Sofitel Saigon Plaza

We have 2 beautiful ladies serving us today, Mille and Rinni. They were attentive and made good recommendations. We ordered 4 sets of the dinner menu and truly enjoyed every single dishes. They were all delicious. At the end of the meal, I was surprised with the serving crew singing birthday song for me and presenting me with a free desert. It was truly a memorable experience!

We had such a nice dinner here at ST25 by KOTO. The crab fried rice was the highlight for my wife and I, it was just perfect. My daughters usually steer clear of fish, but they tried the barramundi and loved it. We also tried the wrap, and you could tell all the ingredients were super fresh. What really made the evening was the service. Mille and Rinna were so kind and attentive, checking in to see if we were enjoying our meals. It made us feel well taken care of.

I would like to recommend this place, beautiful stay as always concerning the beds. The team was really nice and listen to our needs. Quality of the services was perfect, nothing to say. The location is really close to the center so you can do easily everything by walking. |Special mention to the Operator Team (Khuê, Hòa, Vân, Ngọc and Hoàn) who give the perfect moment for the birthday of my sister thanks to their organisation. |Honestly, you are never disappointed with Sofitel around the world.

Thuy and Man Tin Great stay at Sofitel Saigon Plaza. Excellent location in District 1, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a nice upscale feel. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast had a good variety and quality, and overall service felt smooth and professional. A solid 5-star experience — would happily stay here again

Beautiful hotel in great location. Staying on another night as I've enjoyed it so much! Club lounge is relatively small (compared to some) but beautifully appointed. Gorgeous patisserie items for afternoon tea, and decent drink and canape selection for cocktail hour. Pool is a welcome escape from the heat. Cocktails and snacks available from the attentive and fun bar staff. Great service from all staff, honourable mention to Nghi at breakfast (we opted for "gen pop"/main restaurant breakfast instead of club today...immaculately clean and an incredible selection on offer) Well done, sofitel.

We were able to book a room very last minute and it is very nice! The chocolates as part of the turn down service was a nice surprise. Everyone here has been very helpful and lovely, and Thao and Thy provided great service at the morning buffet. Only comment I would provide is getting hotter coffee, we had requested it be extra hot and it still came at a lukewarm temperature.

The Club Lounge was excellent. It was quiet, relaxing, and very comfortable except the beginning time of cocktail hours. All the Club Lounge staff were outstanding. I really appreciate their attentive support. In particular, Quynh, who assisted during breakfast, provided attentive service and demonstrated exceptional hospitality. Zoe and Evelin, who handled the cocktail service, were fast, efficient, friendly, competent and greatly contributed to the lounge’s appeal. Communication with Marcus both before check-in and after check-out was also extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The quality of the dishes was high, and everything I tried was delicious. It was a bit disappointing that the cocktail-hour food had changed to a buffet style, with a slight decrease in variety and quality. Unfortunately I have forgot the name of the gentleman who assisted in check out at the ground floor but remember his sophisticated competency and skill. It was very disappointing that the loud construction noise from the building outside started before 8 a.m., which caused a lack of sleep. I would appreciate a room facing a different direction next time.

The Sofitel Hotel is ideally located amongst the major landmarks of Ho Chi Minh City eg the Independence Palace and War Remnants Museum. The hotel has its own driveway so that you are not on street to disembark. The lobby is well arranged and check-in process was easy. Our room is spacious enough, clean and comfortable. However, I would appreciate 2 luggage stands for our bags. Also, for my age, climbing in/out of the bathtub for a shower, is awkward. Breakfast time is amazing. The array of food is more than enough to satisfy every culture and taste. (Imagine eating a 100 year old egg or ice cream!) For assistance, a member of staff is always on hand. It’s lovely to be approached by a beautiful smile, asking “Would you like tea or coffee?” Our waitress , Hong Man, was so attentive as she also cleared the table of used crockery etc. Thus far, my experience at Sofitel Hotel, has been good.
