Great location, but lacks 5-star service.
Loved the ocean view and saltwater spa with hydrotherapy zones.
But there was no communication before arrival, and we couldn’t use the spa before check-in due to policy. For a 5-star hotel, I expected more flexibility.
We also asked about a possible room upgrade to showcase the hotel positively as we were celebrating a birthday, but were told: “Only for an extra fee.” No interest in guest experience.
Rooms are small and outdated compared to photos. The spa had an unpleasant smell, the hammam was out of service, and the sauna was old and stopped working.
Staff (except management) were kind and helpful.
Summary: Beautiful place, but inflexible policies and lack of communication keep it from being a true 5-star stay.
