Sofitel Singapore Sentosa

Spent the weekend in Sofitel looking for some time to wind down and relax. Went to the lobby to check in at 2pm and was told the room will not be ready until 3pm, and had a stroll around the hotel. As a resort, the sofitel is small but there is a pool and a lot of lush greenery to make it a pleasant stay. Common area not well maintained up to a 5 star level but the room is very nice and looks refurbished. Great value if you only look to stay in a nice room and want nothing else. Very EXTREME staff attitude around here. The check in counter and reception is usually the first impression and they were not friendly. It might be a busy day for them and they had lots of guests but you can feel that they do not want to spend any time to make you feel welcome. I received short answers of no, refer you to concierge (who simply told you to go to a bus stop), and basically it. No details on where the breakfast is or a map of sentosa. F&B team makes you feel much more welcome and ask if any services are needed which brings the experience back to a 5 star hotel. Hotel is not located in the busy area of sentosa but the whole island is connected through a series of buses, light rails, walk paths, etc.

Came here with my partner for our anniversary dinner at The Cliff, and we had such a lovely experience. The team was warm, welcoming, and very attentive from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious especially the pizzas and the drinks were wonderfully sweet. I didn’t manage to get everyone’s names, but one staff member, Guna, really stood out. He was so helpful throughout the evening, always checking in on us, offering to take photos, and clearing our table promptly after each course. His kindness truly made our night feel extra special. Thank you to the whole team for making our anniversary memorable. We would love to come back again!

dining at Kweezeen. the portions are very very very generous. we had the waygu beef burger (we ordered medium - slightly too cooked for our preference). baramudi was delicious. sirloin steak was delicious (medium rare). we had an salmon poke bowl for appetiser but it could definitely be a meal on its own! Staff service was prompt. we dropped a fork, promptly noticed and replacement was made before we requested. full of smiles. kudos to the service team Julie, Albert, Penny and Alvin for their service!

We stayed 3 nights in luxury king room. We asked for high floor & was given a room on the 3rd level and it was great cause the lower floors will be too dark to our liking. The luxury king room is spacious, quiet & we didn’t hear much noise from outside unlike other hotels. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive & helpful to ensure we are comfortable and at ease. I almost lost our item left behind the room when we checked out but they were able to find it for us so quickly! Thank you Mag! The shuttle bus services to and fro harbour front is excellent! they even stop by RWS. There are some free open air parking lots near to hotel but they are also opened to public to park, hence do take note if you are driving to the hotel as guests are not given priority and cannot reserve them in advance. The one thing I hope the hotel will look into is the mattress. The one we slept on was bad that I couldn’t sleep properly throughout the stay. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.

The moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service — the chef (Jentzen) and service staff were attentive, courteous, and genuinely cared about making the experience enjoyable. The ambiance was serene and elegant, with a relaxing resort vibe that instantly put me at ease. The restaurant was beautifully set, with just the right mix of sophistication and comfort — perfect for a peaceful lunch away from the city’s bustle. The food was the real highlight. Every dish was beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. You can tell that great care and quality ingredients went into each plate. The menu offered a lovely variety, catering to both local and international palates. Overall, it was a truly memorable dining experience — elegant atmosphere, excellent food, and outstanding service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sentosa or simply looking to indulge in a refined yet relaxing meal. 👏 Thank you to the Sofitel Sentosa team for the wonderful hospitality — I’ll definitely be back!

We had our wedding at the Saffron Ballroom in Sentosa, and it was an absolutely amazing venue! Our coordinators, Guna and Sam, did a fantastic job planning and organizing every detail of our big day. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made everything run so smoothly and stress-free. Thanks to them, our wedding turned out to be a truly memorable and beautiful celebration. The Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after the festivities. The breakfast spread was also impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, we’re so happy with our experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their special day!

Beautiful sprawling place tucked away ir Sentosa. I enjoved the quiet tranquility though accessibility via shuttle bus service could have included a stop to/from RWS for better connectivity. Good sized room, buffet breakfast was definitely a highlight. Shout- out to Ruby who served us, as well as the gentleman Peter who made first impressions count

We had an amazing experience at Sofitel for our wedding day. The service provided by Michael Lee and Rey was exceptional and it couldn’t be perfect if it wasn’t for their assistance. We had an enjoyable day and a memorable few last days in Singapore. We stayed at Villa du Jardin which defines luxury experience. Small touches on our bed and a welcome note from the General Manager Mr Giovanni Viterale made it more warm and thoughtful. We had great food during the wedding and amazing first breakfast as married couple, assisted by Farah. We couldn’t wish for anything else, and our words are not enough to thank everyone who made our wedding so memorable. We wish Sofitel all the success and may everyone has an intentional hospitality like you do.

This is probably the best experience I ever had at a hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff always went above and beyond! I came here with my family last year after my parents raved about their first trip! The decor of the hotel is amazing, they have ponds leading up to your room. The fish were beautiful. The wild flowers blooming made the hotel stunning. The room was adjoining to my parents. Super spacious and the decor was clean and modern. Love that they had different channel selections for TV. We did eat and have a few drinks at their bar. Service was wonderful as we were the only ones there. The Food here was soooo exquisite! My dad and I took a swim while having cocktails by the pool. The servers were always attentive to our needs. Also, for breakfast there were beautiful peacocks roaming around as we ate! How wonderful was that?! Every time we had to go somewhere, transportation was quick to pick us up and knew exactly where our hotel was. There is a shuttle to universal studios and the beach nearby. This place was heaven and i did not want to leave.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing outdoors scenery, great staff willing to satisfy all your wishes timely and efficiently, great rooms. Cuisine is superb (both Western and Asian). I have stayed twice for over a week each time while on business trips, however I would highly recommend it for families and couples - eyes closed. The hotel is not for you if you want to be close to the city's buzz.

Sentosa is a wonderful destination in Singapore, unfortunately one of the male staff at the Luge was a disappointment. Playing a tough guy when you work at an amusement ride is not a good idea. The SEA Aquarium is awesome!

My family and I stayed here in late May, and had a nice time. Upon check in there were some bumps, because one of our rooms which was supposed to be non-smoking had clearly been used as a smoking lounge quite recently. Our other room had a broken AC and mites crawling all over the bed and furniture. The bug room got switched, and we got an ionizer which helped with the smell. After that little speed bump everything was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and very attentive to our needs and requests. The rooms, while a little older, were nice, and reasonably well maintained. The grounds and pool are awesome. The best part was the food! The restaurants at the hotel were amazing, and the chefs added nice personal touches to every meal. They came out and talked to us at each dinner, because one of our party has some allergies, she never had a problem here. We've recommended this to friends, and will be going back. Our daughters both loved the wild peacocks roaming the grounds.
