Fixing my bike here was a real pleasure. Nice, quick and what’s the most important- well done. Although be careful, because I can bet you’ll fall in love with those bikes! Every single element of the bike is like a piece of art. The owner of the shop with his employees showed me even where and how they produce them. I couldn’t help myself from buying the most elegant bike bell I’ve ever seen. Surely coming back for more soon! Highly recommend to anyone who cares about both best quality and outstanding design.

Renting a bike here might be more expensive but it comes with quality and full service. This store really bets on quality and you can feel it when riding around the city. The manager and employee were very nice and also very helpful when I asked them where to go for a nice visit of the city on a bike. Also, I definitely enjoyed the store itself, it's a dreamy place were you feel like you jumped back 50 years. It's like a tiny typical danish bike museum. I highly recommend this place, it made my trip more enjoyable.

Just want to share my perfect customer experience at Søgreni. I really like it, when there is a shop somewhere in Denmark, building extremely nice bike stuff, and when you send them a mail, you get an answer and help immediately. A super friendly service, as if this shop is just round your corner. This is the part of globalization, I really like. And of course - I love my Søgreni Bell !!!

Called to this shop today looking for a puncture to be fixed on a rental bike from our hotel. Met by a very friendly man that made a phone call and arranged for my rental bike to be swoped at a different hotel down the street for one without a puncture. Very courteous and helpful - much appreciated, thank you for your help today. PS, had some gorgeous handmade bikes in the shop for sale - definitely a place to go if looking for a bespoke bike In Copenhagen - Thank you

Great place. Great bikes. The owner has been having the stores for decades and he sure knows what he is doing. He even make bikes from scratch. Geez. Very reasonably priced. The longer you rent the better deal you get. And I feel so confident renting a bike from someone who cares and knows about bicycles in and out. Sure enough our two bikes have no issues whatsoever after 3 days in a row riding soo much. Thank you Soren for our great time exploring the city on bikes. What a wonderful experience.

I recently fixed my bike there and I must say I am really happy with the work they did. They exceeded my expectations by every way. The staff was super pleasant! I got a lovely cup of tea while waiting, even though they did their job super fast. I left the store with my bike being nearly better than the day I actually bought it! Super happy! Well done :)

Slumlord of bike rentals. I booked a 6 day rental in for DKK 900. After making payment he showed me the bikes. They all were in poor mechanical condition. Bald tires, rusty, missing reflectors, and no lights. I asked for a refund and the shop owner said he could not give me one because he, I quote, "could not remember his password." I protested that excuse. A half hour later after some back and forth, he said I would have to provide my bank details so he could wire a refund to my account. Several business days later I received 2/3 of the original amount I paid. What kind of shop owner does not know his password to reverse a credit card charge? I implore you to avoid this place. Overpriced and bikes unfit for riding. Sidenote: It is illegal to ride a bike without proper reflectors and illegal to ride a bike at night without a light. Violations could result in a hefty fine.

Super nice bike shop, really brilliant design on their products. And staff are very attentive with their costumers, according to my experience. The Sögreni bell is a must for bike lovers, I enjoy my copper one every day!!

Yelp
We stumbled on Sogreni Cykler on our way to Restaurant Bror in the Latin Quarter of Copenhagen. What is so very cool about this shop is that they make bicycles to custom fit you personally and then you have many different options for hardware to add: -Gearing -Pedals -Brakes -Fenders (wood or metal) -Rims -Colors (flat or shiny) etc., etc. The finished product is uniquely Danish and a reflection of you. It disturbs me to hear of Josh's experience. We had thought about buying one of his bikes, but we live in hilly California and these are city bikes. We were considering buying one when we move to Connecticut for getting back and forth to town. I hope to see more reviews here of people who've had good experiences in buying bikes from this uber cool shop.

Yelp
Beautiful bicycles, horrible business. I purchased a bike from Sogreni in August of last year while visiting Copenhagen. When I finally received the bike, it had been damaged during shipment due to poor packaging. It was also missing accessories that I had paid for. When I was waiting for them to ship the bike (before they had my money) they would respond to my emails right away. Now that they have my money, and I don't have what I paid for, it is impossible for me to contact them. Stay far away from Søren Sogreni. His bikes are beautiful, but he won't hesitate to cheat you out of your money. In a city like Copenhagen, there are plenty of honest shops to purchase a bike from.

Yelp
Went in for an emergency repair yesterday when my bike blew its back tire. They managed to replace the tire within an hour so that I could use it to get home. 200kr for one tire replacement. Good, fast service!
