Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa

We had a fantastic experience dining here. The selection of food is huge, with something for everyone to enjoy. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The coffee was surprisingly good too. The egg station was a highlight, where you can have your eggs made any way you like, and the Indian cuisine station was absolutely delicious. My son has enjoyed it so much that he went back for three plates! The service has been excellent throughout. Ruby, in particular, has been wonderful, so helpful and attentive, which made the experience even better. The entire place is very clean and tidy, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal. Overall, highly recommended!

My recent stay here was generally a pleasant experience, though I felt there's room for improvement in a few key areas. ​What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional staff. From arrival to departure, every single team member was amazing. Their service was not only top-notch but also incredibly accommodating. Albert and Jag, in particular, were fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us. They consistently made us feel truly valued as guests, and their dedication is absolutely the biggest asset this hotel has. ​ While the rooms have a luxurious and stylish appearance, I was surprised to find some bathroom tiles coming loose from the floor. I also noticed some flies around the food during breakfast, which was a bit of a concern. ​ Overall, the staff's superb service made up for the minor issues. With a little more attention to detail on the room maintenance and food service areas, the experience would be truly fantastic. I believe this hotel has great potential to be even better.

I was really looking forward to my stay as I've heard many good things about the resort and seen the good reviews. However, I was extremely disappointed starting from my first night, resulting in an overall unsatisfied stay. On the first night, the room that was allocated to me had electricity issues and the breaker kept twitching. I requested to change rooms and was told to wait for the electrician to try and fix the issue. Kindly note that this was already at 10:30pm that I was asked to wait, instead of switching rooms so that I could rest. The electrician was unable to resolve the issue and finally the resort staff allowed to me change rooms. They then brought me to a second room, which had loud insect noises, in which I was unable to rest and this was already 11:00pm. I requested for a new room again and was told that the resort could not accompany my request as they are unable to do anything about "nature sounds". I don't believe that I am the only one who has raised this issue as that entire area had loud noises, while other areas did not. I was also not made aware and asked if I could accept the new area. Finally, the staff allowed me to change to a third room. While showing me the third room, the staff brought me to the incorrect room and walked around aimlessly. The third room was acceptable and I was asked by the staff to meet at the lobby to switch room keys. When I arrived at the lobby, another staff told me they already sent someone to the second room to give me the key. So I had aimlessly walked back to the lobby for nothing. Finally, I was able to obtain the room key for the third room. At that point I was already extremely tired and just wanted to rest. I was disappointed with the staff and wanted to move the luggage myself, but the staff insisted on helping me move and AGAIN brought me to the wrong room. By the time I was able to rest in my room, it was already midnight. Throughout my stay, I noticed that there were multiple tiles in the shower area which were loose and would fall out. This resulted in an unpleasant shower experience as I kept stepping on uneven tiling. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my stay and I will not be staying at the resort and I will not be recommending my stay to anyone.

Thank you to all for our wonderful experience. One thing I can say, is that I really enjoyed breakfast everyday. Please give praise to the egg chef. He's a very nice gentleman and remembered my scrambled eggs order every morning. The service from the staff is very efficient. The restaurants had a very limited menu which caused us to have dinner elsewhere. The cleanliness is impeccable. Even though we didn't use the pool, it looked great. Overall, thank you for a great stay.

I had such a great time here! The service was amazing — the staff were so friendly and made the whole experience feel really special. The food was delicious and beautifully done, definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. On top of that, the location is stunning — the scenery and atmosphere really added to the vibes and made the meal even more enjoyable. Perfect place to relax, enjoy good food, and take in the beautiful surroundings.

My son, daughter in law, granddaughter and myself enjoyed our second 10 day holiday at Sofitel Sentosa and we cannot wait to return for our third. The resort is spotless, very well located with excellent facilities. The food and bar staff are the most professional, courteous and friendly we have ever encountered with special mention to Peter for his commitment to providing an excellent service and the front of house staff are all an absolute delight to deal with. They all made our holiday so very enjoyable. The cleaning staff provide a spotless service. Sofitel Sentosa is well worth the visit and we are very certain you will enjoy your stay. We are very hopeful there will be a future stay for us. Congratulations to all on a job well done!!!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Sofitel Kwee Zeen, thanks to Jack. He was extremely attentive and kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. What stood out most was how thoughtful he was towards my furkid, making sure we were both well looked after. His warm service made our meal not just enjoyable but memorable. Thank you, Jag, for making our experience so pleasant! However, the room experience was a little disappointing. I booked the Furkid Getaway package but pet amenities were not provided until I called to request them.

We stayed in the Imperial Suite which is basically palatial. If you want an absolutely phenomenal experience I’d recommend it. ||The staff are absolutely brilliant. Allan, Rai, Sam - Peter in the restaurant and Ragu - just all of them brilliant. ||The staff are what make this hotel. They are friendly and accommodating and listen to any concerns you have. Jumuat, one of the managers, was absolutely superb in dealing with some queries I had. ||I would definitely revisit but only if I stayed in the imperial suite. The hotel could do with some modernisation but the service of the staff and their friendliness overcomes that

This is probably the best experience I ever had at a hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff always went above and beyond! I came here with my family last year after my parents raved about their first trip! The decor of the hotel is amazing, they have ponds leading up to your room. The fish were beautiful. The wild flowers blooming made the hotel stunning. The room was adjoining to my parents. Super spacious and the decor was clean and modern. Love that they had different channel selections for TV. We did eat and have a few drinks at their bar. Service was wonderful as we were the only ones there. The Food here was soooo exquisite! My dad and I took a swim while having cocktails by the pool. The servers were always attentive to our needs. Also, for breakfast there were beautiful peacocks roaming around as we ate! How wonderful was that?! Every time we had to go somewhere, transportation was quick to pick us up and knew exactly where our hotel was. There is a shuttle to universal studios and the beach nearby. This place was heaven and i did not want to leave.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing outdoors scenery, great staff willing to satisfy all your wishes timely and efficiently, great rooms. Cuisine is superb (both Western and Asian). I have stayed twice for over a week each time while on business trips, however I would highly recommend it for families and couples - eyes closed. The hotel is not for you if you want to be close to the city's buzz.

Sentosa is a wonderful destination in Singapore, unfortunately one of the male staff at the Luge was a disappointment. Playing a tough guy when you work at an amusement ride is not a good idea. The SEA Aquarium is awesome!

My family and I stayed here in late May, and had a nice time. Upon check in there were some bumps, because one of our rooms which was supposed to be non-smoking had clearly been used as a smoking lounge quite recently. Our other room had a broken AC and mites crawling all over the bed and furniture. The bug room got switched, and we got an ionizer which helped with the smell. After that little speed bump everything was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and very attentive to our needs and requests. The rooms, while a little older, were nice, and reasonably well maintained. The grounds and pool are awesome. The best part was the food! The restaurants at the hotel were amazing, and the chefs added nice personal touches to every meal. They came out and talked to us at each dinner, because one of our party has some allergies, she never had a problem here. We've recommended this to friends, and will be going back. Our daughters both loved the wild peacocks roaming the grounds.
