Soft Bariloche

The room was a great size. We didn't order breakfast so we can't comment on that. The front desk was friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is terrific. We were right in the border of a pedestrian zone, which made it convenient to walk into the zone and to get picked up by a car just outside of the zone.

The hotel is in a good location and views above the 6th floor are pretty nice. It’s also acceptable clean but: - they have this super weird self check in that does not really work and does not make any sense. It’s kind self check in, but the reception needs to give you specific information - the rooms facing the lake, also face the show off street where people like to run their pimped cars up and down - the hotel looks very tired. Clearly a super old building - rooms can indeed get hot. We did however have a portable fan in our room, others seem to not have that. Overall I would not stay in this hotel anymore if I end up in bariloche again.

Soft Hotel in the heart of San Carlos de Bariloche is a simply charming Swiss style lodge which manages to be both rustic, but clean and accommodating. Upon our arrival we were greeting by two or three lovely staff members who after letting us check in two hours early for our personal convenience, then proceeded to upgrade us to a room quite superior to the one we had originally booked. The room itself was spacious, with two king beds for us both to enjoy. Of the facilities, we were given fresh linen and sheets every day with the limpieza service also being all-day. The cherry on top was the spectacular view of the just breathtaking Patagonian mountains out of our window. The only negative of our stay in Soft Bariloche was the quite expensive breakfast they provided at 2000 ARS. However, that point aside, for the money we paid between us look no further than here for great accommodation in the charming town of Bariloche.

It's okay. I think my room was one of the cheaper ones - my window opened to a courtyard between buildings. There was cigarette smoke coming in from the hallway, I had to block the space under the door with a towel. Shower was good, water was hot. The bed and towels were decent. And the price was low. Staff was friendly and eager to be helpful. Wifi was a little slow at times

The staff are helpful and informative. The breakfast its pretty good with a good variety of options. However, its a bit hard to get something outside that, like cutlery in the room or breakfast in the room. The hotel has no air conditioners, we went on the summer which made 30 degrees celcius(86 degrees fahrenheit) despite being colder in the night, we still felt hot in the room. That is a problem with the city over all, they rarely use air conditioner. Bring a fan if you plan on coming during the summer.

The room was big with a little dining area, a sofa, it can be pretty noisy as soon as you open the window shade. The staff was helpful.No air conditioner in the room. An improvement would be good . The location is awesome

Room was basic, but clean and spacious. Great location. Bathroom a little bit outdated. There's a cover garage which is very convenient. A great breakfast was included. I would stay there again.

It's only ok! The lobby has been done up but the rooms are a bit shabby. We were on the 8th floor and there was some sort of water tank above us that made a lot of noise. The lifts could also be heard. The heating was on full blast with no ability to turn it down. It was fine but nothing special!
