well located. Staff were amazing and a 2minute walk to the beach was very convenient. Breakfast was great, rooms were a little dated but very clean.

Check-in was delightful and although I had been warned that the view of my room wasn't the greatest - when I checked in, I found that my room opened out directly onto the river, which I have to say was a delight to wake up to in the morning. I'd take my coffee out onto the porch and a lizard and bush turkey would come to hang out with me. I had the most relaxing time, and will be back. Thank you!

Had a terrific stay at the Sofitel Noosa Resort. The staff were all great. A special shout out to Donna who works at the Noosa Beach House. Always smiling and so helpful. This hotel is no longer a Sheraton, it is known as the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort. Quite nice. Large quiet rooms and well-taken-care-of grounds. Haven't had the chance to check out the beach or pool yet, but hope to do so before I leave. Down sides? Takes a surprisingly long time to get anything approaching hot water in my 6th floor room's shower.

Conveniently located on the main strip, and a quick walk to the beach, the recently-renovated Sheraton Noosa was great for our Easter getaway. We didn't try the bar in the middle of the pool... because the friendly staff had upgraded us to a spacious 'lifestyle' room with a balcony hot tub.

Excellent hotel to stay for families and couples - sensational heated swimming pool for all and the property's location right on Hastings St is very convenient.
