The check-in process was a bit slow, and I noticed a few frustrated customers. However, my own check-in went smoothly, and I was kindly granted a late check-out.The swimming pool was excellent, though the seating area could have been cleaner.We headed to our room and ordered room service for dinner, which was delicious. The room itself was clean and comfortable.We enjoyed a restful night and had breakfast the next morning, which was as good as expected.One area for improvement would be to announce and inform guests about more in-house activities during check-in, so we can join in and have some fun.

We were a bit skeptical about this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but everything turned out to be amazing. The kids had a blast in the huge pool and playing table tennis. The atmosphere was truly resort-like—calm, relaxing, and perfect for a holiday. We had full board, and the food was excellent. In just four days, we managed to try almost every dish from the à la carte menu. The service was also outstanding—Sam took care of all our needs and always remembered our preferences.

I'm really in two minds here. Can I review as both 5 star and 2 star?||We stayed 5 mights in July. Really, really friendly and helpful staff. Really relaxed, nice pool, great bar. First rate club sandwiches, even gluten free ones. A very chilled relaxing time. Loved it.||As everyone else says, the rooms are dated, a little worn, but actually our room was perfectly acceptable. A few scratches but everything worked, nice big bath and shower, enormous comfy bed. Very quiet.||Really good multicultural breakfast buffet, more food and more options than we could ever manage.||We ate once in the Cliff restaurant, the poshest option. The food was all really good but we happened on an inexperienced server, it might have been his first night. He was rescued by an expert colleague who charmed us with his self-deprecating humour.||There is a complicated QR code system to help travel on and off the island. They didn't explain that well at check-in which later led to some upsetting confusion.||Despite the glitches we did have a lovely time and we were sad to have to leave. We'd go again at the drop of a credit card.

My children treated me to a birthday weekend. It was a wonderful experience! The gentleman who assisted us for poolside service was beyond accommodating. He took a celebratory birthday picture and gifted us with it when we left the pool. He included a complementary dessert to celebrate the occasion. The Breakfast buffet offered unlimited choices. Thank you for helping create a memorable occasion even more special.

Rooms were a great size, however dated. Staff were fantastic and the food at The Cliff was exceptional. Breakfast staff Peter, Farrah and Ruby were amazing, along with Emma and Money at The Cliff! Miki was also wonderful in Le Bar, what memories everyone has to remember names and drink orders, we were blown away!

Book this hotel to celebrate my baby birthday. Room were spacious and clean. Lady Service crew from check in was excellent. Top notch service from Alson from poolside, which went above and beyond and also given us a complimentary cake ! And also Ruby from kwee zeen her service was excellent during breakfast . We will definitely be back again

I booked a Prestige Family Suite for almost S$2k from 8-10 August 2025. It was an utter nightmare. 1. Living room without windows (instead the windows were boarded up and covered with curtains) – The absence of natural light gave the space a closed-in, almost prison-like atmosphere. Using curtains to create the illusion of windows feels misleading for a suite marketed as “premium.” Is this a cheap chalet disguised as a 5 star hotel? 2. TV switching on automatically – The in-room TV turned on by itself and displayed a welcome message for a guest who was not me. This was unsettling and raised urgent privacy concerns. 3. Inadequate glassware – There were no proper drinking glasses provided, only champagne flutes/small wine glasses, which are impractical for everyday use. 4. Bathtub without suitable amenities – While the suite had a bathtub, there was no proper bath soap available, which made it unusable as intended. 5. Duvets provided are sad and thin. Bed is old and sagging in the middle. 6. The air conditioning control doesn't work well, the buttons are not sensitive at all. This stay unfortunately reminded me of a similarly disappointing visit in 2023, after which I told myself I would not return. I had forgotten that vow until now, but this experience has reinforced my decision. I gave this feedback during my stay but no one followed up. It is a shame, as your restaurant staff continue to deliver outstanding service and hospitality, they are a credit to your team. However, the overall accommodation experience was far from what one would expect from a premium suite at a premium price. Not a hotel I will recommend to anyone.

Dropped by their restaurant, The Cliff, for our anniversary dinner. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food and the reasonable prices. Wilson and the team generously gave us a chocolate cake free of charge at the end of it. Would definitely recommend.

This is probably the best experience I ever had at a hotel. The service was impeccable and the staff always went above and beyond! I came here with my family last year after my parents raved about their first trip! The decor of the hotel is amazing, they have ponds leading up to your room. The fish were beautiful. The wild flowers blooming made the hotel stunning. The room was adjoining to my parents. Super spacious and the decor was clean and modern. Love that they had different channel selections for TV. We did eat and have a few drinks at their bar. Service was wonderful as we were the only ones there. The Food here was soooo exquisite! My dad and I took a swim while having cocktails by the pool. The servers were always attentive to our needs. Also, for breakfast there were beautiful peacocks roaming around as we ate! How wonderful was that?! Every time we had to go somewhere, transportation was quick to pick us up and knew exactly where our hotel was. There is a shuttle to universal studios and the beach nearby. This place was heaven and i did not want to leave.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing outdoors scenery, great staff willing to satisfy all your wishes timely and efficiently, great rooms. Cuisine is superb (both Western and Asian). I have stayed twice for over a week each time while on business trips, however I would highly recommend it for families and couples - eyes closed. The hotel is not for you if you want to be close to the city's buzz.

Sentosa is a wonderful destination in Singapore, unfortunately one of the male staff at the Luge was a disappointment. Playing a tough guy when you work at an amusement ride is not a good idea. The SEA Aquarium is awesome!

My family and I stayed here in late May, and had a nice time. Upon check in there were some bumps, because one of our rooms which was supposed to be non-smoking had clearly been used as a smoking lounge quite recently. Our other room had a broken AC and mites crawling all over the bed and furniture. The bug room got switched, and we got an ionizer which helped with the smell. After that little speed bump everything was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and very attentive to our needs and requests. The rooms, while a little older, were nice, and reasonably well maintained. The grounds and pool are awesome. The best part was the food! The restaurants at the hotel were amazing, and the chefs added nice personal touches to every meal. They came out and talked to us at each dinner, because one of our party has some allergies, she never had a problem here. We've recommended this to friends, and will be going back. Our daughters both loved the wild peacocks roaming the grounds.
