Soho Farmhouse Ibiza

To start off: the location is unbeatable. You arrive into this gorgeous finca in the middle of the real Ibizan countryside, with their own huerta and the most beautiful payés’ style. Service was very attentive since the beginning of our stay: staff have an eye for detail. Definitely the experience you’re looking for if you go for the best quality and are used to high standards. It’s the best place to relax by the pool having your favorite SH standard drink, have a date dinner, hang out either your friends, work out and have an amazing spa session (Cali is the greatest, ask for him if you have the chance), and doing some networking while experiencing it all! A very special place, definitely the most special SH I’ve been.

Beautiful place with so big potential, but sadly the service and the whole weird vibe make it not nice experience. For me something is really off there. The staff look a bit clueless and service come always very slow, not on the level you expect from a Soho House flagship. Many of them seem sad and stressed also. I even see one staff get taken round a corner and shouted at by a male manager and maybe the bar manager too. That felt very uncomfortable. It could be so good, really, but right now it is not. They promised many winter events but these do not come, and I am still waiting for the saunas and ice baths they say will arrive. Overall, beautiful property, bad feeling and not good service. I hope they fix soon.

Soho House has done really well with this new farmhouse. It is absolutely beautiful with a great pool area set in beautiful gardens. It seems to have its own slightly warmer and sunnier micro climate. Lovely staff. The food offering however was disappointing for such a great venue, in Ibiza. We did not eat in the fancier dinner restaurant; maybe it’s better there. The menu didn’t inspire us but the restaurant itself, set in the garden, did look nice.

A truly beautiful place, set deep in the island’s countryside. The charming old house and the stunning outdoor yoga space – the most impressive I have ever experienced – make it unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to GM Pepe, who runs this place with so much love and dedication. Just one small recommendation: since even the chicken in the salad and the vegetables come directly from the property, it felt a bit surprising that the grapes growing there were left untouched. It would be wonderful if they, too, could be harvested and enjoyed.

Every house member not being able to access the house is ridiculous! Soho Farmhouse Ibiza feels chaotic and poorly managed. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the general mess, which might explain some things, but it doesn’t excuse the overall rude and tense attitude. At the pool, a host removed a towel that was actively being used on my friend’s lounge. Ironically the only genuinely friendly and professional service came from one girl working at the pool. We also had uncomfortable interactions with staff elsewhere including being stopped abruptly and spoken to aggressively while walking to the restaurant from what it seemed reception manager. Another low point was ordering a smoothie that was clearly undrinkable. When I asked for a replacement (knowing how it should taste from other Soho Houses), the waiter responded by saying it had a “special recipe” and even mentioned “mucus,” which was honestly shocking and unacceptable. The gym is very small and disappointing, and the restaurant doesn’t deliver: tiny portions, poor quality, and food that feels frozen — nowhere near what the pricing or brand suggests. Overall, this place doesn’t reflect the Soho House standard at all. The thing that you can’t pay in cash is an additional sign of bad service.

This is probably the poorest Soho House ever. Since opening, they hardly have hot water in the gym showers but then the winter came and it's only ice cold water, lol. Not just that, mold on the walls in the bathrooms (some of it tho repainted recently), boring menus, boring people, zero vibe, always empty, doors don't close well, broken lockers, very odd changing rooms with one bench on 30 people, needing to walk to gym far after a change...the steam bath is out of service now and for sauna they wanna charge members 50eur to bring a guest. I mean...it's Joke House by Soho :)

From start to finish the service was so good, better than any other soho house I’ve been too. Julia that served us dinner, Christian for the cocktails and Anna at reception was truly wonderful. She was amazing. Thank you for a great trip

Beautiful location, horrendous service and particularly poor management just around the pool. Treated as lower class if you’re just a member and not a hotel guest, I’ve never felt like that in almost a decade of being an every house member, and visiting houses around the world, like I have after several visits here since it opened. There’s an unpleasant hierarchical attitude from a particular member of staff who manages pool bookings, it takes forever to get a menu or be served at the pool which is problematic given you have to book a timed slot. Other staff have been great in the restaurants, bar, spa and at the host stand so it’s particularly noticeable especially as it’s the most in use area. It’s a real shame as it hasn’t been an isolated incident, it’s noticeable and has impacted my visits each time.
