If you're looking for an ''off the beaten tracks experience'' this place is definitely for you. Taken back in time, you just want to sit and chill. Eli - the owner - is full of energy and will to share her story, she goes beyond greeting customers ! Food was delicious, rooms are charming and the village is quaint and authentic. I absolutely loved my stay and wish to come back to discover more of the surroundings

We stayed here as part of a bike trip and absolutely loved it! The room was great, both breakfast and dinner were tasty, and the owners were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was such a lovely location and we enjoyed the Arosasen and Knubedal hikes nearby. The chocolate cake at the restaurant was especially amazing.

We rode our bicycles by on the Eurovelo 12 and decided to stop and have a breakfast buffet. We are so happy we did so! Delicious sausages, eggs, bacon and fruit but my favorite was the apple pancakes! The owners father served us coffee and made us feel so welcome. Charming and thoughtful decor blending old with new. I loved the green cabinetry with pinkish backsplash and the collection of teapots on the shelves. A warm and inviting way to start our day!

Had lunch recently- four different entrees (fish soup, burger, chicken sandwich, fish and chips, all of them tasty. The staff was really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Can highly recommend 👍😀

DO YOU WANT A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE? GO FOR IT😁 Recommended place! We have been in a 2 nights workshop with my 31 colleagues. Service, meeting rooms, sleeping bedrooms, restaurant menu, location super good! They even organized activities and pick up bus from Stavanger (90 minutes)

Rustic accommodation, fantastic food. Well worth a stay. We’re a group of about 25 couples traveling on a long weekend in south-western Norway. If you manage to find your way here over the mountains and narrow roads, you’ll be very pleased with the friendliness and compassion of the people running the place. Stay in one of the 200 years old houses and enjoy the history of the place.
