I visited Sofitel Hotel with my family for a day of fun and relaxation. My wife arranged for a tennis pro to play with me and give some tips — it was a great workout and a real throwback since I haven’t played since my university days. The courts were in excellent shape, and the coach spoke perfect English, making the lesson both fun and challenging. Next time I’d love to try their racquetball courts. Meanwhile, our two sons had a blast in the kids’ playroom, the playground, and of course in the pool with their floaties. The highlight was definitely the waterslide — we must have gone down a dozen times together! We stayed for lunch by the pool with cocktails. The food was very good (the French fries were a hit with the kids), and the drinks were smooth, though a little light on the alcohol for the price. Overall, Sofitel’s pool, family facilities, and sports areas are a fantastic way to spend the day. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and fitness.

Absolutely Amazing stay Very warm welcoming and very high standard staff team. Super fast check in and check out process. Room 1107 is super spacious with very good views. Fantastic executive lounge at the ground floor with very delicious food and refreshing drinks and top standard service by the wonderful executive lounge team. The lounge has a very beautiful view of the hotel garden. The breakfast buffet is very good with wide spread selection of food and drinks. The Japanese restaurant is amazing and the food is super delicious. The Italian restaurant is amazing too in the food quality is very delicious. Gym is very good with good selection of equipments. Spa is amazing and the therapists and the treatments are all amazing. Swimming pool is world class and must be used during the stay to enjoy the water quality and the amazing staff. Many thanks and highest gratitude to the following amazing staff team: Malin, Tewe, Piseth, Nita and Phano. The hotel is Super High Class and offered unmatched high quality services. I had a pleasant stay at Sofitel Hotel Phnom Penh. The environment was elegant and relaxing, with well-maintained surroundings that made the entire experience comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Housekeeping was excellent—the room was consistently clean and well-kept throughout my stay. One area for improvement would be the breakfast menu, particularly in the halal section. It would be great to see more variety offered to cater to guests with dietary restrictions. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this hotel, especially for those looking for comfort and top-tier hospitality.

Really lovely experience made by the hotel staff. Beautiful checkin experience and the lady (Anna -Maria) was so polite and thoughtful. The sushi was some of the best we’ve ever had at Hachi, but the small touches such as chocolate muffins for the kids and teepee setup really made this the 5* experience. Beautiful bar, breakfast setup and options were exceptional and we booked the hotel only 6 hours before we arrived so I’m honestly shocked at how perfect the experience was

An unforgettable hotel where you will be surrounded with care and attention. We booked a superior suite, so we were greeted with a glass of champagne in a private setting in the office. Delicious breakfasts, a magnificent view from the window, incredible pillows and bed linen, and a pleasant smell in the hotel. Also a very beautiful pool area

Amazing stay at this property. Everyone is so helpful & amazing from the GM all the way to housekeeping who are the most attentive to every single little detail. They cable tied my wires for me & replaced my glasses cleaning cloth! Special shout out to “T” at the lobby bar who was the most amazing of all. he really made everyone feel at home. Thank you T !!!!
