Because of the biographical film about Romy Schneider, we chose the Sofitel in Quiberon — this was where she gave the final interview of her life, and we wanted to experience the place and visit the beach where her photos were taken. The scenery turned out to be even more beautiful than expected. The front desk staff spoke impeccable English — probably the best we’ve encountered on this entire trip — and were exceptionally friendly and helpful (we quite literally ‘survived’ Quiberon’s mercurial weather thanks to the reception team repeatedly helping us book taxis). The food was excellent, the room was spotless, and the facilities were thoroughly modern.

Our stay was very nice as usual. We like the location of the Hotel with access to the beach, facilities like Spa and amazing restaurant. Every time we visit, our stay is always made special by the warm welcome and courteous staff.

Great place to stay in Quiberon. Food and drinks are average and overpriced, rooms are ok but no air conditioning… One thing to address is non EV cars constantly parked on the electric chargers spots just because these rich arrogant people can’t be bothered to park a bit further and the hotel staff say they cannot do anything about it. There are ways to address that by registering licence plates for all guests when checking in… please fix this. Overall an aging hotel but what stands out is the pool and water areas and deck facing the sea, just amazing and above all the service from the concierges! They are just the best. Special mention to Christophe, Clement and Claude. They just made my stay very special. Rest of the staff can be a hit and miss on follow ups but all kind people. I stayed 3 weeks this summer and plan to come back next year.

Amazing trip at the hotel. First time booking and definitely coming again.| Too many to staff too name bit greet service by Yassin on reception, Mohsin, Mostafa and housekeepong staff Fatima Zahra was really exceptional and deserves a promotion.||Will be back for sure.||5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A really nice hotel. Our second visit! Very relaxing. Great pool. Close to the ocean. Would be nice if the bar for example closed an hour later as it's a fair way from the towns around by foot.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 Great location, but lacks 5-star service. Loved the ocean view and saltwater spa with hydrotherapy zones. But there was no communication before arrival, and we couldn’t use the spa before check-in due to policy. For a 5-star hotel, I expected more flexibility. We also asked about a possible room upgrade to showcase the hotel positively as we were celebrating a birthday, but were told: “Only for an extra fee.” No interest in guest experience. Rooms are small and outdated compared to photos. The spa had an unpleasant smell, the hammam was out of service, and the sauna was old and stopped working. Staff (except management) were kind and helpful. Summary: Beautiful place, but inflexible policies and lack of communication keep it from being a true 5-star stay.

It was a perfect stop in a month long trip from Normandy to Côte d’Azur, passing by Bretagne amongst others. The hotel is well located, beautiful sea views, reasonable walking distance to town and other nearby beaches. A tiny bit outdated though.

No a conditioning is an astonishing situation. I could have stayed next door in my camper with air for 30euris! No option for food on arrival and only cold room service.. Certainly not a 5 star experience. The sky was fantastic which compensated…

I had the pleasure of spending about 6 days here at the hotel and spa. The hotel is beautiful in an incredibly gorgeous setting on the ocean with fabulous meals served elegantly in a magnificent dining room. I had a private room facing the ocean, small but more than adequate. The medical treatment at the spa is high quality and is by prescription from your physician so it is Germaine to your personal issues. It really relieved my pain. It is immaculate, ultra clean and magnifique!!! I speak French and although the majority of the clientele is French, I don't think an English speaker would have a problem. I drove from the Paris area and spent a glorious night in Rennes en route, however, it is reachable by train from Paris.
